The aniline monomer concentration, the oxidant concentration, the doping acid concentration and the reaction time have been found to strongly correlate with the result conductivity of the composite fibers. The optimized polymerization conditions were concluded as follow: 0.6 mol/L doping acid concentration, 0.02 g/ml oxidant concentration, 90% aniline monomer concentration and 120 min reaction time. In this process, the thickness of polyaniline sedimentation layer on the surface of PP fiber gradually increased with the increase of reaction period. The properties and morphology of the composite fibers are reported.展开更多
