γ-Glutamyl peptides can enhance basic taste sensations such as saltiness,sweetness,and umaminess,while the molecular mechanism and the difference in taste enhancement remain elusive.Thus,two complex conformations:tas... γ-Glutamyl peptides can enhance basic taste sensations such as saltiness,sweetness,and umaminess,while the molecular mechanism and the difference in taste enhancement remain elusive.Thus,two complex conformations:taste type 1 receptor 1(T1 R1)-MSG and taste type 1 receptor 2(T1 R2)-sucrose were constructed to form binding receptors.These peptides showed affinity for the two receptors,but a higher affi nity scores and more binding amino acid residues for the T1 R1-MSG receptor,implying that they may exhibit a higher umami-enhancing effect.Thereinto,γ-glutamyl alanine(γ-EA)displayed the highest affi nity for the two receptors through mobilizing multiple amino acid residues to form hydrophobic and hydrogen bonds,indicating it had the highest enhancement for umaminess and sweetness among these peptides.Sensory evaluation demonstrated the enhancement ofγ-EA on umaminess was superior to that of sweetness.Generally,γ-glutamyl peptides could enhance basic taste sensation via activating taste receptor,and exhibited a highest umami-enhancing effect. 展开更多

Unique physiopathological characteristics of tumor tissues impose obstacles to the sufficient penetration of traditional nanomedicines,resulting in undesirable drug delivery efficacy and therapeutic outcomes.Here,we constructed TRAIL-[NDHCPT]^(GAC),a synergistic hydroxycamptothecin(HCPT)and tumor necrosis factor-related apoptosis-inducing ligand(TRAIL)protein co-loaded disk-shaped nanocarrier withγ-glutamyl transpeptidase responsiveness.When the novel nanodisks extravasated into the tumor interstitium,theγ-glutamyl transpeptidase overexpressed on the tumor cell membranes cleaved theγ-glutamyl portions of the nanodisk surface to produce positively charged amino groups.As a result,the cationic nanodisks possessed stronger tumor infiltration ability through transcytosis than anionic nanodisks.HCPT and TRAIL exerted synergistic antitumor effects with better overall therapeutic efficacy.This TRAIL-[ND-HCPT]^(GAC)system performed significantly better than free HCPT and remarkably prolonged the survival of breast tumor-bearing mice with no significant toxicity. 展开更多

AIM:To evaluate the association of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)with acute ischemic stroke severity and in-hospital outcome.METHODS:We prospectively studied all patients who were admitted in our Department with acute ischemic stroke between September 2010 and August 2012(n=415;39.5%males,mean age 78.8±6.6 years).The severity of stroke was assessed with the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score at admission.NALFD was defined as serum alanine aminotransferase and/or aspartate aminotransferase levels above the upper limit of normal in the absence of other causes of elevated aminotransferases levels[chronic hepatitis B or C,drug toxicity,increased alcohol consumption(】21 and】14 drinks per week in men and women,respectively),cholestatic diseases or rhabdomyolysis].The outcome was assessed with the modified Rankin scale(mRS)score at discharge and in-hospital mortality.Adverse outcome was defined as mRS score at discharge≥2.Dependency at discharge was defined as mRS score between 2 to 5.RESULTS:NAFLD was present in 7.7%of the study population.Patients with NAFLD had lower serum high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and higher triglyceride levels than patients without NAFLD(P【0.05 for both comparisons).Demographic data,the prevalence of other cardiovascular risk factors and the prevalence of established CVD did not differ between the two groups.At admission,the NIHSS score did not differ between patients with and without NAFLD(6.3±6.4and 8.8±9.6,respectively;P=NS).At discharge,the mRS score did not differ between the two groups(1.9±2.2 and 2.6±2.2 in patients with and without NAFLD,respectively;P=NS).Rates of dependency at discharge were also similar in patients with and without NAFLD(36.8%and 55.0%,respectively;P=NS)as were the rates of adverse outcome(42.9%and58.6%,respectively;P=NS).In-hospital mortality rates also did not differ between the 2 groups(8.0%and 7.0%in patients with and without NAFLD,respectively;P=NS).CONCLUSION:The presence of NAFLD in patients admitted for acu 展开更多

