For these hollow fibers, the formation of the interracial micro-voids, IFM, and the spinablllty of the blend were analyzed. The pressm-e-responslblllty was studied by measuring the changing of pure water flux, PWF, with the pressure, and the influence of drawing and heat-setting on the structure and pressure-responsibility of the membranes were also discussed. 展开更多

Nanocomposites with various contents of organophilic montmorillonite (oMMT) have been prepared by adding oMMT to interpenetrating poly- mer networks (IPNs) of polyurethane and epoxy resin (PU/EP) which had been prepared by a sequential polymeric technique. DSC experiment indicates a novel phenomenon that the glass transition tem- perature (Tg) of the nanocomposites increases with the oMMT content up to 3 %, then decreases with further increasing oMMT content. In order to explain this phenomenon, crosslink density, hydrogen bond- ing in the hard segments, crystallization of the nanocomposites and the exfoliation degree of oMMT in the nanocomposites have been investigated by swelling method, FT-IR, XRD, SEM and TEM, re- spectively. The results indicate that the crosslink density and the hydrogen bonding index of the nanocomposites increase, but the crystallization de- gree of the nanocomposites decreases with increas- ing oMMT content. 目的探讨联合应用藻酸盐和自粘型聚亚安酯敷料于中厚皮片供皮区,加速创面愈合的方法。方法烧伤后瘢痕整形中厚皮取皮术后,实验组19例以藻酸盐和自粘型聚亚安酯敷料顺序联合应用覆盖供皮区创面,对照组17例以传统的凡士林纱布加棉垫绷带... 目的探讨联合应用藻酸盐和自粘型聚亚安酯敷料于中厚皮片供皮区,加速创面愈合的方法。方法烧伤后瘢痕整形中厚皮取皮术后,实验组19例以藻酸盐和自粘型聚亚安酯敷料顺序联合应用覆盖供皮区创面,对照组17例以传统的凡士林纱布加棉垫绷带加压包扎供皮区创面,受术者于术后第1天、第2天及第10天揭除敷料时就供皮区疼痛程度按疼痛视觉模拟评分,并对敷料对术后活动的影响、术后10d揭除敷料难易程度进行评价,记录两组供皮区创面愈合的时间。结果术后第1天、第2天及术后第10天揭除敷料时,实验组受术者的疼痛视觉模拟评分低于对照组,实验组中36.8%受术者术后活动不受限,高于对照组(P<0.05);术后10d,实验组揭除敷料更为容易,且实验组供皮区愈合时间平均为9.8d,短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论藻酸盐敷料和聚亚安酯敷料联合应用于中厚皮片供皮区,具有降低术后疼痛,减轻术后活动不便,操作方便,缩短供皮区愈合时间的优点,值得临床推广应用。 展开更多

The experiments of reducing noise were made by means of adding the polyurethane elastomer at different positions on the 100 kN and 1 000 kN punch presses. The better effect of reducing noise was obtained. After researching and analyzing a large number of test data, the ″equivalent damping hypothesis″ is put forward. The hypothesis makes the experiment of reducing noise simpler and also more economical. Diglycidyl 4,5-epoxy tetrahydro phthalate/methyl tetrahydrophthalic anhydride (TDE-85/MeTHPA) epoxy resin modified by polyurethane (PU) was prepared with 1,4-butanediol (1,4-BDO), trimethylol propane (TMP) and polyurethane prepolymer synthesized by polypropylene glycol and toluene diisocynate. Chemical reaction and curing mechanism of this system were discussed by incorporating the results of infra spectrum analysis. The results indicate that the epoxy polymeric network I is obtained by the curing reaction between TDE-85 and MeTHPA, while the PU polymeric network II is obtained by the chain-extended and crosslinking reaction between 1,4-BDO, TMP and polyurethane prepolymer(PUP). The graft chemical bonds are formed between polymer networks I and II that therefore increase the degree of blend and compatibility between epoxy polymer and PU. 展开更多

