北川河流域森林冠层结构对林下植被多样性的影响 被引量:14

通过在青海省西宁市大通县宝库林场设置样地,研究5种主要林分森林冠层结构对林下植被的影响。选取沙棘林、白桦林、青海云杉林、华北落叶松林和青海云杉落叶松混交林这5种主要林分,每种林分设置6个样地,在样方4角及中心设置灌木和草本样... 通过在青海省西宁市大通县宝库林场设置样地,研究5种主要林分森林冠层结构对林下植被的影响。选取沙棘林、白桦林、青海云杉林、华北落叶松林和青海云杉落叶松混交林这5种主要林分,每种林分设置6个样地,在样方4角及中心设置灌木和草本样方,共设置30个乔木样方,150个灌木和草本样方,进行样地调查,并且利用鱼眼镜头相机在样方内对冠层进行拍照,获得冠层结构(林隙分数、叶面积指数、叶倾角)和林下光照(冠下直射光量子通量密度PPFD、冠下散射PPFD、冠下总辐射PPFD)。结果表明:1)各林分灌草层在物种丰富度、多样性、均匀度方面具有一定差异,其中:在物种丰富度方面,5种林分草本层都要高于灌木层,且通过单因素方差分析发现个别林分之间存在极显著差异;在物种多样性方面,除白桦林外,其他几种林分草本层均优于灌木层;在物种均匀度方面,沙棘林灌木层最低,青海云杉林在草本层中最低;青海云杉落叶松混交林在物种多样性各指标方面要高于单纯的青海云杉林和落叶松林。2)通过典型分析发现,冠层结构和林下光照之间有显著性关系,且林隙分数和林下总光照在冠层结构和林下光照2组变量中权重最高;林隙分数与灌木层物种多样性指数和均匀度指数之间呈极显著负相关,与灌木层物种丰富度之间相关关系不显著;林隙分数与草本层各多样性指标均呈不显著负相关;冠下总辐射与草本层各多样性指数之间呈显著性正相关。3)光照对草本层生长发育的作用显著高于冠层结构;而冠层结构特别是林隙分数影响着灌木层的形成,因灌木层对光照的需求低于草本层。 展开更多

Making full-color active matrix display based on quantum dot light emitting diodes(AM-QLEDs) via ink-jet printing is attractive in display industry due to QLEDs' wide color gamut and their potential manufacturing advantages of large screen size and low cost. The challenges for realizing AM-QLED display are how to achieve high quality films through ink-jet printing, multi-color patterning, electroluminescence(EL) color purity, and high efficiency. Herein, a 2-inch diagonal full-color AM-QLEDs display with pixel density of 120 pixels per inch(PPI) fabricated by ink-jet printing technique is presented. Driven by a metal oxide TFT(MOTFT) back-panel, the display exhibits a maximum brightness of 400 cd m.2, and a color gamut of 109%(NTSC 1931). The red, green, and blue(RGB) monochrome QLEDs passive matrix panels fabricated by ink-jet printing technique have a current efficiency(CE) of 2.5, 13.9, and 0.30 cd A.1, respectively. To the best of our knowledge, the efficiencies are the highest among passive matrix QLEDs panels made by ink-jet printing technique. The ink-jet printed QDs films show good thickness uniformity due to high viscosity and low volatility of the printable inks, and no cross-contamination between adjacent pixels resulting from the hydrophobic pixel defining layer. 展开更多

为研究天山云杉林冠层特征与林下草本物种多样性的相互关系,以新疆天格尔森林公园天山云杉林的4个龄级的林分(幼林龄、中林龄、近熟林、成熟林)为研究对象,以冠层分析仪获得的冠层结构特征和林下光环境指数等野外实际调查数据为依据,通... 为研究天山云杉林冠层特征与林下草本物种多样性的相互关系,以新疆天格尔森林公园天山云杉林的4个龄级的林分(幼林龄、中林龄、近熟林、成熟林)为研究对象,以冠层分析仪获得的冠层结构特征和林下光环境指数等野外实际调查数据为依据,通过计算α多样性指数分析4个龄级的草本物种多样性,利用多元统计方法研究冠层结构对草本多样性的影响。结果表明,各个指标在不同龄级间均有一定的差异,且随着林分的生长和更新,天山云杉林呈现林冠开度逐渐减小、叶面积指数增大、林下光辐射均减弱、物种多样性指数均减小的趋势;典型模型表明林冠开度对冠层结构起到主要作用(呈极显著正相关P<0.01),叶面积指数次之(呈极显著负相关P<0.01);在林下辐射中,林下总辐射对林内光环境起主要作用;相比冠层结构,林下光照对草本层物种多样性的作用更大,其中林冠开度和丰富度指数之间呈显著正相关,林下总辐射、林下直射辐射和多样性指数、均匀度指数之间均呈显著正相关。 展开更多

