用"繁19"、"引11-12"、"川麦107"、"靖麦10号"、"青春55"、"46548-3"和"安96-8"7个不同小麦品种,组合成6个品种混种的群体,于2003~2004年、2004~2005年、2005... 用"繁19"、"引11-12"、"川麦107"、"靖麦10号"、"青春55"、"46548-3"和"安96-8"7个不同小麦品种,组合成6个品种混种的群体,于2003~2004年、2004~2005年、2005~2006年在云南省曲靖市对其产量效应进行了多年多点试验,并在自然发病条件下,调查了6个品种混种群体对小麦条锈病发生程度的影响。结果表明,小麦品种混种的产量效应平均为+3.9%;小麦品种混种在产量上的正效应、0效应、负效应所出现的频率分别为69.4%、8.3%、22.3%;年份、地点等具体环境条件会影响小麦品种混种的产量效应。在小麦条锈病发病强度相对较高的年份,品种混种可降低条锈病病情指数。因此,品种混种在我国一些小麦产区有利用价值。 展开更多

Comparison of phenolic profiles and antioxidant activities in skins and pulps of eleven grape cultivars(Vitis vinifera L.) 被引量:7

Eleven grape cultivars were analysed to explore the variety differences of fresh grape phenolic profiles. The results showed that free phenolics were predominant in grape skins and pulps, and showed the higher antioxidant activities than bound. In 11 cultivars, Muscat Kyoho extracts had the highest total phenolic content in skins(10.525 mg GAE g^(–1) FW) and pulps(1.134 mg GAE g^(–1) FW), and exhibited the highest DPPH radical scavening capacity(EC_(50)=11.7 μg mL^(–1)) and oxygen radical absorbance capacity(ORAC) value(190.57 μmol TE g^(–1) FW) of free phenolic in skin. In addition, the most abundant phenolics in grape skins were found to be flavonoids such as kaempferol in Kyoho skin(541.2 μg g^(–1) FW), rutin, catechin and epicatechin in Muscat Kyoho skin(262.3, 86.3 and 70.0 μg g^(–1) FW, respectively). Furthermore, the principal component analysis showed a strong difference of phenolic profiles with the cultivars, existing forms and distributions. Pearson correlation coefficient analysis showed a significant linear correlation between total phenolic content and antioxidant activity(P<0.05). Therefore, both skins and pulps were rich sources of bioactive phenolic compounds, and Muscat Kyoho was the ideal source among all samples. 展开更多

通过对不同小麦品种按不同比例混种,研究品种多样性控制小麦条锈病的田间效果,以期为利用品种多样性防治小麦条锈病提供理论依据。本研究利用甘肃省甘谷县和北京市上庄镇当地对条锈病具不同抗性的小麦品种,按照不同混种比例布局了25个... 通过对不同小麦品种按不同比例混种,研究品种多样性控制小麦条锈病的田间效果,以期为利用品种多样性防治小麦条锈病提供理论依据。本研究利用甘肃省甘谷县和北京市上庄镇当地对条锈病具不同抗性的小麦品种,按照不同混种比例布局了25个混种处理和7个单种处理,比较了品种混种对条锈病的控制效果和对小麦产量的影响,以相对抗病性指数(RRI)把品种抗性加以分类,并以相对混种效果参数(REM)比较各混种处理的效果。结果表明,不同小麦品种混种对小麦条锈病有较好的控制效果,混种处理相对于感病品种单种病情指数平均下降30.5;混种对小麦的增产效果比较明显。在25个小麦品种混种处理中,有14个处理有增产效果(REM>1),占56%,在甘谷试验地抗病(R)品种和高感(HS)品种按质量比5∶1混种时相对感病品种单种处理抗病增产效果最好,而在上庄试验地,高抗(HR)、中感(MS)和感病(S)按质量比1∶1∶1混种时相对感病品种单种处理抗病增产效果最好。品种混种作为综合治理小麦条锈病的措施之一,具有一定的推广应用价值。 展开更多

Local Taxonomy and Diversity of Chadian Sorghum [<i>Sorghum bicolor</i>(L.) Moench] Accessions

The integration of local plant genetic resources into the breeding program is an asset for research. The objective of this study is to assess the diversity and analyze the management practices of cultivated sorghum. A questionnaire following a participatory approach was submitted to 675 producers in 45 villages. The cultivars collected were characterized using 9 qualitative descriptors. In total, 151 accessions and 191 names were inventoried. On average, 25.17 accessions per department and 3.36 accessions per village. Local taxonomy is based on many criteria expressed in different local languages. The most common method of naming is that to the word sorghum is added either the color of the grain, the precocity, or any element deemed relevant by the farmers. Significant variability in grain and panicle traits was observed within the collection, except the color of the endosperm. The rate of diversity loss is 11.52% and red grain sorghums are the most threatened with extinction. Five accessions groups are differentiated by the presence or absence of awns, the color of glumes, and amount of grain covered by glumes, grain plumpness, and form. Based on productivity, precocity, plant size, seed shape, and color, the farmers identified seven promising accessions. This potential will be preserved and developed in the sorghum varietal improvement program in Chad. 展开更多
