The results brought out in the trials of slope protection along Qinghai-Tibet Highway are presented in this paper. The trials were carried out simultaneously at 5 sites in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau from 2000 to 2002. Altitudes at the experimental sites range between (4 240) m and (5 040) m. 4 sites are in permafrost area, and 1 site is in seasonally frozen ground. According to the trials of slope protection, vegetation is preferred to protect slopes along Qinghai-Tibet Highway. Road-GoodR, a chemical stabilizer, is proved as a good material for slope protection, and soil engineering system, combined with vegetative component and grade stabilization structures is proved as the best slope protection measure in these areas. The results showed that high-altitude areas at an altitude lower than (5 040) m, annual average temperatures higher than (-5.6) ℃ and annual rainfall more than 262\^2 mm, slopes can be protected using vegetative components.\;Trials for plant species selection proved that cold resistant grasses, Elymus nutans and Elymus sibiricus can be used for vegetation recovery along Qinghai-Tibet Highway. The results demonstrated that high-altitude areas at an altitude lower than (5 040) m, annual average temperatures higher than (-5.6) ℃ and annual rainfall more than 262\^2 mm, could be replanted. Hydroseeding proved to be a good planting technique, and mulch materials benefited vegetation recovery in such area.\;The experiment also proved that planting could improve slope stability, protect the ecological environment, and improve the roadside landscape. 展开更多

Immunotherapy-based combination strategies for treatment of gastrointestinal cancers:current status and future prospects 被引量:3

Strategies in comprehensive therapy for gastrointestinal (GI) cancer have been optimized in the last decades to improve patients, outcomes. However, treatment options remain limited for late-stage or refractory diseases. The efficacy of immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) for treatment of refractory GI cancer has been confirmed by randomized clinical trials. In 2017, pembrolizumab was approved by the US Food and Drug Administration as the first agent for treatment of metastatic solid tumors with mismatch repair deficiency, especially for colorectal cancer. Given the different mechanisms, oncologists have focused on determining whether ICIs-based combination strategies could achieve higher efficacy than conventional therapy alone in late-stage or even front-line treatment of GI cancer. This review discusses the current status of combining immune checkpoint inhibitors with molecular targeted therapy, chemotherapy, or radiotherapy in GI cancer in terms of mechanisms, safety, and efficacy to provide basis for future research. 展开更多

Triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)is one type of the most aggressive breast can cers with poor prog no sis.It is of great urgency to develop new therapeutics for treati ng TNBC.Based on curre nt treatment guideline and genetic informatio n of TNBC,a combi nation al therapy platform in tegrati ng chemotherapy drugs and mRNA encoding tumor suppressor proteins may become an efficacious strategy.In this study,we developed paclitaxel amino lipid(PAL)derived nanoparticles(NPs)to incorporate both chemotherapy drugs and P53 mRNA.The PAL P53 mRNA NPs showed superior properties compared to Abraxane? and Lipusu? used in the clinic including high paclitaxel loading capacity(24 wt.%,calculated by paclitaxel in PAL),PAL encapsulation efficiency(94.7%±6.8%)and mRNA encapsulation efficiency(88.7%±0.7%).Meanwhile,these NPs displayed synergetic cytotoxicity of paclitaxel and P53 mRNA in cultured TNBC cells.More importantly,we demonstrated in vivo anti-tumor efficacy of PAL P53 mRNA NPs in an orthotopic TNBC mouse model.Overall,these chemotherapy drugs derived mRNA NPs provide a new platform to integrate chemotherapy and personalized medicine using tumor genetic information,and therefore represent a promising approach for TNBC treatment. 展开更多

Objective:To observe the effect of warm-unblocking acupuncture plus fluticasone propionate nasal spray on the pulmonary ventilation,level of interferon-y(IFN-y)and sleep quality in parents with allergic rhinitis(AR).Methods:A total of 112 AR patients were enrolled between January 2013 and August 2018 and were divided into an observation group and a control group by the random number table method,with 56 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group received warm-unblocking acupuncture plus fluticasone propionate nasal spray,and patients in the control group only received fluticasone propionate nasal spray.The nasal symptom score,pulmonary function indexes,the levels of IFN-y and interleukin(IL)-4 in serum,and sleep quality in the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nasal symptom score dropped in both groups after treatment(both P<0.05),and the score in the observation group was lower than that in the con trol group(P<0.05).The pulm onary ven tilati on indexes all in creased sign ificantly after treatment in the observation group(all P<0.05);the forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV1)to forced vital capacity(FVC)ratio(FEV1/FVC)and the forced expiratory flow at 50%,75%and 25%-75%of the vital capacity(FEF50%,FEF75%,FEF25%-75%)in creased after treatme nt in the control group(all P<0.05);the pulm onary ven tilati on in dexes were higher in the observati on group tha n those in the control group(all P<0.05).The level of IFN-y in creased sign ificantly after t reatment in the two groups(both P<0.05)and the level of IL-4 dropped significantly(both P<0.05);the observation group had a higher IFN-y level(P<0.05)and a lower IL-4 level(P<0.05)compared with the control group.Regarding the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),the scores of subjective sleep quality,habitual sleep efficiency and sleep disturbances and the general PSQI score decreased significantly after treatment in both groups(all P<0.0 展开更多

