With the increased promotion of integrated energy power systems(IEPS),renewable energy and energy storage systems(ESS)play a more important role.However,the fluctuation and intermittent nature of wind not only results in substantial reliability and stability defects,but it also weakens the competitiveness of wind generation in the electric power market.Meanwhile,the way to further enhance the system reliability effectively improving market profits of wind farms is one of the most important aspects of Wind-ESS joint operational design.In this paper,a market-oriented optimized dispatching strategy for a wind farm with a multiple stage hybrid ESS is proposed.The first stage ESS is designed to improve the profits of wind generation through day-ahead market operations,the real-time marketbased second stage ESS is focused on day-ahead forecasting error elimination and wind power fluctuation smoothing,while the backup stage ESS is associated with them to provide the ancillary service.An interval forecasting method is adopted to help to ensure reliable forecast results of day-ahead wind power,electricity prices and loads.With this hybrid ESS design,supply reliability and market profits are simultaneously achieved for wind farms. 展开更多

[目的/意义]能力决定了政府数据开放(Open Government Data,OGD)的创新潜能,对OGD能力的探索有助于掌握OGD运行规律并推动其良性发展。[方法/过程]基于能力理论和相关文献对OGD整体能力进行探索性研究。首先从系统的观点分析OGD整体能力的提出背景并搭建OGD整体能力框架,进而基于能力的知识观剖析OGD核心能力、动态能力的主体、对象及构成,并探讨OGD整体能力的生成演化机制。[结果/结论]研究发现,OGD整体能力是由其核心能力和动态能力构成的合力,核心能力的形成是一个循序渐进的过程,通过知识学习在"常规学习环-能力学习环-战略学习环"中逐渐生成,而动态能力则嵌入在知识创造的过程中,通过"需求匹配-内容匹配-结构匹配-能力匹配"作用于OGD核心能力的提升。 展开更多

Coal has been the main energy source in China for a long period.Therefore,the energy industry must improve coal power generation efficiency and achieve near-zero CO_(2) emissions.Integrated gasification fuel cell(IGFC)systems that combine coal gasification and high-temperature fuel cells,such as solid oxide fuel cells or molten carbonate fuel cells(MCFCs),are proving to be promising for efficient and clean power generation,compared with traditional coal-fired power plants.In 2017,with the support of National Key R&D Program of China,a consortium led by the China Energy Group and including 12 institutions was formed to develop the advanced IGFC technology with near-zero CO_(2) emissions.The objectives of this project include understanding the performance of an IGFC power generation system under different operating conditions,designing master system principles for engineering optimization,developing key technologies and intellectual property portfolios,setting up supply chains for key materials and equipment,and operating the first megawatt IGFC demonstration system with near-zero CO_(2) emission,in early 2022.In this paper,the main developments and projections pertaining to the IGFC project are highlighted. 展开更多

As the integration of distributed generations(DGs)transforms the traditional distribution network into the active distribution network,voltage stability assessments(VSA)of transmission grid and distribution grid are not suitable to be studied separately.This paper presents a distributed continuation power flow method for VSA of global transmission and distribution grid.Two different parameterization schemes are adopted to guarantee the coherence of load growth in transmission and distribution grids.In the correction step,the boundary bus voltage,load parameter and equivalent power are communicated between the transmission and distribution control centers to realize the distributed computation of load margin.The optimal multiplier technique is used to improve the convergence of the proposed method.The three-phase unbalanced characteristic of distribution networks and the reactive capability limits of DGs are considered.Simulation results on two integrated transmission and distribution test systems show that the proposed method is effective. 展开更多

