目的了解社区护士护理实践环境现状及其对工作投入的影响,从而为社区管理者提升社区护士工作效率提供参考依据。方法2016年9月至2017年1月,采用整群抽样法选取北京市80所社区卫生服务中心的410名社区护士作为调查对象,采用自制一般资料...目的了解社区护士护理实践环境现状及其对工作投入的影响,从而为社区管理者提升社区护士工作效率提供参考依据。方法2016年9月至2017年1月,采用整群抽样法选取北京市80所社区卫生服务中心的410名社区护士作为调查对象,采用自制一般资料问卷、护理实践环境量表(practice environment scale-nursing work index,PES-NWI)、工作投入量表(the Utrecht work engagement scale,UWES)对其进行调查。结果社区护士的护理实践环境平均得分为(2.93±0.46)分,工作投入平均得分为(3.10±1.51)分;分层回归分析显示,由护理实践环境所解释的工作投入差异为15.9%(△R2=0.159,P<0.01),且充足的人力物力和护士参与医院事务进入回归方程(均P<0.05)。结论社区卫生服务管理者应重视社区护理实践环境的优化,合理配置人力资源,积极促进社区护士参与管理,以提高社区护士对基层医疗卫生保健工作的投入。展开更多

The aim of this study was to explore the staffing and resource adequacy in NPE and the association with POs (adverse events). A descriptive correlational study was conducted and participated 395 staff nurses (94.3%) from three university hospitals in Malaysia over two months, from January to February 2011.
