【目的】荔枝(Litchi chinensis Sonn.)通常在夏季采果后进行修剪,抽生秋梢作为翌年结果母枝。生产中常有见花后或见果后才施肥现象,不重视对结果母枝的培育,对荔枝的成花和座果可能产生不良影响。本文研究荔枝采果修剪后新梢抽生、花... 【目的】荔枝(Litchi chinensis Sonn.)通常在夏季采果后进行修剪,抽生秋梢作为翌年结果母枝。生产中常有见花后或见果后才施肥现象,不重视对结果母枝的培育,对荔枝的成花和座果可能产生不良影响。本文研究荔枝采果修剪后新梢抽生、花穗萌发及果实膨大成熟年生长周期间树体吸收累积养分特性,为荔枝年度枝梢和花果发育的养分管理提供科学依据。【方法】妃子笑是我国最广泛种植的荔枝品种,通常在采后抽生2~3次秋梢,以末次梢为结果母枝。本文在妃子笑末次梢老熟期、初花期及果实成熟期分别收获三株妃子笑抽生的三次秋梢、秋梢+花穗、秋梢+果实,测定植株各种养分含量,研究妃子笑年度枝梢和花果发育养分需求量及养分转移特点。【结果】妃子笑末次梢生物量及各种养分(Ca例外)累积量均约为前两次梢之和。为获得(55.2±7.8)kg/tree的产量,每株妃子笑需抽生秋梢(39.78±2.60)kg,秋梢累积养分量为N(259.5±28.4)g、P(28.3±2.6)g、K(186.5±19.6)g、Ca(41.6±9.2)g、Mg(36.1±4.7)g、S(12.4±36.1)g、Zn(316.8±53.4)mg、B(201.1±29.0)mg和Mo(1.4±0.3)mg。妃子笑花穗累积的N、P、K、Mg、S、Mo养分全部来自于末次梢,67.5%的Zn和20.2%的B也来自末次梢。但是,末次梢吸收Ca能力弱,而且向花穗及果实转移Ca能力低。妃子笑秋梢与花穗N、P、K、Ca、Mg养分累积比例在1∶0.11~0.12∶0.72~0.75∶0.16~0.44∶0.13~0.14之间,在果实比例为1∶0.13∶1.06∶0.16∶0.12。【结论】荔枝在末次梢老熟至开花初期,树体除继续累积Ca、Zn、B外,基本不吸收其他养分。果实累积的N、K、Ca、Zn、S养分基本全部来自果实膨大期树体的吸收,而P、Mg、B、Mo则部分来自于第一和第二梢的养分转移。故健壮秋梢是荔枝成花的关键,也是获得高产的物质基础,应避免见花施肥或见果施肥。秋梢及花穗发育期以施用氮肥为主,果实发育期以施用钾� 展开更多

The present study was designed to analyze the major constituents in Prunellae Spica and establish a method for simultaneous determination of two constituents contained in Prunellae Spica. High performance liquid chromatography coupled with time-of-flight mass spectrometry(HPLC-QTOF-MS/MS) technique was used to identify the constituents in the extractive of Prunellae Spica. High performance liquid chromatography coupled with evaporative light scattering detection(HPLC-ELSD) was used to simultaneously quantify two kinds of constituents contained in Prunellae Spica. Principal component analysis(PCA) was applied to compare the similarity and difference among samples from different regions of China. In the present study, 22 compounds were identified and some new fragmental pathways of triterpenic acids were discovered. An accurate and reliable HPLC-ELSD method was developed and validated for the first time to simultaneously quantify multiple constituents, including rosmarinic acid, maslinic acid, corosolic acid, betulin, oleanolic acid, and ursolic acid in the extract of Prunellae Spica.(PCA) revealed some similarities and differences among different samples from different regions of China. In conclusion, our results from this study would be helpful in establishing a scientific and rational quality control method for Prunellae Spica. 展开更多