目的:探讨急性失代偿期全心衰竭大鼠B型钠尿肽(BNP)与肝功能的关系,阐明肝功能的变化对评价心力衰竭患者治疗效果和预后的价值。方法:选择雄性健康SD大鼠60只,采用腹腔连续注射异丙肾上腺素方法建立大鼠急性失代偿期全心衰竭模型,成功... 目的:探讨急性失代偿期全心衰竭大鼠B型钠尿肽(BNP)与肝功能的关系,阐明肝功能的变化对评价心力衰竭患者治疗效果和预后的价值。方法:选择雄性健康SD大鼠60只,采用腹腔连续注射异丙肾上腺素方法建立大鼠急性失代偿期全心衰竭模型,成功造模后存活的大鼠中随机选取20只作为心力衰竭组,另选取20只正常大鼠为对照组。2组大鼠均行心彩检查,测量左室舒张末内径(LVEDD)和收缩末内径(LVESD),计算左室射血分数(LVEF);检测2组大鼠血清BNP水平、血清天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)和γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GT)水平。结果:与对照组比较,心力衰竭组大鼠LVEF值显著降低(P<0.01),BNP值明显增高(P<0.01);血清AST和γ-GT明显升高(P<0.01)。分别以LVEF和BNP为自变量,以AST及γ-GT为因变量进行线性回归分析,γ-GT和AST水平随LVEF的下降而升高,呈负相关关系(λ=-0.765,λ=-0.789,P<0.01);AST和γ-GT随BNP水平升高而升高,呈正相关关系(λ=0.793,λ=0.648,P<0.01)。结论:急性失代偿期全心衰竭大鼠的心功能与肝功能均异常,LVEF水平下降,BNP、AST和γ-GT水平升高;BNP与AST、γ-GT呈正相关关系,LVEF与AST、γ-GT呈负相关关系,提示肝功能变化可作为评估心力衰竭患者治疗效果和预后的指标。 展开更多

AIM: To examine the relationships between γ -glutamyltransferase (GGT), alanine-aminotransferase (ALT),aspartate-aminotransferase (AST) and various metabolic parameters, C-reactive protein (CRP) and an oxidative stress marker (nitrotyrosine, NT) in subjects without any metabolic abnormalities from a population-based sample.METHODS: Two hundred and five subjects with normal body mass index (BMI), glucose tolerance, and without any metabolic abnormality were studied out of 1339subjects, without known liver diseases, alcohol abuse or use of hepatotoxic drugs, who are representative of the 45-64 aged population of Asti (north-western Italy).RESULTS: In all patients metabolic parameters and hs-CRP levels linearly increase from the lowest to the highest ALT and GGT tertiles, while in subjects without metabolic abnormalities, there is a significant association between fasting glucose, uric acid, waist circumference,hs-CRP, triglyceride values, and GGT levels. In these subjects, male sex, higher hs-CRP and glucose levels are associated with GGT levels in a multiple regression model, after adjustments for multiple confounders.In the same model, median NT levels are significantly associated with the increasing GGT tertile (β = 1.06;95%CI 0.67-1.45), but not with the AST and ALT tertiles.In a multiple regression model, after adjusting for age,sex, BMI, waist, smoking, and alcohol consumption, both NT (β = 0.05; 95%CI 0.02-0.08) and hs-CRP levels (β =0.09; 95%CI 0.03-0.15) are significantly associated with fasting glycemia.CONCLUSION: GGT, an easy, universally standardized and available measurement, could represent an early marker of sub-clinical inflammation and oxidative stress in otherwise healthy individuals. Prospective studies are needed to establish if GGT could predict future diabetes in these subjects. 展开更多

A γ-glutamyl transpeptidase (isopeptidase) has been purified 580-fold to homogeneity from the midgut of keratinophagous larvae of Hofmannophila pseudospretella. The enzyme is a single polypeptide of molecular mass 80 kDa. The enzyme was identified by its hydrolytic activity against the synthetic substrate, γ-glutamyl-AMC, its molecular mass and inhibition profile compared to other γ-glutamyl transpeptidases. The enzyme is low or absent from most other insect digestive systems apart from other keratinophagous lepidopteran larvae and predatory carabids. While isopepfide bonds are present in high levels of the proteins in the diet of keratinophages, their presence in the diet of predatory beetles has not been established. 展开更多

