目的探讨θ短阵快速脉冲(TBS)模式的重复经颅磁刺激(r TMS)治疗慢性精神分裂症阴性症状及社会功能的疗效和安全性。方法选取以阴性症状为主的慢性精神分裂症患者54例,随机分为研究组(28例)和对照组(26例)。研究组在4周内接受每天1次共2... 目的探讨θ短阵快速脉冲(TBS)模式的重复经颅磁刺激(r TMS)治疗慢性精神分裂症阴性症状及社会功能的疗效和安全性。方法选取以阴性症状为主的慢性精神分裂症患者54例,随机分为研究组(28例)和对照组(26例)。研究组在4周内接受每天1次共20次的TBS模式的r TMS干预,对照组给予伪刺激。采用阳性和阴性综合征量表(PANSS)、治疗中需处理的不良反应症状量表(TESS)、个人和社会功能量表(PSP),分别于基线以及治疗后第2、4周末进行临床疗效、社会功能和不良反应评定。结果治疗后第2、4周末,研究组PANSS总分及阴性症状分量表分较基线时下降(P<0.05)。治疗后第2、4周末,研究组PANSS总分及阴性症状分量表分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后第4周末,研究组PSP评分较基线及治疗后第2周末均升高(P<0.000)。治疗后第4周末,研究组PSP评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。PANSS阴性症状分量表分减分值与PSP减分值呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论TBS模式的r TMS可以改善精神分裂症患者的阴性症状及社会功能,社会功能的改善与阴性症状的好转存在相关性。 展开更多

AIM: To investigate the function of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) and gamma-aminobutyric acid A receptor θ subunit (GABRQ) in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). METHODS: Semiquantitative polymerase chain reaction was used for detecting the expression of GABRQ receptor among HCC cell line HepG2, normal liver cell line L-02, non-malignant Chang's liver cells, 8 samples of HCC tissues and paired non-cancerous tissues. HepG2 cells were treated with GABA at serial concentrations (0, 1, 10, 20, 40 and 60 μmol/L), and their proliferating abilities were analyzed with the methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium assay, cell cycle analysis and tumor implanted in nude mice. Small interfering RNA was used for knocking down the endogenous GABRQ in HepG2. Proliferating abilities of these cells treated with or without GABA were analyzed. RESULTS: We identified the overexpression of GABRQ in HCC cell lines and half of the tested HCC tissues. Knockdown of endogenous GABRQ expression in HepG2 attenuated HCC cell growth, suggesting its role in HCC cell viability. We studied the effect of GABA in the proliferation of GABRQ-positive cell lines in vitro and in vivo , and found that GABA increased HCC growth in a dosedependent manner. Notably, the addition of GABA into the cell culture medium promoted the proliferation of GABRQ-expressing HepG2 cells, but not GABRQ-knockdown HepG2 cells, which means that GABA stimulates HepG2 cell growth through GABRQ. CONCLUSION: GABRQ play important roles in HCC development and progression and could be a promising molecular target for the development of new diagnostic and therapeutic strategies of HCC. 展开更多

碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料(Carbon fiber reinforced plastic/polymer,CFRP)螺旋铣孔过程切削力变化、残余应力分布与断裂机制的宏观研究无法反映刀具与碳纤维增强相、基体与界面相之间相互作用的瞬态切削特性。本工作基于螺旋铣孔运动... 碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料(Carbon fiber reinforced plastic/polymer,CFRP)螺旋铣孔过程切削力变化、残余应力分布与断裂机制的宏观研究无法反映刀具与碳纤维增强相、基体与界面相之间相互作用的瞬态切削特性。本工作基于螺旋铣孔运动学原理,采用正交切削法构建CFRP螺旋铣孔切屑成形过程的三维微观有限元切削模型,通过分析CFRP不同纤维方向角θ(0°、45°、90°、135°)时、切削速度与切削厚度对切削力、残余应力以及纤维方向对断裂行为的影响规律,最后揭示CFRP螺旋铣孔的成屑机制。结果表明:θ=90°时,周向力不受切削速度、切削厚度的影响,其增值最大;当切削厚度相同时,θ=0°的周向力增值最小;当切削速度相同时,θ=45°的周向力增值最小。当θ为0°、45°、135°时,残余应力分布情况不受切削厚度的影响,θ为0°、135°分布在已加工表面,θ=45°集中分布在已加工表面下方;当θ=90°时,随着切削厚度的增大,残余应力分布扩展至整个工件。θ为0°、45°的CFRP断裂行为是剪切断裂和弯曲断裂共同作用的结果;θ=90°时,以剪切断裂为主;θ=135°时,以弯曲断裂为主。 展开更多

In the presence of the θ’ phases, θ’ was found to be formed by in-situ transformation fromθ’’ with the same plate shape, size and broad faces. The transformation starts from multiple sites within the θ’ precipitate and the whole θ’ phase finally forms as the preferential θ’ sections grow and connect with each other. Antiphase domain boundaries are also found in some θ’ precipitates when the disregistry exists between different θ’ sections. 展开更多

