After one week of treatment with lipid-lowering medication and a low-fat diet, the patient exhibited significant improvements in fundus examination and laboratory tests, with both corrected visual acuity and blood lipid levels returning to normal. This case highlights the importance of accurate diagnosis and comprehensive treatment for the recovery of patients with lipemia retinalis. In addition to this case report, the article provides a literature review on the clinical features, diagnosis, differential diagnosis, and treatment of lipemia retinalis, serving as a reference for clinicians.展开更多
