The determination of the analyte was carried out by high performance liquid chromatography with UV detection. The alkaline alumina was used as sorbent. The mixture of acetonitrile and water was used as elution solvent. Several extraction parameters, such as type of sorbent, the ratio of sample to solid support material, type of the elution solvent and the volume of the elution solvent were tested. Mean recoveries ranged from 93.16% to 102.73%, with relative standard deviations from 0.27% to 4.17%. With the extraction efficiency and time expenditure taken into account, MSPD extraction should be a comparatively good method.展开更多

The nanosilica sol was modified by the addition of the reactive coupling agent methacrylexy propyltrimethoxysilane ( MPS), and the resulting latex particles were protected by surfactants such as sodium dodecyl sulphonate( SDS), hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ( HMPC), and poly (vinylpyrrolidone) (PVP). The effects of the type of surfactant, the amount of surfactant, and the coupling agent on the shape and stability of the resulting latex particles were investigated. The TEM observation indicates that among SDS, HMPC, and PVP, SDS is the best surfactant. When the content of SDS is 0. 5% and the amount of MPS is 7% in the system, the latex with obvious core-shell structure could be obtained. The average diameters of the monodispersed particles range from 182 to 278 nm, and the average number of silica beads for each composite are 1325 and 4409, respectively. The FrIR analysis shows that PS was chemically linked to silica through MPS. The thermal gravimetric analysis shows that when there is a higher silica content, the hybrid composites have a better heat resistance.展开更多

In the scheme,an embedded microprocessor( LPC3250 from NXP) is chosen as the CPU of the embedded server with a linux operation system( OS) environment. The embedded server provides multiple interfaces for supporting various application scenarios. The whole network is based on local area network and adopts the Browser / Server( B / S) model. The monitoring and control node is as a browser endpoint and the remote node with an embedded server is as a server endpoint. Users can easily acquire various sensors information through writing Internet protocol address of remote node on the computer browser. Compared with client / server( C / S) mode,B / S model needs less maintain and can be applicable to large user group. In addition,a simple network management protocol( SNMP) is used for management of devices in Internet protocol( IP) networks. The results of the demonstration experiment show that the proposed system gives good support to manage the network from different user terminals and allows the users to better interact with the ambient environment.展开更多

However the use of IMRT and helical delivery in breast cancer treatment is non-standard. Newer tomotherapy units are equipped with a static-beam mode with 3DCRT capabilities. During the clinical use, we frequently observe hot-spots in the plan that renders the plan clinically unacceptable. The purpose of this study is to investigate the underlying cause of the hot-spots in tomotherapy static-beam breast treatment and possible solutions. Materials/Methods: Theories about the formation of the hot-spot were developed. Eight lumpectomy patients contoured according to RTOG-1005 specifications were also used to illustrate the magnitude of hot-spots under various planning strategies. Two tangential beams were used for the whole breast irradiation plan with prescription dose of 40 Gy in 15 fractions. Results: The hot-spot was identified as the behavior of the optimization engine when part of the target region was blocked. With the current design of tomotherapy’s 3DCRT planning where user adjustment was greatly limited, none of the planning strategies were able to reduce the hot-spots to acceptable levels in the eight patients studied. The best strategy still produced an average of 48.5 Gy (121% of prescription dose) hot-spot dose and 30.4 cc hot-spot volume (volume receiving > 110% prescription dose). It is also shown that the hot-spot was not a result of energy or other physical limitation of the radiation device. By manually adjusting the plan sinogram, the maximum hot-spot dose drops from 121% to 111% and the hot-spot volume drops from 30 cc to 6 cc on average. Conclusions: While TomoDirect 3DCRT showed great promise in breast treatment, treatment planning software improvements may be needed in order to improve the clinical acceptability by reducing hot-spots in normal tissue.展开更多

Complex modulus tests were conducted on EAC specimens at various temperature and loading frequency conditions. Dynamic modulus and phase angles obtained from the complex modulus tests were used in the construction of the Huet-Sayegh model. The dynamic modulus master curve was developed by the Huet-Sayegh model as well as the Burgers model for comparison purpose. The results showed that EAC exhibits typical rheological behavior whose dynamic modulus decreases with the increase of temperature while increases with the increase of frequency, and phase angles increase with the decrease of frequencies and the increase of temperatures. The Huet-Sayegh model predicts the dynamic modulus master curve of EAC very well and much better than the Burgers model over a wide range of frequencies.展开更多

Taking the aerodynamic convection and radiation heat transfer outside the tank as the third kinds of thermal boundary conditions for the thermal analysis of the fuel tank, calculation of internal and external coupling heat of fuel tank is decoupled. Ther^nal network method combined with hierarchical dynamic- grid is used to deal with the fuel consumption, and carry on the heat transfer analysis of the fuel tank. The numerical method for the transient temperature field of aircraft fuel tank is established. Through the simulation calculation, the transient temperature distribution of the fuel tank under different flight conditions is obtained, and the influence of the fuel mass and the external thermal environment on the temperature field is analyzed.展开更多