Estimating long-term creep deformation and life of materials is an effective way to ensure the service safety and to reduce the cost of long-term integrity evaluation of high temperature structural materials.Since the 1980 s, the θ projection model has been widely used for predicting creep lives due to its ability to capture the characteristic transitions observed in creep curves obtained under constant true stress conditions. However, the creep rupture behavior under constant load or engineering stress conditions cannot be simulated accurately using this model because of the different stress states. In this paper, creep curves obtained under constant load conditions were analyzed using a modified θ projection model by considering the increase in true stress with creep deformation during the creep tests. This model is expressed as ε = θ_1(1-e^(-θ_2t)) + θ3 e^(θ_4e^θ5^εt)-1, and was validated using the creep curves of K465 and DZ125 superalloys tested at a range of temperatures and engineering stresses. Moreover, it was shown that the predictive capability of the modified θ projection model was significantly improved over the original one, as it reduces the prediction uncertainty from a range of 10% to 20% to below 5%. Meanwhile,it was shown that the model can be reasonably used for predicting constant stress creep conditions, when appropriate parameters are used. The prediction performance of the modified model will be discussed in another paper. The results of this study show great potential for the evaluation and assessment of the service safety of structural materials used in applications where designs are limited by creep deformation. 展开更多

The nonlin- ear dynamic model of the pitch and yaw motion of the missile is transformed into a linear-like structure with state-dependent coef- ficient (SDC) matrices. Based on the linear-like structure, a θ-D feedback controller is designed to steer the missile to track refer- ence acceleration commands. A sufficient condition that ensures the asymptotic stability of the tracking system is given based on Lyapunov's theorem. Numerical results show that the proposed autopilot achieves good tracking performance and the closed-loop tracking system is asymptotically stable. 展开更多

The influence of in-situ synthesized TiC nanoparticles on age-hardening behavior of Al–Cu alloys was investigated in Al–4.5 Cu–1.5 TiC alloy. It was found that TiC nanoparticles decrease the peak-age time effectively, from about 20 h for Al–4.5 Cu alloy decreasing to about 12 h for the Al–4.5 Cu–1.5 TiC. Mechanical property test shows that the age-hardening effect has been improved by the TiC nanoparticles. The increment of yield strength before and after aging is about 84 MPa for Al–4.5 Cu, while, it reaches to about113 MPa for the Al–4.5 Cu–1.5 TiC. After aging heat treatment, precipitates have been observed both in matrix and around TiC nanoparticles. Due to the difference of coefficient of thermal expansion between TiC and Al, high density dislocations in the Al–4.5 Cu–1.5 TiC were generated during water quenching after solution. Dislocations play a role of diffusion path for Cu atoms during aging, which reduces the peak-age time. Alpha-Al lattice distortion resulted from lattice mismatch of TiC/Al interface induces the precipitation of θ' phase around TiC nanoparticles, which increases the number density of θ' and improves the age-hardening effect. This finding is supposed to be also applicable to alloy systems of Al–Cu–Mg,Al–Cu–Mg–Li, Al–Cu–Mg–Ag, etc. 展开更多

The precipitation kinetics of 2519 A aluminum alloy after different cold rolling reductions before aging was investigated by hardness test and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC). The activation energy was calculated according to DSC curves using single heating rate method. The microstructures of as-rolled and peak-aged alloys were observed by transmission electron microscopy(TEM). The result shows that the age hardenability reduces and the activation energy rises with increasing the reduction from 7% to 40%. Nonuniform dislocations are found in as-rolled alloy and inhomogeneous distribution of θ′ phase is revealed in peak-aged alloy when the reduction is 15%. The inhomogeneous distribution of θ′ phase may be related to the age hardenability reducing and activation energy rising. 展开更多

For the block θ methods, an interpolation procedure is introduced which leads to the numerical processes that satisfy an important asymptotic stability condition related to the class of test problems y′(t)=ay(t)+by(t-τ) with a,b∈C, Re(a)<-|b| and τ>0. We prove that the block θ method is GP stable if and only if the method is A stable for ordinary differential equations. Furthermore, it is proved that the P and GP stability are equivalent for the block θ method. 展开更多

Transmission electron microscopy(TEM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),hardness tests and tensile tests were performed to investigate the effect of aging on microstructure and mechanical properties of forged Al-4.4Cu-0.7Mg-0.6Si alloy.The results show that the alloy exhibits splendid mechanical properties with an ultimate tensile strength of504MPa and an elongation of10.1%after aging at170°C for16h.With tensile testing temperature increasing to150°C,the strength of the alloy declines slightly to483MPa.Then,the strength drops quickly when temperature reaches over200°C.The high strength of the alloy in peak-aged condition is caused by a considerable amount ofθ'and AlMgSiCu(Q)precipitates.The relatively stable mechanical properties tested below150°C are mainly ascribed to the stability ofθ'precipitates.The growth ofθ'and Q precipitates and the generation ofθphase lead to a rapid drop of the strength when temperature is over150°C. 展开更多
