目的:了解代谢组学领域的研究现状,为该领域研究人员提供参考。方法:在Web of Science数据库中以"metabonomics"或"metabolomics"为主题词检索并分析检索结果。结果:共检索出15 082条文献,该研究领域文章发表量及...目的:了解代谢组学领域的研究现状,为该领域研究人员提供参考。方法:在Web of Science数据库中以"metabonomics"或"metabolomics"为主题词检索并分析检索结果。结果:共检索出15 082条文献,该研究领域文章发表量及引用次数逐年递增,其主要研究方向为Biochemistry Molecular Biology。美、中、英三国分别以30.115%、17.796%和11.239%的发文量名列前三位。世界发文量排名前10的研究机构中,美国有4个,英国3个,中国2个,其中中国科学院发文量世界第一。结论:代谢组学领域的研究日益受到重视,美英等发达国家占据主导地位,中国紧随其后,但中美之间有一定差距。展开更多

In re...Ginseng, as a medicinal plant, has been used for thousands of years in China, Korea, and Japan, and the study on ginseng is a hotspot in the research field as evidenced by about 7000 scientific papers in PUBMED. In recent decades, many ginseng studies focused on the metabolism and metabolomics of ginseng or its active ingredients using modern bioanalytical technologies. To date, more than 200 ginsenosides and non-saponin constituents have been isolated and identified. In the past decades, rapid development of analytical technologies has facilitated the advancement of ginseng research in many ways. In this review, we focus on the advances of ginseng research in chemistry, pharmacology, and metabolomics. We also provide the comments on the significance as well as challenges of metabolomics-based ginseng studies.展开更多