Generation of structured light beams with polarization variation along arbitrary spatial trajectories using tri-layer metasurfaces

Conventionally,the spatially structured light beams produced by metasurfaces primarily highlight the polarization modulation of the beams propagating along the optical axis or the beams'spatial transmission trajectory.In particular,along the optical axis,the polarization state is either constant or varies continuously in each output plane.Here,we develop innovative spatially structured light beams with continually changing polarization along any arbitrary spatial transmission trajectories.With tri-layer metallic metasurfaces,the geometric characteristics of each layer structure can be adjusted to modulate the phase and polarization state of the incident terahertz(THz)wave.The beam will converge to the predefined trajectory along several paths to generate a Bessel-like beam with longitudinal polarization changes.We demonstrate the versatility of the approach by designing two THz-band structured light beams with varying polarization states along the spatial helical transmission trajectory.Continuous linear polarization changes and linear polarization to right circular polarization(RCP)and back to linear polarization changes are realized respectively.The experimental results are basically consistent with the simulated results.Our proposal for arbitrary trajectory structured light beams with longitudinally varying polarization offers a practical method for continuously regulating the characteristics of spatial structured light beams with non-axial transmission.This technique has potential uses in optical encryption,particle manipulation,and biomedical imaging. 展开更多

A series of alkali metal salts doped pluronic block copolymer F127 were used as electron injection/transport layers (ETLs) for polymer light-emitting diodes with poly[2-(4-(3′,7′-dimethyloctyloxy)-phenyl)-p-phenylenevinylene] (P-PPV) as the emission layer. It was found that the electron transport capability of F127 can be effectively enhanced by doping with alkali metal salts. By using Li2CO3 (15%) doped F127 as ETL, the resulting device exhibited improved performance with a maximum luminous efficiency (LE) of 13.59 cd/A and a maximum brightness of 5529 cd/m2, while the device with undoped F127 as ETL only showed a maximum LE of 8.78 cd/A and a maximum brightness of 2952 cd/m2. The effects of the doping concentration, cations and anions of the alkali metal salts on the performance of the resulting devices were investigated. It was found that most of the alkali metal salt dopants can dramatically enhance the electron transport capability of F127 ETL and the performance of the resulting devices was greatly improved. 展开更多

Weak light imaging has drawn more and more attention because of its promising potential for practical applications in security monitoring and space exploration. In this work, all-inorganic Cs2AgBiBr6 double perovskite-based self-powered photodetectors containing inorganic copper thiocyanate(CuSCN) as hole-transport layers(HTLs) are successfully fabricated and applied for weak light imaging,which is the first report on the weak light imaging application of all-inorganic lead-free perovskite photodetectors. CuSCN films with favorable optical property and hole extraction capability are prepared via a cost efficient and fast solvent removal method, demonstrating the potential for high-performance perovskite-based devices as transparent components. It is revealed that the band alignment of the device is effectively optimized with the presence of CuSCN HTLs,which can availably transport holes while block electrons at the Cs2AgBiBr6/CuSCN interface, resulting in remarkable improvement of photoresponse performance. The responsivity and detectivity are 0.34 A W^-1 and 1.03×10^13 Jones,respectively. In particular, the light current has a boost of almost 10 times. Furthermore, the photodetectors are integrated into a self-built light detection imaging system utilizing the focused laser scanning imaging mode. With illumination of as low as 5 nW cm^-2(405 nm), the image involving graphics and words with a size of 5 cm×5 cm can still be distinctly recognized. These results suggest the promising potential of all-inorganic perovskite-based devices for weak light detection and imaging applications. 展开更多

