获得准确的电子输运和反应系数是采用流体模型准确仿真流注传播特性的前提。目前,电子输运系数主要有两种计算方法:一是用电子群实验数据进行插值;二是用两项近似方法解玻尔兹曼方程。方法一只能用在约化场强很小的场合,方法二的理论基... 获得准确的电子输运和反应系数是采用流体模型准确仿真流注传播特性的前提。目前,电子输运系数主要有两种计算方法:一是用电子群实验数据进行插值;二是用两项近似方法解玻尔兹曼方程。方法一只能用在约化场强很小的场合,方法二的理论基础即各相同性假设是否成立和数据准确度尚无定论。针对以上问题,Ness等人采用了多项近似法解玻尔兹曼方程计算电子输运系数。该文主要对多项近似解玻尔兹曼方程进行两点改进:一是调整速度分布函数的展开顺序,这样能把流体尺度和非流体尺度下计算过程统一起来;二是采用高斯–克龙罗德积分代替高斯-拉盖尔积分计算碰撞积分项。最后对硬球模型和Reid非弹性碰撞模型进行了计算,结果表明:采用高斯–克龙罗德积分代替高斯–拉盖尔积分计算碰撞积分项更准确;即使在只有守恒碰撞时,电子速度分布函数仍呈现各向异性特征,采用两项近似方法计算出的电子输运系数有较大误差。 展开更多

In our previous papers,the classical fractional Fourier transform theory was incorporated into the quantum theoretical system using the theoretical method of quantum optics,and the calculation produced quantum mechanical operators corresponding to the generation of fractional Fourier transform.The core function of the coordinate-momentum exchange operators in the addition law of fractional Fourier transform was analyzed too.In this paper,the bivariate operator Hermite polynomial theory and the technique of integration within an ordered product of operators(IWOP)are used to establish the entanglement fractional Fourier transform theory to the extent of quantum.A new function generating formula and an operator for generating quantum entangled fractional Fourier transform are obtained using the fractional Fourier transform relationship in a pair of conjugated entangled state representations. 展开更多

为了实现对图像边缘的精确定位,提出了一种检测亚像素边缘的两步法.首先,使用Canny算子对图像进行运算,提取像素级初始边缘点.然后,在初始边缘点的梯度方向上利用线性插值法计算6个邻点,并从邻点中选择3个合适点求解二次多项式,从而实... 为了实现对图像边缘的精确定位,提出了一种检测亚像素边缘的两步法.首先,使用Canny算子对图像进行运算,提取像素级初始边缘点.然后,在初始边缘点的梯度方向上利用线性插值法计算6个邻点,并从邻点中选择3个合适点求解二次多项式,从而实现边缘点的亚像素级精确定位.通过实验分析了噪声、边缘角度和边缘灰度差等因素对定位精度的影响.实验结果表明:该方法具有较好的噪声抑制能力,对各个方向的检测精度均优于0.08像素,在边缘灰度差很小的情况下仍能得到优于0.07像素的定位精度.该方法具有较强的鲁棒性,较高的定位精度,在视觉测量和模式识别等领域具有一定的应用价值. 展开更多

A geometric intrinsic pre-processing algorithm(GPA for short)for solving largescale discrete mathematical-physical PDE in 2-D and 3-D case has been presented by Sun(in 2022–2023).Different from traditional preconditioning,the authors apply the intrinsic geometric invariance,the Grid matrix G and the discrete PDE mass matrix B,stiff matrix A satisfies commutative operator BG=GB and AG=GA,where G satisfies G^(m)=I,m<<dim(G).A large scale system solvers can be replaced to a more smaller block-solver as a pretreatment in real or complex domain.In this paper,the authors expand their research to 2-D and 3-D mathematical physical equations over more wide polyhedron grids such as triangle,square,tetrahedron,cube,and so on.They give the general form of pre-processing matrix,theory and numerical test of GPA.The conclusion that“the parallelism of geometric mesh pre-transformation is mainly proportional to the number of faces of polyhedron”is obtained through research,and it is further found that“commutative of grid mesh matrix and mass matrix is an important basis for the feasibility and reliability of GPA algorithm”. 展开更多

Analysis of Nonlinear Electrical Circuits Using Bernstein Polynomials 被引量:2

In electrical circuit analysis, it is often necessary to find the set of all direct current (d.c.) operating points (either voltages or currents) of nonlinear circuits. In general, these nonlinear equations are often represented as polynomial systems. In this paper, we address the problem of finding the solutions of nonlinear electrical circuits, which are modeled as systems of n polynomial equations contained in an n-dimensional box. Branch and Bound algorithms based on interval methods can give guaranteed enclosures for the solution. However, because of repeated evaluations of the function values, these methods tend to become slower. Branch and Bound algorithm based on Bernstein coefficients can be used to solve the systems of polynomial equations. This avoids the repeated evaluation of function values, but maintains more or less the same number of iterations as that of interval branch and bound methods. We propose an algorithm for obtaining the solution of polynomial systems, which includes a pruning step using Bernstein Krawczyk operator and a Bernstein Coefficient Contraction algorithm to obtain Bernstein coefficients of the new domain. We solved three circuit analysis problems using our proposed algorithm. We compared the performance of our proposed algorithm with INTLAB based solver and found that our proposed algorithm is more efficient and fast. 展开更多

Let Hi(Y) be the known atomic Hardy space and L01(y) the subspace of f ∈ L1(Y) with integral 0. The authors prove that the dual space of Xs(Y) is SM0(Y,s) when s∈ (0, ∞), Xs(Y) = H1(Y) when s ∈ (0, 1], and X∞(y) = L01(Y) (or L1(Y)). As applications, the authors show that if T is a linear operator bounded from H1 (Y) to L1 (Y) and from L1(y) to L1,∞(Y), then for all r ∈ (1, ∞) and s ∈ (r, ∞], T is bounded from Xr(y) to the Lorentz space L1,8(y), which applies to the Calderon-Zygmund operator on (Rn, |·|,μ), the imaginary powers of the 0rnstein-Uhlenbeck operator on (Rn, |·|,dγ) and the spectral operator associated with the spectral multiplier on (S, d, p). LOG ( Laplacian of Gaussian ) operator is adopted to detect image edge. Vgroove center is extracted by corner detection of extremum curvature. Subpixel position is obtained by Lagarange polynomial interpolation algorithm.
