The distribution scope of this culture is quite wide, which starts from the southern foot of Tian Shan Mountains in the north to the southeastern edge of Takla Makan Desert in the south, and from He Jing county in the east to Wen Su county in the west. The Culture could be divided into three different kinds of regional types, namely, the type of Cha Wu Hu Gou Kou, the type of Qun Ba Ke and the type of Zha Gun Lu Ke. These types, were estimated 1000BC to 100 BC. The period dividing research of the Cha Wu Hu Gou Kou Culture is limited to the type of Cha Wu Hu Gou Kou at present. Since this kind of period dividing research still has many contradictions and questions, so we can neither take it as the result of period dividing research of the entire Cha Wu Hu Gou Kou Culture, nor take it as a standard to judge or restrain the period dividing research of other types, even other cultures.展开更多
