This paper attempts to analyze the changing process of worker’s social identity based on 26 workers’ interviews. The author suggests that the boundaries of worker’s social identity are built by the synthetical elements, including the aim of working,the stratification of the labor markets by the technique and age differentiation, and the powerful capital.展开更多