Aim: To study the effect of mercuric chloride on the membrane-bound enzymes. Methods: The effect of mercuric chloride at two different doses, 1 mg/kg (low dose) and 2 mg/kg (high dose), orally for 30 days, was observed on the membrane-bound enzymes in the testis of adult albino rats. Results: Mercuric chloride significantly decreased the body weight and testis weight in the high dose group (P<0.05), but not in the low dose group. The activities of 5' nucleotidase and adenosine triphosphatases were markedly decreased (P<0.01) in the testis of both groups. Alkaline phosphatase and γ-glutamyl transferase activities were significantly increased (P<0.01) in both groups. However, the effect was more pronounced in the high than in the low dose groups. Conclusion: The dose dependent effect of mercuric chloride on these enzymes may affect the membrane characteristics and thereby the fertility of the animal. (Asian J Androl 2002 Dec; 4:309-311) 展开更多

AIM: To clarify the characteristics of metabolite profiles in virus-related hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) patients using serum metabolome analysis.METHODS: The serum levels of low-molecular-weight metabolites in 68 patients with HCC were quantified using capillary electrophoresis chromatography and mass spectrometry. Thirty and 38 of the patients suffered from hepatitis B virus-related HCC (HCC-B) and hepatitis C virus-related HCC (HCC-C), respectively.RESULTS: The main metabolites characteristic of HCC were those associated with glutathione metabolism, notably 13 &#x003b3;-glutamyl peptides, which are by-products of glutathione induction. Two major profiles, i.e., concentration patterns, of metabolites were identified in HCC patients, and these were classified into two groups: an HCC-B group and an HCC-C group including some of the HCC-B cases. The receiver operating characteristic curve for the multiple logistic regression model discriminating HCC-B from HCC-C incorporating the concentrations of glutamic acid, methionine and &#x003b3;-glutamyl-glycine-glycine showed a highly significant area under the curve value of 0.94 (95%CI: 0.89-1.0, P &#x0003c; 0.0001).CONCLUSION: The serum levels of &#x003b3;-glutamyl peptides, as well as their concentration patterns, contribute to the development of potential biomarkers for virus-related HCC. The difference in metabolite profiles between HCC-B and HCC-C may reflect the respective metabolic reactions that underlie the different pathogeneses of these two types of HCC. 展开更多

Objective Antibodies targeting programmed cell death protein 1(PD-1)have become the mainstay of treatment for chemotherapy-refractory gastric cancer,characterized by high levels of programmed cell death ligand-1(PDL-1)expression.However,the routine clinical implementation of PDL-1 testing is currently limited by the lack of robust detection methods.In this regard,the role of plasmaγ-glutamyl transpeptidase(GGT),an N-terminal nucleophilic hydrolase,as an independent predictor of the efficacy of anti-PD-1 therapy remains unknown.In this study,we aimed to assessed the prognostic role of changes in plasma GGT levels(6 weeks vs.baseline)in patients with advanced gastric cancer treated with anti-PD-1 immunotherapy.Methods We retrospectively analyzed data from 57 patients with gastric cancer treated with anti-PD-1 antibodies(camrelizumab,sintilimab,nivolumab,tislelizumab,and toripalimab)at the Union Hospital,Tongji Medical College,Huazhong University of Science and Technology,Wuhan,China,from July 2018 to February 2021.Results We found that after 6 weeks of treatment,there were significant differences between responders and non-responders with respect to plasma GGT levels(P<0.001).Multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that the continuous value of the 6-week difference in GGT levels(OR=1.437,95%CI=1.116-1.849,P=0.005)and 6-week difference in GGT≥0 or<0(OR=53.675,95%CI=6.379-451.669,P<0.001)were independent predictors of disease control.Survival analysis indicated that a reduction in plasma GGT6 levels during treatment was significantly associated with a favorable progression-free survival(PFS)and overall survival(P<0.001).Consistently,univariate and multivariate Cox regression analyses revealed that a reduction in plasma GGT6 levels during treatment was an independent predictor of PFS(HR=1.033,95%CI=1.013-1.053,P=0.001).Conclusion Alterations in plasma GGT levels during treatment can be used as a predictor of disease progression and survival in patients with advanced gastric cancer undergoing treatment wi 展开更多

