The self-consistent quadruple potential is deduced within the relativistic mean-field(RMF)framework and substituted into the Hamiltonian,which is calculated using the complex momentum representation(CMR).Considering e...The self-consistent quadruple potential is deduced within the relativistic mean-field(RMF)framework and substituted into the Hamiltonian,which is calculated using the complex momentum representation(CMR).Considering even-even titanium isotopes as an example,this study investigated various properties,including the resonant states of neutron-rich nuclei in the RMF-CMR model,and used them to describe the binding energy.The abrupt decrease in the two-neutron separation energy(S_(2n))corresponds to the traditional magic number.The resonant and bound states are simultaneously exposed in the complex moment plane,where the continuum is along the integration contour.The four oblate neutron-rich nuclei^(72-78)Ti are weakly bound or resonant because their Fermi energies are approximately 0 MeV.The root-meansquare(RMS)radii of these nuclei increase suddenly compared with those of others(neutron number N<48).Moreover,^(78)Ti and^(76)Ti are determined as drip-line nucleons by the value of S_(2n) and the energy levels,respectively.Finally,the weak-bounded character can be represented by diffuse density probability distributions.展开更多

We propose a novel self-consistent mean field approximation method by means of a Fierz transformation,taking the Nambu-Jona-Lasinio model as an example.This new self-consistent mean field approximation introduces a ne...We propose a novel self-consistent mean field approximation method by means of a Fierz transformation,taking the Nambu-Jona-Lasinio model as an example.This new self-consistent mean field approximation introduces a new free parameter a to be determined experimentally.When a assumes the value of 0.5,the approximation reduces to the mean field calculation commonly used in the past.Subsequently,we study the influence of the undetermined parameter a on the phase diagram of the two-flavor strong interaction matter.The value of a plays a crucial role in the strong interaction phase diagram,as it not only changes the position of the phase transition point of strong interaction matter,but also affects the order of the phase transition.For example,when a is greater than the critical valueαc = 0.71,then the strong interaction matter phase diagram no longer has a critical end point.In addition,in the case of zero temperature and finite density,we found that when a>1.044,the pseudo-critical chemical potential corresponds to ~4-5 times the saturation density of the nuclear matter,which agrees with the expected results from the picture of the hadrons degree of freedom.The resulting equations of state of strong interaction matter at low temperatures and high densities will have an important impact on studies concerning the mass radius relationship of neutron stars and the merging process of binary neutron stars.展开更多
In order to consider quantum transport under the influence of an electron-electron (e-e) interaction in a mesoscopic conductor,the Boltzmann equation and Poisson equation are investigated jointly.The analytical expr...In order to consider quantum transport under the influence of an electron-electron (e-e) interaction in a mesoscopic conductor,the Boltzmann equation and Poisson equation are investigated jointly.The analytical expressions of the distribution function for the Boltzmann equation and the self-consistent average potential concerned with e-e interaction are obtained,and the dielectric function appearing in the self-consistent average potential is naturally generalized beyond the Thomas-Fermi approximation.Then we apply these results to the tunneling junctions of a metal-insulator-semiconductor (MIS) in which the electrons are accumulated near the interface of the semiconductor,and we find that the e-e interaction plays an important role in the transport procedure of this system. The electronic density,electric current as well as screening Coulombic potential in this case are studied,and we reveal the time and position dependence of these physical quantities explicitly affected by the e-e interaction.展开更多
