断鸣管神经支对白腰文鸟鸣声的影响

为探究鸣管神经支(NXⅡts)对发声控制的作用以及验证鸣禽发声的侧别优势和性别差异,以成年白腰文鸟为实验材料,记录其正常鸣声及切断鸣管神经支后的鸣声.用Cool Edit Pro和Wavesurfer等声音处理和分析软件,比较和分析雄鸟和雌鸟、断单... 为探究鸣管神经支(NXⅡts)对发声控制的作用以及验证鸣禽发声的侧别优势和性别差异,以成年白腰文鸟为实验材料,记录其正常鸣声及切断鸣管神经支后的鸣声.用Cool Edit Pro和Wavesurfer等声音处理和分析软件,比较和分析雄鸟和雌鸟、断单侧和双侧鸣管神经前后声学特征的差异.结果表明,成年白腰文鸟的NXⅡts可单侧支配鸣肌,切断左侧NXⅡts将导致声音严重受损,对断右侧则影响不大,表明具有左侧优势.两侧NXⅡts既相互协调又各有侧重,左侧产生较高频率的声音,而右侧则有较高的熵值,使得音节稳定性和调频一致性增强.雄鸟左侧NXⅡts控制较高的音量和较长的音节,而雌鸟的音量和音节时长两侧均可以独立调节.断双侧神经对音量、音调和音色都产生明显影响. 展开更多

High vocal center (HVC) can produce single sound with one or two syllables by the sin-gle-type vocal control pattern in songbirds ruddy bunting (Emberiza rutila). It obviously shows left-side dominance in controlling double syllables, principal frequency (PF) and increasing sound intensity of the evoked calls. Meanwhile, the complex-type control pattern can produce complex calls with multisyllable, and also shows significant left-side dominance in controlling the number of syllables, tone changing and sound intensity. These indicate that left-side HVC controls higher frequency and complicated sentence structure. The basic vocal center, dorsomedial nucleus of the intercollicular complex (DM), controls the monosyllable sound in songbirds, and shows left-side dominance in controlling both the number of syllable and sound intensity. These results not only provide some direct evidence for left-side dominance in high vocal center, but also indicate that there is some internal connection between the high and basic vocal centers in songbirds. 展开更多

目的探讨心电图预测急性下壁心肌梗死罪犯血管失败的原因。方法回顾性分析68例急性下壁ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者的心电图和冠状动脉造影资料,将心电图预测罪犯血管与冠状动脉造影一致和不一致的患者归为匹配组和不匹配组,比较两组间的多... 目的探讨心电图预测急性下壁心肌梗死罪犯血管失败的原因。方法回顾性分析68例急性下壁ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者的心电图和冠状动脉造影资料,将心电图预测罪犯血管与冠状动脉造影一致和不一致的患者归为匹配组和不匹配组,比较两组间的多支病变数和冠状动脉优势型分布。结果分别有56例和12例患者归为匹配组和不匹配组。左冠状动脉优势型在不匹配组明显多于匹配组(41.67%vs 14.29%,P<0.05)。双支病变和三支病变/左主干病变患者在不匹配组和匹配组间均差异无统计学意义(50.00%vs 26.78%;33.33%vs 42.86%,P>0.05)。结论左冠状动脉优势型是心电图预测急性下壁ST段抬高型心肌梗死罪犯血管失败的主要原因。 展开更多

鸣禽鸟的基本发声中枢--丘间复合体背内侧核(nucleus dorsalis medialis of the intercollicular complex,DM)对叫声的调控模式是诱发单次叫声.应用电生理与声学分析相结合的方法研究鸣禽鸟燕雀(Fringilla montifringilla)DM核团对声音... 鸣禽鸟的基本发声中枢--丘间复合体背内侧核(nucleus dorsalis medialis of the intercollicular complex,DM)对叫声的调控模式是诱发单次叫声.应用电生理与声学分析相结合的方法研究鸣禽鸟燕雀(Fringilla montifringilla)DM核团对声音调控的模式.经语图和频谱图分析,结果显示:燕雀左侧DM诱发单次叫声的声长和主能量区的带宽分别为右侧DM诱发叫声的2倍和1.7~3.1倍,提示燕雀DM对叫声声长和声强的调控能力,均呈明显的左侧优势.这与高级发声中枢(high vocal center,HVC)和古纹状体粗核(nucleus robustus archistriatalis,RA)等发声控制核团在控声模式中具有左侧优势的特征相似,从而为鸣禽发声控制通路高、低级中枢具有内源投射关系提供了声学上的证据. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Left-dominant arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy(LDAC)is a relatively rare disease characterized by poor prognosis that exacerbates the incidence of sudden cardiac death and ventricular arrhythmias.Clinically,LDAC is constantly overlooked or misdiagnosed as myocardial infarction,myocarditis,and dilated cardiomyopathy,owing to atypical and nonspecific clinical manifestations at an early stage.CASE SUMMARY A 57-year-old woman was diagnosed with sinus bradycardia and chronic bifascicular block during a health check.She occasionally experienced mild chest pain and paroxysmal palpitation during activity in the past 2 years.Comprehensive auxiliary examinations,including electrocardiogram,echocardiography,coronary computerized tomography angiography,and magnetic resonance imaging,revealed that she had LDAC instead of congenital ventricular diverticulum.The physicians prescribed standard oral therapy for heart failure and implantable cardioverter-defibrillator.Consequently,her left ventricular systolic function and symptoms remained stable at the 2-year follow-up after discharge.CONCLUSION Based on this case,clinicians need to be aware of LDAC in patients with localized left ventricular lesions and multiple electrocardiographic abnormalities.Multimodality cardiovascular imaging is effective in identification of multiple types of cardiomyopathy and cardiac inner structures. 展开更多
