气相色谱法测定防晒化妆品中14种防晒剂的含量 被引量:26

红缨合耳菊属于西藏特有的菊科植物,具有潜在的美白及防晒效果。本文选择水、正己烷、乙醚和乙醇为溶剂,考察4种萃取溶剂提取液的紫外吸收效果,并结合最佳萃取溶剂,考察不同提取工艺对红缨合耳菊防晒成分提取率的影响。结果表明,采用超... 红缨合耳菊属于西藏特有的菊科植物,具有潜在的美白及防晒效果。本文选择水、正己烷、乙醚和乙醇为溶剂,考察4种萃取溶剂提取液的紫外吸收效果,并结合最佳萃取溶剂,考察不同提取工艺对红缨合耳菊防晒成分提取率的影响。结果表明,采用超声波提取工艺,以乙醇为萃取溶剂效果最佳,整体提取率为27%。采用气质联用仪(GC-MS)对红缨合耳菊提取液成分进行分析,研究发现提取物中含有较多的共轭双键体系化合物,这些化合物分别是3-亚甲基-6-(1-甲基乙基)环己烯、蒎烯、环己烯等,带有共轭双键体系的化合物具有较强的紫外吸收效果。将红缨合耳菊提取液制成防晒霜,发现含有质量分数2.5%的红缨合耳菊提取物防晒霜在UVB(290~320nm)段紫外线区具有很好的紫外线防护功能,平均吸光度值为1.95。 展开更多

建立了化妆品中包括乙基己基三嗪酮在内22种防晒剂的高效液相色谱-串联质谱(high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry,HPLC-MS/MS)确证方法。选择具有代表性的霜类和乳类基质的防晒化妆品作为研究对象。样品... 建立了化妆品中包括乙基己基三嗪酮在内22种防晒剂的高效液相色谱-串联质谱(high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry,HPLC-MS/MS)确证方法。选择具有代表性的霜类和乳类基质的防晒化妆品作为研究对象。样品经过超声提取、过滤后,采用C_(18)色谱柱分离、电喷雾正离子源(ESI+)电离、多反应监测(MRM)模式扫描测定,确定了22种防晒剂的质谱确证离子对及质谱参数、流动相及梯度洗脱方法,得到的图谱峰型好,响应高。加标确证试验得出22种防晒剂的相对离子丰度比均在最大允许偏差范围内,相对离子丰度比的相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.4%~9.3%(n=10),出峰时间的RSD为0~0.5%(n=10)。该方法灵敏度高,准确性好,可用于化妆品中22种防晒剂的质谱确证分析,为实验室检测提供了技术支持,有助于化妆品防晒剂的质量监督。 展开更多

Survey on Sun Protection Cosmetics Usage by 19 Females

In this paper, 19 females who use sun protection cosmetics on a daily basis were selected as the research subjects. Relevant data on the selection and use of sun protection cosmetics were obtained by questionnaire survey and weighing by way of statistical analysis via SPSS16.0 software. Result showed that the SPF of about 80% of the sun protection products used by the surveyed was over 30 and 89.5% of them claimed that they had anti-UVA function. 42.1% of the survey female had chosen the sun protection cosmetics with skin color improvement and concealer function. The analysis results of sun protection cosmetics using parts showed that the main parts used in the study include face (100%), neck (52.6%) and arms (26.3%). According to the sun protection cosmetic dosage in different body parts analysis result, the median of the average dosage only used in face and neck was 0.22 mg/cm2;and that used in many body parts (face, neck, arms and others) was 0.17mg/cm^2. There was no statistical significance in terms of the difference between the two sets (P>0.05). As the dosage analysis result of various types of sun protection cosmetics indicates, the median of the average dosage concerning the sun protection cosmetics only was 0.24 mg/cm2;the median of the average dosage concerning the sun protection cosmetics with beauty function was 0.17 mg/cm^2. There existed statistical significance regarding the difference between the two groups (P<0.05). 展开更多