In this article,a single-board integrated millimeter-wave(mm-Wave)asymmetric full-digital beamforming(AFDBF)array is developed for beyond-fifth-generation(B5G)and sixth-generation(6G)communications.The proposed integrated array effectively addresses the challenge of arranging a large number of ports in a full-digital array by designing vertical connections in a three-dimensional space and successfully integrating full-digital transmitting(Tx)and receiving(Rx)arrays independently in a single board.Unlike the traditional symmetric array,the proposed asymmetric array is composed of an 8×8 Tx array arranged in a square shape and an 8+8 Rx array arranged in an L shape.The center-to-center distance between two adjacent elements is 0.54k0 for both the Tx and Rx arrays,where k0 is the free-space wavelength at 27 GHz.The proposed AFDBF array possesses a more compact structure and lower system hardware cost and power consumption compared with conventional brick-type full-digital arrays.In addition,the energy efficiency of the proposed AFDBF array outperforms that of a hybrid beamforming array.The measurement results indicate that the operating frequency band of the proposed array is 24.25–29.50 GHz.An eight-element linear array within the Tx array can achieve a scanning angle ranging from-47°to+47°in both the azimuth and the elevation planes,and the measured scanning range of each eight-element Rx array is–45°to+45°.The measured maximum effective isotropic radiated power(EIRP)of the eight-element Tx array is 43.2 dBm at 28.0 GHz(considering the saturation point).Furthermore,the measured error vector magnitude(EVM)is less than 3%when 64-quadrature amplitude modulation(QAM)waveforms are used. 展开更多

Transfer RNA(t RNA)-derived small RNAs(ts RNAs) are a recently established family of regulatory small non-coding RNAs that modulate diverse biological processes. Growing evidence indicates that ts RNAs are involved in neurological disorders and play a role in the pathogenesis of neurodegenerative disease. However, whether ts RNAs are involved in traumatic brain injury-induced secondary injury remains poorly understood. In this study, a mouse controlled cortical impact model of traumatic brain injury was established, and integrated ts RNA and messenger RNA(m RNA) transcriptome sequencing were used. The results revealed that 103 ts RNAs were differentially expressed in the mouse model of traumatic brain injury at 72 hours, of which 56 ts RNAs were upregulated and 47 ts RNAs were downregulated. Based on micro RNA-like seed matching and Pearson correlation analysis, 57 differentially expressed ts RNA-m RNA interaction pairs were identified, including 29 ts RNAs and 26 m RNAs. Moreover, Gene Ontology annotation of target genes revealed that the significantly enriched terms were primarily associated with inflammation and synaptic function. Collectively, our findings suggest that ts RNAs may be associated with traumatic brain injury-induced secondary brain injury, and are thus a potential therapeutic target for traumatic brain injury. 传统供应链模式中的大型企业一般通过设置前置仓的方式将库存备货在距离客户更近的位置,以尽可能快地满足顾客订单需求,然而这种方式无法适应于定制的个性化产品。3D打印技术可以提升产品的复杂性,更加适应客户的定制化要求,为定制化产... 传统供应链模式中的大型企业一般通过设置前置仓的方式将库存备货在距离客户更近的位置,以尽可能快地满足顾客订单需求,然而这种方式无法适应于定制的个性化产品。3D打印技术可以提升产品的复杂性,更加适应客户的定制化要求,为定制化产品在供应链中的生产配送问题提供了新的解决途径。本文旨在研究安装车载3D打印机的多车辆调度问题,即在“边打边送”模式下的订单生产-配送同步一体化问题。首先,以顾客访问顺序为基础建立了一体化问题的混合整数规划数学模型,并基于Dantzig-Wolfe分解原理将所建模型重构为主问题和子问题模型。其次,利用列生成的思想对线性松弛模型进行迭代求解,其中主问题采用线性规划软件求解,子问题采用动态规划算法求解。然后,在求得松弛最优解的基础上,设计了启发式方法获得原问题的整数解。最后,通过多组算例的数据结果验证了所提算法的有效性,分析了顾客的分布半径和打印时间对企业成本的影响,并提出了相应的运营管理策略,为3D打印配送的实际应用提供了决策支持。 展开更多

Solar vapor generation is a promising sustainable technology that uses solar distillation to produce fresh water from seawater and wastewater,helping relieve global water resource shortage.Here,inspired by naturally grown integrally molded mulberry leaves with a Janus hydrophilic and hydrophobic structure,a novel,simple,and efficient integrated molding method is proposed to break through the limitations of the traditional split manufacturing strategy and realizes the integrated formation of Janus evaporator.Based on the spontaneous sedimentation characteristics of MXene in silk fibroin solution and its regulation of mesoscopic structure and hydrophilicity of silk fibroin,layered structures with different compositions and hydrophilicities were obtained in one step.Meanwhile,ethanol and glutaraldehyde were added to construct a physical crystallization-chemical crosslinking dual stabilization structure in silk fibroin.Our evaporator has the evaporation rate of 3.07 kg·m^(-2)·h^(-1) and the efficiency of 86.8%under 1 sun and maintains high evaporation performance under various extreme test conditions including vigorous washing,repeated compression,and high-intensity ultraviolet(UV)irradiation.Additionally,the evaporator performs well in practical application scenarios,its evaporation rate in the simulated Dead Sea seawater exceeds 2.13 kg·m^(-2)·h^(-1),and more than 99.9%of the salt,heavy metal ions,oil pollution,and dyes are purified. 展开更多

