Progress in the treatm...Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a highly familial and heritable endocrine disorder. Over half of the daughters born to women with PCOS may eventually develop their own PCOS-related symptoms. Progress in the treatment of PCOS is currently hindered by the complexity of its clinical manifestations and incomplete knowledge of its etiopathogenesis. Various animal models, including experimentally induced, naturally occurring, and spontaneously arising ones, have been established to emulate a wide range of phenotypical and pathological traits of human PCOS. These studies have led to a paradigm shift in understanding the genetic, developmental, and evolutionary origins of this disorder. Furthermore, emerging evidence suggests that animal models are useful in evaluating state-of-the-art drugs and treatments for PCOS. This review aims to provide a comprehensive summary of recent studies of PCOS in animal models, highlighting the power of these disease models in understanding the biology of PCOS and aiding high-throughput approaches.展开更多
目的观察郑氏手法治疗肱骨外上髁炎的治疗效果。方法将2021年8月—2022年1月该院筋伤科门诊收治的60例肱骨外上髁炎病人按照纳入顺序用随机数字表随机分类法随机分成两组,每组30例,治疗组30例病人予郑氏手法治疗,对照组30例病人予局部...目的观察郑氏手法治疗肱骨外上髁炎的治疗效果。方法将2021年8月—2022年1月该院筋伤科门诊收治的60例肱骨外上髁炎病人按照纳入顺序用随机数字表随机分类法随机分成两组,每组30例,治疗组30例病人予郑氏手法治疗,对照组30例病人予局部封闭治疗,两组疗程均是2周。疗程结束后评估两组总体疗效,治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(visual analog scale,VAS)评分,治疗前后Mayo肘关节功能评分,治疗前后美国特种外科医院(Hospital for Special Surgery,HSS)肘关节功能评分,治疗前后肘关节局部压痛阈值。结果治疗组的总有效率为88.89%(24/27),优于对照组总有效率81.48%(22/27)(P<0.05);两组治疗后VAS评分均降低,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后Mayo肘关节评分和HSS肘关节评分均增高,治疗组评分明显高于封闭组(P<0.05);两组治疗后Mayo肘关节评分和HSS肘关节评分均增高,治疗组评分明显高于封闭组(P<0.05);两组治疗后肘关节局部压痛阈值较治疗前均有提升,治疗组肘关节局部压痛阈值明显高于封闭组(P<0.05)。结论郑氏手法治疗肱骨外上髁炎疗效优于局部封闭治疗,值得临床推广应用。展开更多
Chirality, as one of the ubiquitous properties in nature, has aroused striking attention in the fields of physics and materials sciences. For tailoring of light with more degree of freedom, circular dichroism has been...Chirality, as one of the ubiquitous properties in nature, has aroused striking attention in the fields of physics and materials sciences. For tailoring of light with more degree of freedom, circular dichroism has been considered as the auxiliary dimension to improving such an issue. Inspired by the Born-Kuhn plasmonic oscillation model, we demonstrate and discuss a chiral resonator to reveal reverse circular dichroism within two separate frequency bands in the microwave regime. The underlying physical mechanisms of bonding and anti-bounding modes are analyzed via transmission/reflection spectra and surface current distributions for different chiral enantiomers. To leverage the proposed paradigm to the application levels, especially for metaholography, we conduct the numerical simulation and experimental demonstration of two proofs of principles. Based on the Pancharatnam-Berry phase/amplitude modulation and complex-amplitude manipulation, respectively, the meta-holograms with independent targets of reconstructing images in full-space and reflected regions are achieved. Significantly, our paradigm may promise further applications in spin-controlled meta-devices for image processing, information encryption, anti-counterfeiting,remote sensing, and radar systems.展开更多
