The cause of the phenomenon is not a "personal moral problem", but is an institutional one. Now China is approaching the overall combination of the institutional environment, the necessity for overall reconstruction of the ethical system became apparent. The overall ethical construction will take place on three levels. Firstly, recognizing those of universally approved ethical principles as the "bottom line" for the proposed market system in China. Secondly, setting up "ethical norms" suitable for the particular market transaction environment in China (in reference to other countries). And third, remolding the traditional "moral value" (known as "Asia values" or "Confucianism"), and "combining" it with the "universal ethical presumption" and "national ethical norms", so "forming" one ethical view.展开更多
