目的系统性评价免冲洗皮肤清洁剂在失禁性皮炎预防与护理中的应用效果。方法利用计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台、Cochrane Library,Medline,Web of Science,CINAHL和EMBASE数据库中关于免冲洗皮肤清洁剂在...目的系统性评价免冲洗皮肤清洁剂在失禁性皮炎预防与护理中的应用效果。方法利用计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台、Cochrane Library,Medline,Web of Science,CINAHL和EMBASE数据库中关于免冲洗皮肤清洁剂在失禁性皮炎护理和预防中的随机对照试验或类试验研究。由两名研究人员独立评价并交叉核对纳入研究质量。按照Cochrane Handbook Version 5.1.0手册的质量评价标准评价纳入研究,筛选纳入文献的参考文献。采用RenMan5.3软件进行统计学处理。结果共纳入文献6篇,Meta分析结果证实:免冲洗皮肤清洁剂可以减少失禁性皮炎的发生(Z=4.04,P<0.001),缩短护理人员清洁皮肤的时间(Z=18.78,P<0.001),减少护理人员工作量。结论免冲洗皮肤清洁剂可以减少擦洗对皮肤造成的损伤,降低失禁性皮炎发生率,节省皮肤清洁时间,值得临床推广。展开更多