Diglycidyl-4,5-epoxycyclohexane-1,2-dicarboxylate(TDE-85)/methyl tetrahydrophthalic anhydride (MeTHPA) epoxy resin was modified with polyurethane(PU) and the interpenetrating polymer networks(IPNs) of PU-modified TDE-85/MeTHPA resin were prepared. The structural characteristics and properties of PU-modified TDE-85/MeTHPA resin were investigated by Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) spectrum,emission scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and thermogravimetry(TG). The results indicate that epoxy polymer network (Ⅰ) and polyurethane polymer network (Ⅱ) of the modified resin can be obtained and the networks (Ⅰ) and (Ⅱ) interpenetrate and tangle highly each other at the phase interface. The micro morphology presents heterogeneous structure. The integrative properties of PU-modified TDE-85/MeTHPA epoxy resin are improved obviously. The PU-modified TDE-85/ MeTHPA resin's tensile strength reaches 69.39 MPa,the impact strength reaches 23.56 kJ/m,the temperature for the system to lose 1% mass (t1%) is 300 ℃,and that for the system to lose 50% mass (t50%) is 378 ℃. Compared with those of TDE-85/MeTHPA resin,the tensile strength,impact strength,t1% and t50% of the PU-modified resin increases by 48%,115%,30 ℃,11 ℃,respectively. The PU-modified TDE-85/MeTHPA resin has the structure characteristics and properties of interpenetrating polymer networks. 展开更多

This paper presents our recent experimental investigation on the feasibility of monitoring the froth molding, a special case of solidification process, of polyurethane by using electrical capacitance tomography. The major challenge is the extremely low solid density of the solidified material during the process due to the very large expansion ratio. Suitable calibration method is sought and adequate image reconstruction algorithm is applied for such a task. Different expansion modes have been observed during experiment and corresponding images reconstructed. This visualization technique clearly revealed the expansion process by a time series of images of the solid density. The test results proved the capability of electrical capacitance tomography in monitoring the expansion of polyurethane. Future ways for improvement are also suggested. 展开更多

In order to overcome the problems, we designed and synthesized a polyether dioi containing short perfluoroaikyl side chains, which was condensed with diisocyanate to form fluorine-containing aqueous polyurethane. This aqueous polyurethane was applied on cotton fabrics by conventional pad-dry-cure process. The treated cotton fabrics showed good water repellent property with the contact angle reached 131°, and also IXBSessed good washing durability. 展开更多

Among the noises of the punch press, blanking noise and engaging noise of the clutch should be paid most attention to. The latter is generated by the engagement impacts of the rotating key on the spline bush. In order to absorb the pressing energy and reduce the noise radiated, polyurethane cushions were added to the spline bush keyways and the clutch running noise reduction has reached 10.7 (dB(A)). Considering such factors as the running characteristics of the punch press clutch, the demand for cushioning performance and the demand of the clutch temperature field for damping materials, the temperature field of the rigid clutch spline bush was simulated to find out whether the temperature of polyurethane go beyond its critical application temperature, using the finite element method. According to the characteristic that the deforming memory alloy can restore the remembered shape with the temperature rising, the actual temperature of the spline bush was measured. Consequently, the theoretical temperature turned out to be close to the measured temperature. 展开更多

The polymerization process was traced by... Acrylate modified polyurethane resin was first synthesized, and interpenetrated with unsaturated polyester resin to form IPNs and gradient IPNs which cured at room temperature. The polymerization process was traced by an IR spectroscopy technique and the simultaneous interpenetrating techniques were determined. The morphology of these IPNs were estimated by TMA and TEM methods. The results indicated that large amount of interpenetrating and entanglement make T g linked up effectively, and domains between two phases can be in nanometre ranges, which changed with composition ratios. The mechanical properties results showed that IPNs varied from elastomeric to plastic materials. It was noteworthy that, with the introduction of modified groups and the formation of graft construction in IPNs, the miscibility in the systems was improved a lot. These further led to the improved mechanical properties of IPNs with elastomer reinforced and plasticizer toughened as well. The reinforced miscibility between the networks can apparently change mechanical property especially for the gradient ones when the materials are elongated. 展开更多

Polyether polyurethane was synthesized from modified wheat straw oxygen-alkaline lignin, polyethylene glycol and two different diisocyanates (diphenylemethane-4, 4’-diisocyanate, tolulene diisocyanate) by solution casting method, its properties were investigated. The results show that modified wheat straw oxygen-alkaline lignin can substitute part of polyethylene glycol to react with diisocyanate to synthesize polyurethane. The molar ratio of NCO to OH and modified wheat straw oxygen-alkaline lignin content affect the properties of lignin-based polyether polyurethane respectively. The addition of plasticizer in the polyurethane synthesis process improves the properties of synthesized polyurethane, especially the elasticity of polyurethane. The synthesized polyurethane from modified wheat straw oxygen-alkali lignin can be used as both engineering plastic and hard foam plastic in future. 展开更多
