杨桃果汁对糖尿病模型小鼠的降糖作用及其机制研究 被引量:5

目的:研究杨桃果汁对糖尿病模型小鼠血糖水平的影响,并初步探讨其降糖的机制。方法:采用链脲佐菌素(STZ)静脉注射建立糖尿病小鼠模型,随机分为模型组、二甲双胍(0.32g/kg)组及杨桃果汁低、中、高剂量(5g/kg、10g/kg、20g/kg)组,同时设... 目的:研究杨桃果汁对糖尿病模型小鼠血糖水平的影响,并初步探讨其降糖的机制。方法:采用链脲佐菌素(STZ)静脉注射建立糖尿病小鼠模型,随机分为模型组、二甲双胍(0.32g/kg)组及杨桃果汁低、中、高剂量(5g/kg、10g/kg、20g/kg)组,同时设空白组(不作任何处理)。给药组每天灌胃给药1次,连续给药14d,模型组给予等量生理盐水。采血测定空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)、丙酮酸、乳酸、胰高血糖素(GC)等指标,并进行口服糖耐量试验(OGTT)。结果:与模型组比较,杨桃果汁中、高剂量组第14天FBG显著降低(P<0.01),杨桃果汁高剂量组第7天FBG显著降低(P<0.05);杨桃果汁中、高剂量组0.5h血糖及糖耐量血糖曲线下面积(AUC)显著降低,且杨桃果汁高剂量组下降更为明显(P<0.05)。与模型组比较,杨桃果汁高剂量组FINS水平显著升高,血清乳酸和GC水平显著降低(P<0.05)。杨桃果汁中、高剂量组丙酮酸水平较模型组显著降低(P<0.05)。各组小鼠ISI无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:杨桃果汁通过提高FINS水平、降低GC水平同时平衡乳酸水平来影响糖尿病模型小鼠的血糖水平。 展开更多

Nano particle (NP) morphology is one of the material properties at the origin of potential application base properties exploited in several engineering and technology domains, such as fuel cell, electrodes, catalysis, sensing, electric, thermal, magnetic, and photovoltaic applications. The general properties and particle morphology of nickel oxide/Nickel hydroxide NPs can be modified by the introduction of impurity atoms or ions. Nano sized nickel oxide/nickel hydroxide nanocomposites were obtained from the thermal decomposition of single molecular precursors synthesized by a modified oxalate route using Carambola fruit juice as a precipitating agent. The compositional and morphological variations were studied by introducing cobalt as an impurity ion at different w/w% fractions (0%, 0.1%, 0.3%, 0.5%, 1%, 3%, 5.0%, 40.0% and 50.0%) into the microstructure of the nickel oxide/hydroxide. The precursors were characterized by FT-IR, while TGA/DTG analysis was carried out to decompose the precursors. The precursors decomposed at 400°C and were characterized by PXRD and SEM/TEM. The results revealed that Pure Nickel Oxide (NiO) and, Cobalt-doped Nickel Oxide/nickel hydroxide (Co<sub>x</sub>Ni<sub>1</sub>-<sub>x</sub>O/Ni(OH)<sub>2</sub>) Nano composites have been synthesized and the synthesized samples have exhibited three distinct morphologies (porous face-centered cubic nano rods, rough and discontinuous Co<sub>x</sub>Ni<sub>1</sub>-<sub>x</sub>O/Ni(OH)<sub>2</sub>) composite and, smooth and continuous mix spherical/cuboidal mixed morphological phase of (NiO/CoO). The morphology of the NPs varied with the introduction of the dopant atoms and with increase in the concentration of dopant atoms in the composite. Magnetic studies using vibrating sample magnetometry revealed superparamagnetic properties which correlated strongly with particle size, shape and morphology. 研究杨桃果汁对糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)模型小鼠肝损伤及其抗氧化应激的影响,并初步探讨其降糖作用机制。将杨桃果实榨汁后浓缩,得到生药浓度为5 kg/L的杨桃果汁试液。采用链脲佐菌素(streptozotocin,STZ)致糖尿病小鼠模型研究杨... 研究杨桃果汁对糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)模型小鼠肝损伤及其抗氧化应激的影响,并初步探讨其降糖作用机制。将杨桃果实榨汁后浓缩,得到生药浓度为5 kg/L的杨桃果汁试液。采用链脲佐菌素(streptozotocin,STZ)致糖尿病小鼠模型研究杨桃果汁不同剂量对小鼠血糖水平的影响,将糖尿病小鼠随机分成5组,即模型组、二甲双胍组(0.32 g/kg)、杨桃果汁低、中、高剂量组(5、10、20 g/kg),另设空白组。每天上午灌胃给药一次,连续给药14 d。在相应时间采血测定肝糖原、丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)、超氧化歧化酶(superoide dismutase,SOD)、琥珀酸脱氢酶(succinate dehydrogenase,SDH)、环磷酸腺苷(cyclic adenosine monophosphate,cAMP)等指标,做胰腺组织细胞观察。结果表明,给药14天后,与模型小鼠相比,杨桃果汁低、中、高剂量组均能有效降低小鼠肝组织MDA值(P<0.01或0.05),而中、高剂量组能相应增高SOD活力(P<0.01);杨桃果汁高剂量组能提高小鼠肝组织中SDH含量,并能明显降低cAMP含量(P<0.01或0.05)。杨桃果汁能改善糖尿病小鼠肝功能状况,对降血糖起到积极作用。 展开更多
