Objective To study the effects of nocuous stimulation onβ-band of QPEEG in rabbits.Methods Rabbits of both sexes were randomly divided into 3 groups: mopping group;forceps holder group;cutting group.According to it,d...Objective To study the effects of nocuous stimulation onβ-band of QPEEG in rabbits.Methods Rabbits of both sexes were randomly divided into 3 groups: mopping group;forceps holder group;cutting group.According to it,different stimulation were given to the rabbits which had been injected muscle relaxant by vein.The EEG sample was obtained before and at some intervals following the stimulation given to.The EEG activity was processed with the power spectral analysis.Results The percentage of β-band power showed no significant changes in group of mopping(P>0.05);the percentage ofβ-band power were increased(P<0.05) in group of forceps holder within 30 s^60 s after received stimulation in the areas of forehead and cupula,especially in the left areas;the percentage ofβ-band power in group of cutting increased more significantly in all areas of brain(P<0.01).The changes lasted for 2 min.Conclusion After given nocuous stimulation,the percentage of β-band power increased,which showed that the percentage of β-band power would be an effective means of monitoring pain.展开更多
