In engineering action, decision-making plays an important role, so decision-making ethics is a center of engineering ethics. Responsibility is an important question in ethics. We must combine the responsibility with decision-making. In the process of decision-making, the veil of ignorance must be disclosed to let knowledge and stakeholders enter the arena of decision-making.
