Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a chronic systemic disease characterized by hyperglycemia, with various patho-genic mechanisms. From absolute or relative insulin deficiency, patients with DM often demonstrate vari-ous levels of metabolic disorders. Major clinical manifestations of DM include metabolic disorders, vascu-lar lesions, circulatory disturbances and neurologic complications. Along with advances in DM research, re-ports of DM related tinnitus and hearing impairment have increased continuously. Research on DM related auditory system dysfunction has focused on cochlear microcirculation, cellular homeostasis, genetics and ag-ing. Cochlear microcirculation plays an important role in cochlear physiology and its disorders are associat-ed with many inner ear diseases. Ischemia and subsequent reperfusion seen in cochlear microcirculation dis-orders are important factors in hearing damage. Understanding cochlear microcirculation and structural as well as functional changes in DM patients with hearing loss and their causal factors will help reveal patho-genic mechanisms in diabetic hearing loss and provide new ideas in developing interventions and preventing damages caused by diabetes. 展开更多

复方鱼油对糖尿病大鼠内耳病变的预防作用

目的 :观察复方鱼油对大鼠糖尿病内耳病变的预防作用及其机制。方法 :5 0只雄性 Wistar大鼠随机分成 3组 ,A组为正常对照组共 16只 ,B组为糖尿病对照组 18只 ,C组为复方鱼油治疗组 16只。B、C两组静脉内注射链脲佐菌素 (STZ) 5 5 m g... 目的 :观察复方鱼油对大鼠糖尿病内耳病变的预防作用及其机制。方法 :5 0只雄性 Wistar大鼠随机分成 3组 ,A组为正常对照组共 16只 ,B组为糖尿病对照组 18只 ,C组为复方鱼油治疗组 16只。B、C两组静脉内注射链脲佐菌素 (STZ) 5 5 m g· kg- 1 体重 ,3周后 C组动物每日灌饲复方鱼油持续 9周。测试血中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)、低密度脂蛋白 -胆固醇 (L DL- C)和极低密度脂蛋白 -胆固醇 (VL DL- C)水平 ,记录动物听觉脑干诱发电位。结果 :C组动物 TC、TG、L DL 和 VL DL 较 B组明显降低 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;C组动物听觉脑干诱发电位 波潜伏期较 B组缩短 (P<0 .0 5 ) , 波阈值降低 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;透射电镜下 B组动物内耳毛细胞内大量脂滴聚集 ,线粒体、高尔基体空泡样变性 ,微血管壁内皮细胞肥大增生 ,基底膜增厚 ,C组则无明显变化。结论 :复方鱼油能明显降低血脂 ,并能有效减轻糖尿病引起的内耳病变。 展开更多
