This paper states the experience of the discipline development of China Union Medical University,the essence of which,the paper points out,includes scientific researches,cultivation ofthe trained personnel and the aca...This paper states the experience of the discipline development of China Union Medical University,the essence of which,the paper points out,includes scientific researches,cultivation ofthe trained personnel and the academic staff’s establishment and basic facilities.The orientationof discipline construction,the development of academic hierarchy,strengthening the cultivationof trained personnel,and attaching importance to the academic exchange at home and abroad areits key link.The paper also introduces the method and sequence of selecting major disciplines.Finally the paper puts forward that the established major disciplines still need support and reinforcement,and the demand of our country’s construction and area distribution and developmentshould be also taken into account.The concept of comprehensive discipline should be acquired,the identical and resemble specilities should be jointly constructed,combining with major laboratories and the movable working center for the postdoctoral program.展开更多