Photodynamic therapy(PDT),a light triggered therapeutic mode,has been recognized as an attractive treatment for oncotherapy.The phototoxicity to normal tissues during treatment limited the development of PDT owing to the always“on”properties of photosensitizers.Activatable photosensitizers are of great importance for improving the selectivity of PDT.Herein,we regarded the overexpressed GGT(γ-Glutamyl transpeptidase)enzyme in tumor cells as a biomarker and developed an activatable photosensitizer Cy-GGT by decorating a specific recognition moiety of GGT,L-glutamic acid,to a hemicyanine dye based on photosensitizer Cy-NH_(2).Cy-GGT was in the“off”state with negligible fluorescence and suppressed singlet oxygen generation,but it could be specifically hydrolyzed to Cy-NH_(2) in the presence of GGT,accompanied with significant fluorescence recovery and singlet oxygen generation increase under light irradiation.The in vitro and in vivo studies indicated that Cy-GGT was suitable for precise tumor imaging and could work as an efficient photosensitizer for inhibiting tumor growth. 展开更多

目的:分析三种手术方案治疗胆囊结石并胆总管结石的疗效及对血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)和γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)的影响。方法:分析我院于2015年2月至2017年3月收治的115例胆囊结石并胆总管结石患者,按照手术方式不同分为三组,31例患者采用腹腔... 目的:分析三种手术方案治疗胆囊结石并胆总管结石的疗效及对血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)和γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)的影响。方法:分析我院于2015年2月至2017年3月收治的115例胆囊结石并胆总管结石患者,按照手术方式不同分为三组,31例患者采用腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)联合胆道镜胆总管探查术(LCBDE),即为A组; 45例采用LC联合经内镜逆行胰胆管造影(ERCP),即为B组; 39例采用传统开腹胆囊切除胆总管探查术(CBDE);即为C组。观察三组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后禁食时间、术后排气时间、住院时间等手术指标,术后并发症发生情况及三组患者手术前后血清GGT、ALT水平变化,以及手术疗效。结果:A、B组手术时间、术中出血量、术后禁食时间、术后排气时间、住院时间均明显低于C组(P<0.05); A组术中出血量、术后排气时间与B组相当(P>0.05)。C组并发症发生率明显高于A、B组(P<0.05),A组与B组比较差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。A、B、C三组术前GGT及ALP比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05); A、B组GGT、ALP水平明显低于C组(P<0.05),A组GGT、ALP水平明显低于B组(P <0.05)。A、B组手术成功率明显高于C组(P <0.05),A、B组结石复发率明显低于C组(P>0.05); A组手术成功率明显高于B组(P>0.05),A组结石复发率明显低于B组(P>0.05),B组及C组各有1例结石残留,分别经再次ERCP及胆道镜取石后痊愈。结论:相对于传统开腹手术而言,微创联合手术治疗胆囊结石合并胆总管结石具有明显优势,其中LC+LCBDE手术各项指标均优于LC+ERCP,手术成功率高,术后并发症发生率、结石残留率、结石复发率均相对较低,可考虑将其作为治疗胆囊结石合并胆总管结石的主要术式。 展开更多