Efficient solution-processed InP quantum-dots light-emitting diodes enabled by suppressing hole injection loss

Solution-processed cadmium-based quantum dots(QDs)light-emitting diodes(QLEDs)have shown promising for high-definition display panels due to their high colour purity and low-cost fabrication,but the toxicity still is a big threat.InP is considered as the most promising cadmium-free material to achieve high performance QLEDs,however,the performance of the InP-based QLEDs is far behind of the cadmium-based counterparts.Here,we report high efficiency InP-based QLEDs with more than 20%of external quantum efficiency(EQE)by suppressing hole injection loss.This suppression is achieved by doping a strong Lewis acid into a Lewis base poly(bis(4-phenyl)(2,4,6-trimethylphenyl)amine)to form a Lewis acid-base adduct hole-transport layer(HTL),which improves the hole mobility of the HTL,reduces the hole transfer barrier between HTL and QDs layer to increase hole transport capability.This eventually leads to a more balanced carrier-injection through accelerating hole-injection to match well with the rate of electron-injection,thus suppressing the hole injection loss in the QLED.The InP-based QLED shows EQE of 20.4%,current efficiency of 25.3 cd·A^(−1),turn-on voltage of 2.0 V,luminance of 24,000 cd·m^(−2).This strategy would be a constructive approach to reduce hole loss for p-n junction optoelectronics. 展开更多

The relative balance of electron and hole injection is crucial for the achievement of highly efficient quantum dot(QD)lightemitting diodes(QLEDs).Here,an inverted red QLED with the utilization of an organic emitting layer(EML)was obtained,exhibiting peak current efficiency(CE)and external quantum efficiency(EQE)of 25.63 cd/A and 23.20%,respectively.In the proposed device,the organic EML,which is a blend of fac-tris(2-phenylpyridine)iridium(Ir(ppy)_(3))and 4,4’-bis(N-carbazolyl)-1,1’-biphenyl(CBP),works as an exciton harvester to capture the leaked electrons from QD layer and the injected holes from hole transporting layer(HTL),then affording energy transfer from organic EML to the adjacent QD layer so that the emission of QD is enhanced significantly.At the same time,according to the results of hole-only and electron-only devices,the insertion of organic EML promotes the hole injection,and eliminates excess electrons from QD to HTL,thus leading to a better match of hole and electron injection in the device.On the basis of the above benefits,the optimal QLED with a 10 nm organic EML offered~2-fold improvements of CE and EQE,respectively,relative to the control device.Furthermore,a better operational lifetime of QLEDs based on the organic EML was achieved. 展开更多

Efficient white-polymer-light-emitting devices (WPLEDs) have been fabricated with a single emitting layer containing a hole-transporting host polymer,poly(N-vinylcarbzole),and an electron-transporting auxiliary,1,3-bis[(4-tert-butylphenyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazolyl]-phenylene,codoped with two phosphorescent dyes:Iridium(III)bis (2-(4,6-difluorophenyl)-pyridinato-N,C2') picolinate (FIrpic) and home-made Ir-G2 for blue and red emission,respectively.With the structure of ITO/PEDOT:PSS 4083(40 nm)/emission layer(80 nm)/Ba(4 nm)/Al(120 nm),the device showed a maximal luminous efficiency (LE) of 13.5 cd A-1(corresponding to an external quantum efficiency (EQE) of 6.8%),and a peak power efficiency (PE) of 6.5 lm W-1 at 6.0 V.Meanwhile,the device exhibited pure white emission with Commission Internationale de l'Eclairage (CIE) coordinates of (0.34,0.35) at a current density of 12 mA cm-2,which is very close to the equi-energy white point with CIE coordinates of (0.33,0.33).The device performance can be further optimized when more balanced hole/electron injection is achieved by incorporating a lower conducting type anode buffer layer (PEDOT:PSS) and incorporating poly[(9,9-bis(3'-(N,N-dimethylamino)propyl)-2,7-fluorenene)-alt-2,7-(9,9-dioctyfluorene)] (PFN) as an electron injection layer at the cathode.The optimized device showed an LE of 24.6 cd A-1 (with an EQE of 14.1%),while the peak power efficiency reached 12.66 lm W-1.Moreover,the WPLEDs showed good electroluminescence (EL) stability over a wide range of operating current density and luminance. 展开更多

