This paper proposes the design of a novel DC current flow controller(CFC)and evaluates the control performance of balancing and regulating the DC branch currents using the DC CFC in a meshed multi-terminal HVDC(MTDC)grid.The DC CFC consists of two identical full bridge DC-DC converters with the capacitors of the two converters being connected in parallel.The scalability of the DC CFC is easily achievable due to the identical bridge converter topology;the cost of this DC CFC is also relatively low due to its simple physical structure and low voltage ratings.The control performance of the DC CFC is tested on a meshed 3-terminal(3-T)HVDC grid,which is based on modular multilevel converters(MMC).The DC branch current control in the meshed MTDC grid is achieved using the proposed control strategy of the DC CFC,and is verified through case studies on the real-time digital simulator(RTDS). 展开更多

Initially, HVDC was developed using thyristor-based current source converters (CSC)... High voltage direct current (HVDC) transmission is an economical option for transmitting a large amount of power over long distances. Initially, HVDC was developed using thyristor-based current source converters (CSC). With the development of semiconductor devices, a voltage source converter (VSC)-based HVDC system was introduced, and has been widely applied to integrate large-scale renewables and network interconnection. However, the VSC-based HVDC system is vulnerable to DC faults and its protection becomes ever more important with the fast growth in number of installations. In this paper, detailed characteristics of DC faults in the VSC-HVDC system are presented. The DC fault current has a large peak and steady values within a few milliseconds and thus high-speed fault detection and isolation methods are required in an HVDC grid. Therefore, development of the protection scheme for a multi-terminal VSC-based HVDC system is challenging. Various methods have been developed and this paper presents a comprehensive review of the different techniques for DC fault detection, location and isolation in both CSC and VSC-based HVDC transmission systems in two-terminal and multi-terminal network configurations. 展开更多

Energy storage is one of the key means for improving the flexibility,economy and security of power system.It is also important in promoting new energy consumption and the energy Internet.Therefore,energy storage is expected to support distributed power and the micro-grid,promote open sharing and flexible trading of energy production and consumption,and realize multi-functional coordination.In recent years,with the rapid development of the battery energy storage industry,its technology has shown the characteristics and trends for large-scale integration and distributed applications with multi-objective collaboration.As a grid-level application,energy management systems(EMS)of a battery energy storage system(BESS)were deployed in real time at utility control centers as an important component of power grid management.Based on the analysis of the development status of a BESS,this paper introduced application scenarios,such as reduction of power output fluctuations,agreement to the output plan at the renewable energy generation side,power grid frequency adjustment,power flow optimization at the power transmission side,and a distributed and niohile energy storage system at the power distribution side.The studies and application status of a BESS in recent years were reviewed.The energy management,operation control methods,and application scenes of large-scale BESSs were also examined in the study. 展开更多

Numerical simulations of self-propelled swimming of a three dimensional bionic fish and fish school in a viscous fluid are carried out. This is done with the assistance of a parallel software package produced for 3D moving boundary problems. This computational fluid dynamics package combines the adaptive multi-grid finite volume method, the immersed boundary method and VOF (volume of fluid) method. By using the package results of the self-propelled swimming of a 3D bionic fish and fish school in a vis- cous fluid are obtained. With comparison to the existing experimental measurements of living fishes, the predicted structure of vortical wakes is in good agreement with the measurements. 展开更多

传统蚁群算法因在复杂环境中容易产生死锁,导致部分蚂蚁失效,造成效率低下,迭代次数增多。为此,提出了一种利用环境信息引入环境因子来调整启发函数的方法从而降低死锁情况的发生,增加了有效蚂蚁的数量,从整体上提高了蚁群的搜索速度,... 传统蚁群算法因在复杂环境中容易产生死锁,导致部分蚂蚁失效,造成效率低下,迭代次数增多。为此,提出了一种利用环境信息引入环境因子来调整启发函数的方法从而降低死锁情况的发生,增加了有效蚂蚁的数量,从整体上提高了蚁群的搜索速度,扩大了搜索范围。同时,传统蚁群算法在路径规划中仅在理想地域内寻求最短路径,而多因素环境中最短路径往往并非最优解。为解决此问题通过在不同环境中对转移概率进行加权优化在追求路径最短的基础上提出多目标路径规划,丰富了蚁群算法的实用性和现实意义。最后经仿真实验对优化算法进行验证,证明了上述优化的可行性。 展开更多

当电网发生不对称电压跌落时,需要对分布式逆变电源进行故障下的穿越控制,保证其能够继续向电网输送功率而不退出运行。提出一种新型的适用于分布式逆变电源接口逆变器的多目标控制策略,旨在满足多样化的故障穿越需求。首先,提出并推导... 当电网发生不对称电压跌落时,需要对分布式逆变电源进行故障下的穿越控制,保证其能够继续向电网输送功率而不退出运行。提出一种新型的适用于分布式逆变电源接口逆变器的多目标控制策略,旨在满足多样化的故障穿越需求。首先,提出并推导一种新型的统一电流参考计算表达式,通过引入参数k_1和k_2来实现对多个目标的控制。然后,推导一种最优波动功率幅值的搜索路径用来实现对参数k_1和k_2的优化选择。通过简化最优搜索路径,得到了另一种线性的搜索路径,该路径可以近似代替优化路径并削减控制的复杂度。接着,根据控制目标在搜索路径上的单调性,设计了一种定功率波动幅值以及自适应的电流不平衡度限制的控制策略。最后,通过仿真算例验证了所提控制策略的有效性和灵活性。 展开更多

In this paper,a CFD/CSD model coupling N-S equations and structural equations of motion in the time domain is described for aeroelastic analysis of large wind turbines.The structural modes of blades are analyzed with one-dimensional beam models.By combining point matched sliding grid for wind turbine rotation and deforming grid for structural vibrations,a hybrid dynamic grid strategy is designed for the multi-block structured grid system of a wind turbine.The dual time-stepping approach and finite volume scheme are applied to the three-dimensional unsteady preconditioned N-S equations,and DES approach is employed to simulate the unsteady massively separated flows.A modal approach is adopted to calculate the structural response,and a predictor-corrector scheme is used to solve the structural equations of motion.CFD and CSD solvers are tightly coupled via successive iterations within each physical time step.As a result,a time-domain CFD/CSD model for aeroelastic analysis of a large wind turbine is achieved.The presented method is applied to the NH1500 large wind turbine under the rated condition,and the calculated aeroelastic characteristics agree well with those of the prescribed vortex wake method. 展开更多

Fluent软件是目前国际上比较流行的通用CFD软件包,用于模拟从不可压缩到高度可压缩范围内的复杂流动,对大规模问题可用并行多重网格方法进行求解.为了找出Fluent软件的最佳解题规模和并行粒度,以期最大限度地发挥软件和硬件的效能,对Fluent软件采用的多重网格并行算法进行了理论分析,通过实验,重点讨论了在并行求解过程中,不同的多重网格循环方法、区域分裂方法、解题的规模和计算节点数对并行性能的影响.结果证明,Fluent软件采用V循环的并行性能最好,HPCC还有很大的升级空间. 展开更多