目的探讨肝纤维化指标[Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)、Ⅳ型胶原(Ⅳ-C)、层黏连蛋白(LN)、透明质酸(HA)、甘胆酸(CG)]、甲胎蛋白(AFP)与γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)在肝病诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2017年7月~2018年6月于湖南省郴州市第一人民医院(以下... 目的探讨肝纤维化指标[Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)、Ⅳ型胶原(Ⅳ-C)、层黏连蛋白(LN)、透明质酸(HA)、甘胆酸(CG)]、甲胎蛋白(AFP)与γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)在肝病诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2017年7月~2018年6月于湖南省郴州市第一人民医院(以下简称"我院")就诊的慢性乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)携带者90例(慢性HBV携带组)、肝硬化患者66例(肝硬化组)和乙肝相关性肝癌患者52例(乙肝相关性肝癌组),选取我院同期健康体检者60例(健康对照组),分别用全自动化学发光分析仪和生化分析仪检测各组肝纤维化指标PCⅢ、Ⅳ-C、LN、HA、CG及AFP与GGT。结果三组患者PCⅢ、Ⅳ-C、HA、CG与AFP均高于健康对照组,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);肝硬化组和乙肝相关性肝癌患者组LN、GGT均高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);慢性HBV携带者组的LN、GGT与健康对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);HA、CG、AFP在各组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肝纤维化指标PCⅢ、Ⅳ-C、LN、HA、CG、GGT与AFP在肝病诊断中具有较大应用价值,对指导临床治疗具有重要价值。 展开更多

目的观察二甲双胍维格列汀片治疗2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)患者的临床疗效和安全性。方法将我院收治的70例2型糖尿病合并NAFLD患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组35例,对照组口服二甲双胍片治疗,试验组口服二甲双胍维格列汀片... 目的观察二甲双胍维格列汀片治疗2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)患者的临床疗效和安全性。方法将我院收治的70例2型糖尿病合并NAFLD患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组35例,对照组口服二甲双胍片治疗,试验组口服二甲双胍维格列汀片治疗,疗程均为12周,观察2组患者谷丙转氨酶(GPT)、谷草转氨酶(GOT)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)、血脂、空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)和肝脏彩超等指标的变化。结果治疗后,试验组和对照组的总有效率分别为65.71%(23例/35例)和28.57%(10例/35例),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组和对照组的GGT分别为(25.33±9.15)和(39.32±14.78)U·L^-1,FPG分别为(7.02±1.04)和(8.43±2.05)mmol·L^-1,HbA1C分别为(6.52±0.53)%和(7.36±1.05)%,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。试验组和对照组的药物不良反应发生率分别为14.29%(5例/35例)和8.57%(3例/35例),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论二甲双胍维格列汀片能够有效控制血糖,改善NAFLD,安全性较高。 展开更多

目的探讨γ-谷氨酰转肽酶与血小板比率(GPR)对慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的诊断效能,并与瞬时弹性成像肝脏硬度测定(LSM)值、天冬氨酸转氨酶与血小板比率指数(APRI)及基于4因子的纤维化指数(FIB-4)的诊断效能进行比较。方法回顾性纳入2015年... 目的探讨γ-谷氨酰转肽酶与血小板比率(GPR)对慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的诊断效能,并与瞬时弹性成像肝脏硬度测定(LSM)值、天冬氨酸转氨酶与血小板比率指数(APRI)及基于4因子的纤维化指数(FIB-4)的诊断效能进行比较。方法回顾性纳入2015年5月至9月于我院接受手术治疗或肝病理活组织检查的慢性乙型肝炎患者。所有患者均在术前空腹下行FibroTouch瞬时弹性成像检查及常规血清学检查,记录LSM值,并计算GPR、APRI及FIB-4。通过受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线评估各指标的诊断效能并对ROC曲线下面积进行比较。结果最终纳入260例慢性乙型肝炎患者,男213例、女47例,平均年龄为(53.49±9.78)岁,体质量指数为(23.36±3.06)kg/m^2。GPR、LSM值、APRI及FIB-4均与S≥2期及S4期肝纤维化中度相关(P均<0.05)。GPR、LSM值、APRI及FIB-4诊断S≥2期肝纤维化的ROC曲线下面积分别为0.81、0.82、0.75和0.72,诊断S4期肝纤维化的ROC曲线下面积分别0.82、0.86、0.79和0.75。GPR和LSM值诊断S≥2期及S4期肝纤维化的ROC曲线下面积均较FIB-4高(P均<0.05),LSM值诊断S4期肝纤维化的ROC曲线下面积较APRI高(P<0.05)。APRI与FIB-4诊断S≥2期和S4期肝纤维化的ROC曲线下面积差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论 GPR、LSM值、APRI及FIB-4均对慢性乙型肝炎S≥2期和S4期肝纤维化有一定的诊断准确性;LSM值及GPR对S≥2期和S4期肝纤维化的诊断准确性优于FIB-4,LSM值对S4期肝纤维化的诊断准确性优于APRI。因此,LSM值及GPR可作为无创性评估慢性乙型肝炎患者肝纤维化的优选指标。 展开更多