Although integrated energy systems(IES)are currently modest in size,their scheduling faces strong challenges,stemming from both wind generation disturbances and the system’s complexity,including intrinsic heterogeneity and pronounced non-linearity.For this reason,a two-stage algorithm called the Multi-Objective Group Search Optimizer with Pre-Exploration(MOGSOPE)is proposed to efficiently achieve the optimal solution under wind generation disturbances.The optimizer has an embedded trainable surrogate model,Deep Neural Networks(DNNs),to explore the common features of the multiscenario search space in advance,guiding the population toward a more efficient search in each scenario.Furthermore,a multiscenario Multi-Attribute Decision Making(MADM)approach is proposed to make the final decision from all alternatives in different wind scenarios.It reflects not only the decisionmaker’s(DM)interests in other indicators of IES but also their risk preference for wind generation disturbances.A case study conducted in Barry Island shows the superior convergence and diversity of MOGSOPE in comparison to other optimization algorithms.With respect to numerical performance metrics HV,IGD,and SI,the proposed optimizer exhibits improvements of 3.1036%,4.8740%,and 4.2443%over MOGSO,and 4.2435%,6.2479%,and 52.9230%over NSGAII,respectively.What’s more,the effectiveness of the multi-scenario MADM in making final decisions under uncertainty is demonstrated,particularly in optimal scheduling of IES under wind generation disturbances. 展开更多

With the widespread application of integrated modular aviation(IMA)electronic systems,the requirements of IMA characteristic analysis and configuration generation have also improved significantly."Configuration and design system based on AADL models(real-time,reliability,interactive complexity,and schedulability)analysis of the AADL model"mainly get through key characteristic analysis for optimization,combined with input of component parameter information and constraint information,assist designers in generating system configuration information,and form a comprehensive modular avionics system resource configuration strategy generation platform.Also,the tool can generate configuration plans for avionics system software and hardware physical architecture configuration.The analysis of the avionics system model mainly involves designers inputting the existing system model architecture for multi characteristic analysis,it can realize the multi-character analysis based on software intensive system architecture models for software dense systems.Inter-complexity and schedulability analysis,and according to characteristic constraint analysis、system model assessment parameters and system architecture constraint parameters to generate configuration scheme information that meets the requirements.The system can meet domestic and foreign software-intensive systems and meet its quality requirements. 展开更多

High-intensity spatial-mode steerable frequency up-converter toward on-chip integration

Integrated photonic devices are essential for on-chip optical communication,optical-electronic systems,and quantum information sciences.To develop a high-fidelity interface between photonics in various frequency domains without disturbing their quantum properties,nonlinear frequency conversion,typically steered with the quadratic(χ2)process,should be considered.Furthermore,another degree of freedom in steering the spatial modes during theχ2 process,with unprecedent mode intensity is proposed here by modulating the lithium niobate(LN)waveguide-based inter-mode quasi-phasematching conditions with both temperature and wavelength parameters.Under high incident light intensities(25 and 27.8 dBm for the pump and the signal lights,respectively),mode conversion at the sum-frequency wavelength with sufficient high output power(−7–8 dBm)among the TM01,TM10,and TM00 modes is realized automatically with characterized broad temperature(ΔT≥8°C)and wavelength windows(Δλ≥1 nm),avoiding the previous efforts in carefully preparing the signal or pump modes.The results prove that high-intensity spatial modes can be prepared at arbitrary transparent wavelength of theχ2 media toward on-chip integration,which facilitates the development of chip-based communication and quantum information systems because spatial correlations can be applied to generate hyperentangled states and provide additional robustness in quantum error correction with the extended Hilbert space. 展开更多
