目的分析预见性护理配合药物镇静对降低重症监护病房(intensive care unit,ICU)气管插管患者非计划性拔管率的效果。方法选取2016年4月~2017年3月在本院ICU行机械通气治疗患者144例作为研究对象,运用随机数表法将其分为观察组(n=72)与...目的分析预见性护理配合药物镇静对降低重症监护病房(intensive care unit,ICU)气管插管患者非计划性拔管率的效果。方法选取2016年4月~2017年3月在本院ICU行机械通气治疗患者144例作为研究对象,运用随机数表法将其分为观察组(n=72)与对照组(n=72)。给予对照组临床常规护理与药物镇静,观察组则于对照组基础上采取预见性护理。观察两组临床护理干预效果。结果观察组气管插管非计划性拔管(unplanned extubation,UEX)、呼吸机相关性肺炎(ventilator associated pneumonia,VAP)等发生率均低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(c2=8.070、4.267、11.272,P<0.05)。结论预见性护理配合药物镇静可有效降低ICU气管插管患者非计划性拔管与VAP发生概率,保障治疗安全性,提升患者满意度与生命质量。展开更多
