The shareholders carefully examined the "Work Report of the First Session of the Board of Directors of Sinopec Corp"and the "Work Report of the First Session of the Supervisory Committee of Sinopec Corp." The Second Session of the board of directors of Sinopec Corp was elected at the extraordinary general meeting. They are Chen Tonghai, Wang Jiming,Mou Shuling, Zhang Jiaren,Cao Xianghong, FanYifei,Chen Qingtai, Ho Tsu Kwok Charles, Shi Wanpeng, Zhang Youcai and Cao Yaofeng,among whom Chen Qingtai,Ho Tsu Kwok Charles, Shi Wanpeng and Zhang Youcai were elected as independent directors. Li Yizhong, former chairman of Sinopec Corp, no longer acts as one of the directors of the company because his post has been adjusted.展开更多