Background Most orthopedic surgeons prefer spica cast immobilization in children for 4 to 12 weeks after surgical hip reconstruction in children with developmental hip dysplasia.This challenging treatment may be associated with complica-tions.Studies are lacking that focus on early mobilization without casting for postoperative care after hip reconstruction.Methods Twenty-seven children(3.4±2.0 years),including 33 hips with developmental hip dysplasia(DDH)and dislocation of the hip(Tonnis grade 1 to 4),who underwent hip reconstruction(Dega acetabuloplasty,varisation-derotation osteotomy and facultative open reduction)were retrospectively included in this study.Postoperatively the patients were placed in an individual foam shell with 30 degrees of hip abduction,hip extension,and neutral rotation.Early mobilization physiotherapy was performed within the first few days after the surgery under epidural anaesthesia.Full weight bearing was allowed after 3-4 weeks.All children received a clinical examination and radiographic evaluation before and after surgical intervention.The follow-up period was 12.3±2.9 months.Results On average,the postoperative acetabular index decreased significantly from 36.9 to 21.7 degrees and the center-edge angle increased from 9.9 to 28.6 degrees.All hips had reached Tonnis grade 1 at the time of the last follow-up.No complications such as dislocation of the bone wedge,avascular necrosis of the acetabulum or femur,lack of non-union,or nerve injury,were reported.Conclusions In this cohort study,hip reconstruction was successful according to clinical and radiographic outcome param-eters after early mobilization without cast therapy.Early mobilization may be used as an alternative treatment option after hip reconstruction in DDH. 展开更多

Comparative Study between the Elastic Nail versus Hip Spica Cast in Early Treatment of Pediatric Femoral Shaft Fractures 被引量:2

Introduction: Femoral shaft fractures are among the most common pediatric injury, which have the highest incidence among other pediatric fractures, and treatment of them carries a lot of controversies. Aim of the study: To compare the outcome of fixation of femoral shaft fracture by elastic nail with Spica cast. Patient and method: This prospective comparative study was carried out in Sulaimani Teaching Hospital, in the period from the 10<sup>th</sup> of December 2011 to the 10<sup>th</sup> of June 2012, for two groups of children whose ages were between 4 - 12 years (average 6.61 years), sustained traumatic femoral shaft fractures with follow-up period of about 6 months. The first group was consisting of 30 children treated by Elastic Intramedullary Nail, while the second group was consisted of 30 children treated by hip Spica. The selection was made on random bases. Results: Age range was between 4 - 12 years and showed male predominance in both groups with ratio of about 2:1 while fracture site showed predominance of the midshaft pattern in both groups. This study showed highly significant deference (P value of 0.001) between the two groups (Spica group of 3 days versus Nail group median of rate 4.5 days) in the admission period. Our sample showed shortening of about 2 cm in 2 case in the Nail group (6.7%) versus 6 cases (20%) in Spica group. We reported 4 cases of wound infection (13.3%) and 4 cases of pin site irritation (13.3%) in nail group. A higher rate of malunion was observed in the Spica group (10 cases more than 10° angulation in coronal plane) while the Nail group reported 2 case more than 10° in coronal plane. The mean operative time for Nail group was 55 minutes while in Spica group was 30 minutes. We reported shorter time to start mobilization and walking with support or independently in the nail group (weight bearing time 7.2 weeks) compared with the Spica casting group (weight bearing time 7.5 weeks). [Objectives]This study aimed to establish HPLC chromatograms of decoction pieces,standard decoction and formula granules of Spica Prunellae.[Methods]The chromatographic conditions were as follows:column,SHISEIDO CAPCELL PAK C18 MGII column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);mobile phase,acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid;gradient elution;detection wavelength,280 nm;flow rate,1.0 mL/min;and column temperature,30℃.The correlation between the decoction pieces,standard decoction and formula granules of Spica Prunellae was analyzed by specific chromatograms.[Results]The fingerprint chromatograms of decoction pieces,standard decoction and formula granules of Spica Prunellae showed five common peaks,with good correlation.Among the five common peaks,four of them were tanshinol,protocatechuic acid,caffeic acid and rosmarinic acid.[Conclusions]The main chemical constituents of decoction pieces,standard decoction and formula granules of Spica Prunellae are basically the same.The HPLC specific chromatogram established can be used for the quality control of Spica Prunellae formula granules. 展开更多