The effects of different wind input and wave dissipation formulations on the steady Ekman current solution are described. Two formulations are considered: one from the wave modeling(WAM) program proposed by Hasselmann and Komen and the other provided by Tsagareli and Babanin. The solution adopted for our study was presented by Song for the wave-modifi ed Ekman current model that included the Stokes drift, wind input, and wave dissipation with eddy viscosity increasing linearly with depth. Using the Combi spectrum with tail effects, the solutions are calculated using two formulations for wind input and wave dissipation, and compared. Differences in the results are not negligible. Furthermore, the solution presented by Song and Xu for the eddy viscosity formulated using the K-Profi le Parameterization scheme under wind input and wave dissipation given by Tsagareli and Babanin is compared with that obtained for a depth-dependent eddy viscosity. The solutions are further compared with the available well-known observational data. The result indicates that the Tsagareli and Babanin scheme is more suitable for use in the model when capillary waves are included, and the solution calculated using the K-Profi le Parameterization scheme agrees best with observations. 展开更多

针对目前飞机健康状态不易准确评估的难题,以飞机液压系统为具体研究对象,提出一种基于模糊灰色聚类和组合赋权相结合的健康状态综合评估新方法。首先,利用熵权法和层次分析法(AHP)分别计算并确定飞机液压系统各关键部件相关参数的权重... 针对目前飞机健康状态不易准确评估的难题,以飞机液压系统为具体研究对象,提出一种基于模糊灰色聚类和组合赋权相结合的健康状态综合评估新方法。首先,利用熵权法和层次分析法(AHP)分别计算并确定飞机液压系统各关键部件相关参数的权重,再通过组合赋权法将上述两种权重进行组合,得到具有主客观意义的组合权重。第二,采用灰色聚类法评估飞机液压系统各关键部件的健康状态。针对评估结果,由飞机液压系统各关键部件聚类系数创建飞机液压系统的健康评估模糊评判矩阵。然后依据该矩阵,采用熵权法和AHP分别求出各关键部件权重,并用组合赋权法进行组合。最终,采用模糊综合评判法评估飞机液压系统的健康状态。以某型飞机真实液压系统为例进行了试验验证,结果表明,所提出的基于模糊灰色聚类和组合赋权相结合的健康状态综合评估方法能够有效实现飞机液压系统健康评估的效能,具有很好的工程应用价值。 展开更多

中国海上油田中有3个油田实施了聚合物驱开采技术,且取得了较好的增油控水效果,但聚合物驱后进一步提高采收率技术将成为一个亟待解决的问题。为了研究海上油田聚合物驱后提高采收率的合理接替技术,在调研总结中外聚合物驱后提高采收率... 中国海上油田中有3个油田实施了聚合物驱开采技术,且取得了较好的增油控水效果,但聚合物驱后进一步提高采收率技术将成为一个亟待解决的问题。为了研究海上油田聚合物驱后提高采收率的合理接替技术,在调研总结中外聚合物驱后提高采收率技术的基础上,从工业化应用规模、矿场试验效果和驱油机理等方面进行分析,针对海上油田的特点和条件,筛选出适合海上油田聚合物驱后提高采收率的接替技术。结合室内物理模拟实验,对残留聚合物的分布特点和聚合物驱后接替技术进行了分析,对比了聚合物驱后二元复合驱与絮凝剂驱提高采收率的效果。研究结果表明,海上油田聚合物驱后可采用二元复合驱和聚合物再利用等提高采收率技术进一步开发;聚合物驱结束时,残留聚合物主要分布在主流线上;聚合物驱结束后进一步提高采收率的时机越早越好;二元复合驱油体系增油降水效果及注入性均优于絮凝剂驱。 展开更多

20世纪提高肝癌疗效的努力主要有:50年代肝癌规则性切除和放、化疗的应用;60年代肝移植问世,到90年代其治疗肝癌的价值得到了肯定;70年代小肝癌的局部切除使切除疗效倍增;80年代局部治疗扩大了肝癌病人的受益面。这些努力的目标就... 20世纪提高肝癌疗效的努力主要有:50年代肝癌规则性切除和放、化疗的应用;60年代肝移植问世,到90年代其治疗肝癌的价值得到了肯定;70年代小肝癌的局部切除使切除疗效倍增;80年代局部治疗扩大了肝癌病人的受益面。这些努力的目标就是“消灭肿瘤”。过去半个世纪来每个10年我所住院肝癌病人的生存率都有所提高。预期21世纪提高肝癌疗效的目标将从单纯消灭肿瘤变为消灭肿瘤基础上加上调变肿瘤和机体。提高肝癌疗效有多种途径。有些途径疗效提高的幅度较大,如早诊早治;有些研究提高疗效的幅度较小,如肝癌手术切端远近的研究。有些是实质性提高疗效,如新疗法的研究与应用;有些则是限于肝癌某一亚群疗效的提高,如某一疗法适应证的研究。在21世纪初,生物学将是影响肝癌临床进步的关键因素。尽管消灭肿瘤依然是主要的、基本的,但是对残癌与机体的调变则是进一步提高疗效的关键。 展开更多
