采用氟盐法制备了Al-4Ti B_2中间合金,并利用OM、SEM以及XRD等方法研究了机械搅拌对其显微组织的影响。研究结果表明:随着反应温度的提高和保温时间的延长,Al-4Ti B_2中间合金的反应程度逐渐增加;Ti B_2颗粒尺寸随反应温度的升高而逐渐... 采用氟盐法制备了Al-4Ti B_2中间合金,并利用OM、SEM以及XRD等方法研究了机械搅拌对其显微组织的影响。研究结果表明:随着反应温度的提高和保温时间的延长,Al-4Ti B_2中间合金的反应程度逐渐增加;Ti B_2颗粒尺寸随反应温度的升高而逐渐减小,且分布更均匀。但当反应温度过高时,组织中出现灰色大块状的Al B_(12)相。在较高温度下进行机械搅拌不但可获得更细小的Ti B_2颗粒,还可避免有害相Al B_(12)的生成。 展开更多

Aluminum-10% TiB master alloy was added in various proportions in 7178 Al alloy in order to examine the effect of TiB on grain refinement, wear and compressive deformation of the later one. Microstructural characterization reveals that TiB particles act as grain refiners for primary base alloy and result in globular dendrites. It was observed that the wear resistance and strength of the alloy decreased when the master alloy addition increased beyond 20%, even though the dendrites become much finer and almost spherical in nature. 展开更多
