济阳坳陷断裂演化与油气富集规律 被引量:25

通过区域应力场特征、区域地震剖面和钻井等资料分析,并依据区域应力场控制下不同走向断裂的演化特征、叠合效应及其约束下不同凹陷成藏要素的差异,对济阳坳陷不同凹陷的油气富集规律进行研究。结果表明:济阳坳陷在印支期板块拼合作用... 通过区域应力场特征、区域地震剖面和钻井等资料分析,并依据区域应力场控制下不同走向断裂的演化特征、叠合效应及其约束下不同凹陷成藏要素的差异,对济阳坳陷不同凹陷的油气富集规律进行研究。结果表明:济阳坳陷在印支期板块拼合作用影响下形成'多米诺骨牌式'有序逆冲褶皱,燕山期在东侧的郯庐断裂带和西侧的兰聊断裂带左旋走滑运动及燕山-喜山期右旋走滑运动控制下,相继发生了'多米诺骨牌式'有序构造反转和北东向'帚状'走滑运动,依次形成北西向、北东向和北北东向断裂并相互叠加;不同断裂叠加效应下,各凹陷具有'脉动式'伸展过程,伸展率的差异控制了不同凹陷的成藏要素;济阳坳陷自南西向北东主要含油层系具有古近系至新近系逐渐上移的规律。 展开更多

透明导电CuCr_(1-x)Mg_(x)O_(2)(x=0-0.08)薄膜的固溶度扩展和c轴外延生长 被引量:2

采用脉冲激光沉积(PLD)技术,在0~15°斜切的α-Al_(2)O_(3)(0001)衬底上生长了c轴外延的CuCr_(1-x)Mg_(x)O_(2)(x=0-0.08)系列薄膜。随Mg掺杂量增加,薄膜均为单相铜铁矿结构,表现出符合Arrhenius热激活模式的半导体电输运行为,室温... 采用脉冲激光沉积(PLD)技术,在0~15°斜切的α-Al_(2)O_(3)(0001)衬底上生长了c轴外延的CuCr_(1-x)Mg_(x)O_(2)(x=0-0.08)系列薄膜。随Mg掺杂量增加,薄膜均为单相铜铁矿结构,表现出符合Arrhenius热激活模式的半导体电输运行为,室温电阻率单调下降2~3个数量级,热激活能由0.22 eV下降至0.025 eV,由此推断薄膜中Mg的固溶度至少为0.08,与多晶(~0.03)相比显著扩展。这是由于PLD薄膜生长具有非平衡、瞬时爆炸特征,使靶材第二相(MgCr_(2)O_(4))中的Mg重新以等离子态定向运输到衬底上,迁移固溶到薄膜晶格中,固溶度扩展。薄膜(x=0,0.02)在380~780 nm可见光区的透过率为60%~80%,直接光学带隙E g分别为3.06 eV、3.04 eV。更多Mg^(2+)替代Cr^(3+)时,会在价带顶上方引入受主能级并展宽,使热激活能显著下降,产生更多空穴载流子,透过率和光学带隙略有下降;Mg固溶到晶格中,促进薄膜层状晶粒长大,外延性提高,使电阻率进一步下降。 展开更多

Due to poor metallurgical weldability of magnesium alloy,laser welding crack is still one of the main defects.The generations of welding crack seriously affected the weld quality and reduce the mechanical properties of welded joints which have become a bottleneck of the magnesium alloy products widely used in the structure materials.In this paper,AZ31B magnesium alloy sheet with 2mm thickness was used for this investigation.The forming reason and extending characteristics of the welding cracks were investigated during the Nd:YAG pulsed laser welding.The results show that welding cracks are mainly solidification crack which were always present in the weld centers.Few welding hot cracks appear multiple furcation phenomenons,and main and branch cracks were intercrystalline crack.The partial branch crack was mixed intercrystalline and transgranular extension.In addition,few cracks in the weld were caused due to irregular shape porosity and inclusion.The delayed crack weren't observed in the weld after deposited 48 hours.In the pre-process on the basis,the characteristics and generation mechanism of YAG pulsed laser welding cracks of magnesium alloy were analyzed further. 展开更多

The most popular treatment modality is the Eccentric overload Exercise. However, there is insufficient evidence to recommend a specific protocol and yet it is the most commonly used treatment modality. The aim of this case study is to present the possible mechanisms of pain and a treatment approach on a patient who was diagnosed as having patellar tendinopathy. It is suggested that hyper extension of the knee might be the source of patellar tendon pain in this patient. Following a course of pulsed short wave diathermy the patient was symptom free and remained so at 6 month review. Further studies to evaluate effectiveness of pulsed short wave diathermy is suggested. 展开更多
