It is not uncommon in multiple criteria decision-making that the numerical values of alternatives of some criteria are subject to imprecision, uncertainty and indetermination and the information on weights of criteria...It is not uncommon in multiple criteria decision-making that the numerical values of alternatives of some criteria are subject to imprecision, uncertainty and indetermination and the information on weights of criteria is incomplete certain. A new multiple criteria decision- making method with incomplete certain information based on ternary AHP is proposed. This improves on Takeda＇s method. In this method, the ternary comparison matrix of the alternatives under each pseudo-criteria is constructed, the eigenvector associated with the maximum eigenvalue of the ternary comparison matrix is attained as to normalize priority vector of the alternatives, then the order of alternatives is obtained by solving two kinds of linear programming problems. A series of studies demonstrate that consumers have fairness judgments about the retailer＇s price which will impact their shopping decisions. Thus, it is necessary for the retailer to take consumers＇ fairness concer...A series of studies demonstrate that consumers have fairness judgments about the retailer＇s price which will impact their shopping decisions. Thus, it is necessary for the retailer to take consumers＇ fairness concerns into account when setting his pricing policies. We assume that when the retailer＇s price is lower than a consumer＇s justice reference price, the consumer is likely to sense a positive price unfairness that will lead to increased consumer utility, and when the retailer＇s price is higher than a consumer＇s justice reference price, the consumer is likely to sense a negative price unfairness-that will have a negative effect on consumer utility. According to the information conditions of the consumers＇ justice reference price, the retailer should consider three situations： certain information, random information and partial information. In all situations, we show that the retailer has a unique optimal pricing strategy. Finally, through numerical examples, we find that our distribution-free policies perform almost the same as the results under the distributions that maximize the entropy. Our results reveal that it is important for the retailer to consider consumers＇ fairness concerns, otherwise he may suffer losses when Pc is very small.展开更多

This result comes in sharp contrast with the prescription of the traditional thermodynamics and statistical physics which consider the existence of equilibrium as asymptotic property of all systems. The difference commences from the use of infinitesimal calculus as the basic implement for modelling by the latter while the primary premise of the conjecture of boundedness is sustaining the energy/matter/information permanently bounded and finite. The latter property overrules the infinitesimal calculus as the major implement of modelling because, among all, it is proven that the traditional one suffers unsoluble difficulties.展开更多

目的探讨急重症早期识别和治疗清单(checklist for early recognition and treatment of acute illness and injury,CERTAIN)在食管癌术后患者重症监护期间病情管理中的应用效果。方法选择本科室2017年7月至2018年2月收治的142例食管癌...目的探讨急重症早期识别和治疗清单(checklist for early recognition and treatment of acute illness and injury,CERTAIN)在食管癌术后患者重症监护期间病情管理中的应用效果。方法选择本科室2017年7月至2018年2月收治的142例食管癌术后患者作为对照组,2018年8月—2019年3月收治的137例食管癌术后患者作为观察组。对照组患者采用传统疾病管理方法,即医生对患者每日查房并口头讨论,护士根据查房后下达的医嘱进行观察和护理;试验组患者则由医生和护士共同用CERTAIN对患者进行每日查房,护士根据查房时确定的治疗护理方案对患者进行观察和护理。比较两组患者在重症监护期间的临床结局和并发症发生率。结果试验组患者重症监护期间病死率、ICU住院时间、重返ICU率均较对照组低(均P<0.05);试验组患者术后并发症如食管吻合口瘘、食管胸膜瘘、肺部感染等总并发症发生率较对照组低(均P<0.05)。结论CERTAIN的应用能减少食管癌患者术后重症监护期间的并发症及改善患者的部分临床结局,值得推广应用。展开更多

Once there was a film telling culture conflicts between Eastern and Western world derived from Gua Sha in 2000, in which the Chinese parents were sued as child abuse evidenced by the appearance of petechiae and ecchymosis （Sha） on the child＇s back. Now about 12 years later Gua Sha has been one of the complementary therapies widely accepted in the United States mirrored by more and more clinic-visits and several evidence-based studies published in peer-reviewed journals.展开更多
