The high temperature chemical reaction process of La2O3 in H3BO3-C system was studied by means of XRD and TG-DTA.The results showed that dehydration reaction of H3BO3 occurred in the temperature range of 82~390 ℃;La2O3 and B2O3 reacted to form LaB3O6,LaBO3,and B4C in the temperature range of 836~1400℃;at 1450 ℃,B4C and LaBO3 further reacted to form LaB4,and partial LaB4 and B reacted to form LaB6;at 1500 ℃,LaB4 and B reacting into LaB6 was the main reaction,and the content of LaB6 increased with prolonging time. 展开更多

采用TG-DTA和XRD等分析手段对La2O3-H3BO3-C体系高温烧结过程中的相组成进行了研究。结果表明:在82~390℃之间,发生了H3BO3的三阶段脱水反应,第一阶段为82~153℃,生成了HBO2;第二阶段为153~222℃,生成了H2B4O7;第三阶段为287~390℃,生成... 采用TG-DTA和XRD等分析手段对La2O3-H3BO3-C体系高温烧结过程中的相组成进行了研究。结果表明:在82~390℃之间,发生了H3BO3的三阶段脱水反应,第一阶段为82~153℃,生成了HBO2;第二阶段为153~222℃,生成了H2B4O7;第三阶段为287~390℃,生成了B2O3。在836~1 400℃时,主要是La2O3与B2O3反应生成LaB3O6和LaBO3。在1 450℃的高温下,La2O3、B2O3和C共同作用生成LaBO3和B4C,此时LaBO3相占主要地位,计算得到其晶胞参数为:a=7.955,b=8.160,c=6.499,属于单斜晶系。在1 500℃时,LaBO3和B4C反应生成LaB4、B和LaB6;LaB4和B进一步烧结生成LaB6,其生成率随烧结时间延长而增加,计算得到其晶胞参数为:a=4.156,属于立方晶系。 展开更多

The properties of boron carbide-lanthanum boride composite material prepared by hot pressed sintering method was tested, and lanthanum boride as a sintering aid for boron carbide was investigated. The result shows that the hardness of boron carbide-lanthanum boride increases with the increasing content of lanthanum boride. When the content of the lanthanum boride is 6%, the hardness reaches its supreme value of 31.83 GPa, and its hardness is improved nearly 20.52% compared to monolithic boron carbide. The content of the lanthanum boride does not greatly affect flexibility strength, however, it gives much effect on fracture toughness. The curve of fracture toughness likes the form of saw-toothed wave as the content of lanthanum boride increases in the test. When the content of the lanthanum boride is 6%, the fracture toughness reaches its supreme value of 5.14 MPa·m 1/2, which is improved nearly 39.67% compared with monolithic boron carbide materials. The fracture scanning electric microscope analysis of boron carbide-lanthanum boride composite material shows that, with the increase of the content of lanthanum boride, the interior station of monolithic boron carbide is changed. The crystallite arrangement is so compact that pores disappear gradually. The main fracture way of boron carbide-lanthanum boride composite material is intercrystalline rupture, while the transcrystalline rupture is minor, which is in accordance with fracture mechanism of ceramic material. It indicates that this change of fracture mode by the addition of lanthanum boride gives rise to the improvement of the fracture toughness. 展开更多

Potential energy curves for the lowest electronic states of LaB and LaB- have been calculated by ab initio calculations.The diffusion Monte Carlo method has been employed in combination with three different trial functions. Spectroscopic constants have also been numerically derived for the neutral molecule and compared with the only available theoretical work;^([19]) however, predictions are provided for the corresponding constants for the anionic species which have not been reported yet. Our calculations suggest the high spin quintet state of LaB as the ground state with the triplet state higher in energy irrespective of the type of the functional used. This suggestion is in good accordance with the previous theoretical results calculated at B3LYP/LANL2DZ level of theory, whereas it contradicts with the prediction based upon B3LYP/SDD calculations in the same study. Moreover, variations of the permanent dipole moments as a function of the internuclear separations for the two electronic states of the neutral molecule have been studied and analyzed. 展开更多

钼和镧是好的镍硼触媒的促进剂, 对于对氯硝基苯氢化反应有好的效果, 因此同时加入钼和镧在镍硼触媒上应该是有趣的研究题目. 本研究利用化学还原法制备了一系列含有不同量镧的镧钼镍触媒, 醋酸镍、钼酸胺及硝酸镧同时加入含有甲醇的... 钼和镧是好的镍硼触媒的促进剂, 对于对氯硝基苯氢化反应有好的效果, 因此同时加入钼和镧在镍硼触媒上应该是有趣的研究题目. 本研究利用化学还原法制备了一系列含有不同量镧的镧钼镍触媒, 醋酸镍、钼酸胺及硝酸镧同时加入含有甲醇的水溶液中. 以X光绕射, 穿透式电子显微镜、高分辨率电子显微镜及X光光电能谱仪鉴定了这些触媒. 对氯硝基苯氢化反应是在批次反应器中于333 K、1.2 MPa氢气压力及500 r/min转速下操作. 即使在镍钼硼中加入很少量的镧, 对提高活性及对氯苯胺的选择性都有显著的效果, 加入适量的镧可以抑制镍钼硼的长范围的结晶排列, 并保持镍钼硼在非结晶状态. 镧以氧化态存在, 其功效为阻隔物, 避免镍钼硼聚集, 但是过量的镧会有相反的效果, 镧和镍的适当比例是0.2. 展开更多
