目的:观察宣肺化痰活血法治疗慢性支气管哮喘的临床疗效及其对患者肺功能的影响。方法:将104例慢性支气管哮喘患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各52例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合以宣肺化痰活血为治疗大法的中...目的:观察宣肺化痰活血法治疗慢性支气管哮喘的临床疗效及其对患者肺功能的影响。方法:将104例慢性支气管哮喘患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各52例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合以宣肺化痰活血为治疗大法的中药汤剂治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后中医证候积分情况,检测两组患者治疗前后肺功能[用力肺活量(forced vital capacity,FVC)、一秒用力呼气容积(Forced expiratory volume in one second,FEV1)、呼气流量峰值(peak expiratory flow,PEF)占预计值的百分比]。结果:对照组有效率为73.08%,观察组有效率为92.31%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后中医证候积分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后FVC、FEV1及PEF占预计值高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宣肺化痰活血法治疗慢性支气管哮喘效果明显,可显著改善患者肺功能,有效缓解临床症状。展开更多
