目的:比较Single Bond Universal通用粘接剂三种涂布方式对V类洞充填体边缘微渗漏的影响。方法:选取45颗离体磨牙,颈部预备楔状缺损洞型,随机分为3组,每组15颗。A组:涂布粘接剂20秒,轻吹5秒,光固化10秒;B组:涂布粘接剂20秒,轻吹5秒,光固...目的:比较Single Bond Universal通用粘接剂三种涂布方式对V类洞充填体边缘微渗漏的影响。方法:选取45颗离体磨牙,颈部预备楔状缺损洞型,随机分为3组,每组15颗。A组:涂布粘接剂20秒,轻吹5秒,光固化10秒;B组:涂布粘接剂20秒,轻吹5秒,光固化10秒,重复上述步骤1次;C组:涂布粘接剂20秒,轻吹5秒,重复上述步骤后光固化10秒。所有试件均用Filtek Z350XT树脂进行充填。经冷热循环后,每组选取10颗试件,用流动树脂封闭牙齿根尖孔,亚甲基兰溶液染色后,从颊舌方向平行于牙体长轴纵向剖开,体视显微镜观测各组充填体边缘微渗漏程度。结果:3组充填体龈壁微渗漏程度不同,有统计学差异(P<0.05);C组微渗漏最小,A、B两组微渗漏差异无统计学意义(P=0.067)。3组充填体牙合壁微渗漏差异无统计学意义(P=0.123)。扫描电镜可见C组充填体龈壁呈现更好的粘接界面。结论:V类洞充填时,Single Bond Universal通用粘接剂连续两次涂布固化的方式其充填体边缘龈壁抗微渗漏能力优于常规一次涂布。展开更多
