Synthesis and characterization of 2-amino-6-trifluoromethylpyrimidine derivatives were reported in this paper.Condensation of guanidine hydrochloride with ethy1-4,4,4-triflu oroacetoacetate,in which the yield can reac...Synthesis and characterization of 2-amino-6-trifluoromethylpyrimidine derivatives were reported in this paper.Condensation of guanidine hydrochloride with ethy1-4,4,4-triflu oroacetoacetate,in which the yield can reach 82%,and then chlorination with phosphorus oxychloride resulted in 2-amino-4-chloro-6-trifluoromethylpyrimidine,which,upon reaction with nucleophiles,gave hight yields of the corresponding 2-aminopyrimidines derivatives.Mass spectra show that outgrowth of chlorination is 2-amino-4-（2-amino-6-trifluoromethyl-4-chloro）-6-trifluoromethy1 pyirmidine.The structures were characterized by IR,MS and （）1H NMR spectra.展开更多