目的:建立同时测定夏枯草药材中咖啡酸、迷迭香酸、齐墩果酸及熊果酸含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法:夏枯草样品以75%乙醇溶液(含1%甲酸)超声提取,分析色谱柱为Elite SinoChrom ODS—AP柱(4.6mm×250mm,5um),以0.01%... 目的:建立同时测定夏枯草药材中咖啡酸、迷迭香酸、齐墩果酸及熊果酸含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法:夏枯草样品以75%乙醇溶液(含1%甲酸)超声提取,分析色谱柱为Elite SinoChrom ODS—AP柱(4.6mm×250mm,5um),以0.01%磷酸溶液-乙腈为流动相进行梯度洗脱;采用波长切换方式检测,330nm(0~33min),203nm(33~40min);柱温20℃,进样量50uL。结果:咖啡酸、迷迭香酸、齐墩果酸与熊果酸的峰面积与其质量浓度之间均具有良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率93.7%-105.2%,RSD值均小于4.5%,所测夏枯草样品中咖啡酸、迷迭香酸、齐墩果酸与熊果酸的质量分数分别为0.0401~0.0968,0.99~2.57,0.243~0.556,4.06~8.13mg·g^-1。结论:本方法简便、快速、准确,可同时测定夏枯草中咖啡酸、迷迭香酸、齐墩果酸和熊果酸的含量。 展开更多

目的:研究夏枯草的化学成分及其体外抗肿瘤活性。方法:运用硅胶,十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶填料(ODS),羟丙基葡聚糖凝胶(Sephadex LH-20)等色谱方法,对夏枯草经甲醇超声提取物进行分离纯化,根据理化性质,1H-NMR和13C-NMR,并参考文献综... 目的:研究夏枯草的化学成分及其体外抗肿瘤活性。方法:运用硅胶,十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶填料(ODS),羟丙基葡聚糖凝胶(Sephadex LH-20)等色谱方法,对夏枯草经甲醇超声提取物进行分离纯化,根据理化性质,1H-NMR和13C-NMR,并参考文献综合解析化合物结构。通过噻唑蓝(MTT)法,分别设置空白组,阳性药物组(不同浓度顺铂),不同浓度试验药物组;对化合物抗乳腺癌细胞MCF-7,MDA-MB-231以及对正常乳腺细胞MCF-10A的活性进行筛选。结果:从夏枯草中分离鉴定了11个化合物,分别为反式-异迷迭香酸葡萄糖苷(1),反式-迷迭香酸葡萄糖苷甲酯(2),迷迭香酸(3),迷迭香酸甲酯(4),咖啡酸-3-葡萄糖苷(5),丹参素(6),丹参素甲酯(7),3,4-二羟基苯甲醛(8),(3R,5S,6S,7E,9R)-megastigman-7-ene-3,5,6,9-tetrol 9-O-β-D-glucopy-ranoside(9),(-)-syringaresinol-4-O-13-D-glucopyranoside(10),16-氧-17-去甲基-3β,24-二羟基齐墩果-12-烯-3-O-β-D-葡糖醛酸苷(11);化合物4对各细胞的抑制率达88%以上,化合物2,8同时对MCF-7和MCF-10A的抑制率达60%以上,化合物3仅对MCF-7的抑制活性达60%以上。结论:化合物9,10为首次从夏枯草中分离得到。体外抗肿瘤活性筛选表明,化合物2-4,8对乳腺癌细胞MCF-7有明显抑制作用,化合物4对乳腺癌细胞MDA-MB-231有较强的抑制作用;但化合物2,4,8同时对正常乳腺细胞也有明显抑制作用;而化合物3能选择性的抑制肿瘤细胞。 展开更多

夏至草药用历史悠久 ,历代本草中列于茺蔚项下 ,是作为茺蔚的一种来应用的。凡记载茺蔚别名夏枯 ,或茺蔚夏至后即枯的均指夏至草。现在许多地方药物志、植物志和中草药中均有收载 ,功用与益母草相似。