高功率GaN基激光二极管外延结构理论仿真对提高GaN基激光二极管的光电性能具有重要的指导意义。设计了一种n侧双波导结构的绿光激光二极管外延结构,讨论了激光器外延结构中n-In_(x)Ga_(1-x)N波导层中铟组分对其光电性能的影响,揭示了n-I... 高功率GaN基激光二极管外延结构理论仿真对提高GaN基激光二极管的光电性能具有重要的指导意义。设计了一种n侧双波导结构的绿光激光二极管外延结构,讨论了激光器外延结构中n-In_(x)Ga_(1-x)N波导层中铟组分对其光电性能的影响,揭示了n-In_(x)Ga_(1-x)N波导层对激光二极管光电性能的影响机制。通过调控n-In_(x)Ga_(1-x)N波导层中铟组分,调控外延层中的光场分布,使光场发生了偏移。结果表明,当n侧In_(x)Ga_(1-x)N波导层中铟组分最佳值为0.07时,将光子损耗降低了0.2 cm^(-1),阈值电流由193.49 mA降低到115.98 mA,此外,器件的光子损耗最少,阈值电流最小,工作电压最低,从而提高了激光二极管的输出功率和电光转换效率。因此,当绿光激光二极管的注入电流密度为6 kA/cm^(2)时,功率输出达234.95 mW。n侧双波导结构设计为制备高功率绿光激光二极管提供了理论指导和数据支撑。 展开更多

Bone scaffolds require both good bioactivity and mechanical properties to keep shape and promote bone repair.In this work,T-ZnO_(w) enhanced biphasic calcium phosphate(BCP)scaffolds with triply periodic minimal surface(TPMS)-based double-layer porous structure were fabricated by digital light processing(DLP)with high precision.Property of suspension was first discussed to obtain better printing quality.After sintering,T-ZnO_(w) reacts with b-tricalcium phosphate(β-TCP)to form Ca_(19)Zn_(2)(PO_(4))14,and inhibits the phase transition toα-TCP.With the content of T-ZnO_(w) increasing from 0 to 2 wt%,the flexural strength increases from 40.9 to 68.5 MPa because the four-needle whiskers can disperse stress,and have the effect of pulling out as well as fracture toughening.However,excessive whiskers will reduce the cure depth,and cause more printing defects,thus reducing the mechanical strength.Besides,T-ZnO_(w) accelerates the deposition of apatite,and the sample with 2 wt%T-ZnO_(w) shows the fastest mineralization rate.The good biocompatibility has been proved by cell proliferation test.Results confirmed that doping T-ZnO_(w) can improve the mechanical strength of BCP scaffolds,and keep good biological property,which provides a new strategy for better bone repair. 展开更多

In this paper,we present a facile approach to enhance the efficiency and stability of perovskite solar cells(PSCs)by incorporating perovskite with microporous indium-based metal–organic framework[In12O(OH)16(H2O)5(btc)6]n(In-BTC)nanocrystals and forming heterojunction light-harvesting layer.The interconnected micropores and terminal oxygen sites of In-BTC allow the preferential crystallization of perovskite inside the regular cavities,endowing the derived films with improved morphology/crystallinity and reduced grain boundaries/defects.Consequently,the In-BTC-modified PSC yields enhanced fill factor of 0.79 and power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 20.87%,surpassing the pristine device(0.76 and 19.52%,respectively).More importantly,over 80%of the original PCE is retained after 12 days of exposure to ambient environment(25°C and relative humidity of^65%)without encapsulation,while only about 35%is left to the pristine device. 展开更多

Yb-doped TiO2 pastes with different Yb/TiO2 weight ratios are prepared in the sol-gel process to obtain dyesensitized solar cells (DSCs). The nanocrystalline size of Yb-TiO2 becomes smaller and the lattice parameters change. Lattice distortion is observed and dark current is detected. It is found that a part of Yb existing as insulating oxide Yb2O3 state acts as barrier layers at the electrode-electrolyte interface to suppress charge recombination. A Yb-doped TiO2 electrode applied in DSCs leads to a higher open-circuit voltage and a higher fill factor. How the Yb-doped TiO2 films affect the photovoltaic response of DSCs is discussed. 展开更多