目的:探究血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GT)对新生儿胆红素脑病(NBE)的临床诊断价值。方法:选取2014年3月至2018年9月本院收治的新生儿高胆红素血症患儿340例,其中NBE患儿108例为研究组,非NBE患儿232例为对照组... 目的:探究血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GT)对新生儿胆红素脑病(NBE)的临床诊断价值。方法:选取2014年3月至2018年9月本院收治的新生儿高胆红素血症患儿340例,其中NBE患儿108例为研究组,非NBE患儿232例为对照组。观察两组血清总胆红素(TBIL)、间接胆红素(IBIL)、NSE、γ-GT水平;分析TBIL、IBIL与NSE、γ-GT的相关性;评估NSE、γ-GT及二者联合诊断NBE的价值。结果:研究组血清TBIL、IBIL、NSE、γ-GT水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相关分析显示TBIL、IBIL与NSE、γ-GT水平均呈正相关(P<0.05);NSE与γ-GT亦呈正相关(P<0.05)。ROC曲线分析得出血清NSE、γ-GT及二者联合诊断的曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.876、0.825、0.890;在最佳临界值点对应的灵敏度、特异度分别为:NSE72.2%、93.1%,γ-GT72.2%、85.3%,二者联合为82.4%、84.9%;其中二者联合的诊断效能高于单项诊断。结论:血清NSE、γ-GT对NBE均具有诊断价值,且NSE优于γ-GT,而二者联合的诊断效能最高,可为NBE早期辅助评估提供客观参考。 展开更多

目的:探讨老年原发性高血压(essential hypertension,EH)合并不稳定型心绞痛(unstable angina,UA)患者血清γ-谷氨酰基转移酶与血小板比值(γ-glutamyl transferase-to-platelet ratio,GPR)、单核细胞与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇比值(monocyte... 目的:探讨老年原发性高血压(essential hypertension,EH)合并不稳定型心绞痛(unstable angina,UA)患者血清γ-谷氨酰基转移酶与血小板比值(γ-glutamyl transferase-to-platelet ratio,GPR)、单核细胞与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇比值(monocyte count to high-density lipoprotein ratio,MHR)的水平及意义。方法:选取2018年9月至2019年9月承德医学院附属医院心脏内科以EH收入院且年龄≥60岁并行冠状动脉造影的患者218例,根据是否合并UA分为EH+UA组(n=113)和EH组(n=105),另选择疑诊冠心病入院冠状动脉造影正常的患者为对照组(n=106)。比较各组患者的一般资料、血生化指标、GPR及MHR的差异,并进行偏相关分析及受试者工作特征(receiver operator characteristic,ROC)曲线分析。结果:与对照组相比,EH+UA组、EH组患者体重指数(body mass index,BMI)、三酰甘油(tyiglyceride,TG)、GPR、MHR均升高,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol,HDL-C)降低(均P<0.05);EH+UA组患者白细胞计数、丙氨酸转氨酶(alanine aminotransferase,ALT)、尿酸水平均升高(均P<0.05);与EH组相比,EH+UA组患者GPR、MHR均升高(均P<0.05)。偏相关分析显示:在控制降压药及降脂药后,GPR与BMI、白细胞计数、ALT、TG、尿酸均呈正相关(分别r=0.160、0.111、0.205、0.250、0.154,均P<0.05),与HDL-C呈负相关(r=-0.238,P<0.05);MHR与BMI、ALT、TG、尿酸、GPR均呈正相关(分别r=0.186、0.307、0.157、0.141、0.223,均P<0.05),与HDL-C呈负相关(r=-0.610,P<0.001)。ROC曲线分析表明GPR具有较高特异性和阳性预测价值,而MHR具有较高的敏感度,当两指标联合检测时,敏感度及阳性预测价值更高。结论:GPR、MHR与EH+UA存在相关性,且两指标联合检测对老年EH+UA具有一定的辅助诊断价值。 展开更多
