MRI与CT在膝关节损伤患者半月板及关节周围组织损伤诊断中的临床价值 被引量:36

目的比较磁共振成像(MRI)与电子断层扫描(CT)在诊断膝关节损伤患者半月板及关节周围组织损伤中的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析榆林市中医医院2016年6月至2018年6月收治的80例膝关节损伤患者的临床资料,以关节镜手术的结果为参考依据,... 目的比较磁共振成像(MRI)与电子断层扫描(CT)在诊断膝关节损伤患者半月板及关节周围组织损伤中的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析榆林市中医医院2016年6月至2018年6月收治的80例膝关节损伤患者的临床资料,以关节镜手术的结果为参考依据,对比分析患者的MRI、CT的影像检查资料和患者膝关节手术的术后诊断情况。结果以关节镜手术结果为判定标准,MRI的膝关节损伤总检出率为96.25%,明显高于CT的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在骨骼损伤的检测上MRI的检出率为96.30%,明显高于CT的77.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在韧带损伤检测上,MRI的检出率为100.00%,明显高于CT的76.19%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在半月板损伤检测上,MRI的检出率为100.00%,明显高于CT的61.54%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在关节内积液的检测上,MRI的检出率为89.47%,明显高于CT的57.89%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MRI在膝关节损伤患者半月板及关节周围组织损伤诊断中能够提供比CT更加丰富准确的诊断信息,为患者的后续治疗带来更多便利和帮助。 展开更多

Lepton scattering is an established ideal tool for studying inner structure of small particles such as nucleons as well as nuclei.As a future high energy nuclear physics project,an Electron-ion collider in China(EicC)... Lepton scattering is an established ideal tool for studying inner structure of small particles such as nucleons as well as nuclei.As a future high energy nuclear physics project,an Electron-ion collider in China(EicC)has been proposed.It will be constructed based on an upgraded heavy-ion accelerator,High Intensity heavy-ion Accelerator Facility(HIAF)which is currently under construction,together with a new electron ring.The proposed collider will provide highly polarized electrons(with a po-larization of 80%)and protons(with a polarization of 70%)with variable center of mass energies from 15 to 20 GeV and the luminosity of(2–3)×1033 cm^(−2)·s^(−1).Polarized deuterons and Helium-3,as well as unpolarized ion beams from Carbon to Uranium,will be also available at the EicC.The main foci of the EicC will be precision measurements of the structure of the nucleon in the sea quark region,including 3D tomography of nucleon;the partonic structure of nuclei and the parton interaction with the nuclear environment;the exotic states,especially those with heavy flavor quark contents.In addition,issues fundamental to understanding the origin of mass could be addressed by measurements of heavy quarkonia near-threshold production at the EicC.In order to achieve the above-mentioned physics goals,a hermetical detector system will be constructed with cutting-edge technologies.This document is the result of collective contributions and valuable inputs from experts across the globe.The EicC physics program complements the ongoing scientific programs at the Jefferson Laboratory and the future EIC project in the United States.The success of this project will also advance both nuclear and particle physics as well as accelerator and detector technology in China. 展开更多

The various types of ET based on TEM as well as STEM were described in detail, which included bright-field(BF)-TEM tomography, dark-field(DF)-TEM tomography, weak-beam dark-field(WBDF)-TEM tomography, annular dark-field(ADF)-TEM tomography, energy-filtered transmission electron microscopy(EFTEM) tomography, high-angle annular dark-field(HAADF)-STEM tomography, ADF-STEM tomography, incoherent bright field(IBF)-STEM tomography, electron energy loss spectroscopy(EELS)-STEM tomography and X-ray energy dispersive spectrometry(XEDS)-STEM tomography, and so on. The optimized tilt series such as dual-axis tilt tomography, on-axis tilt tomography, conical tilt tomography and equally-sloped tomography(EST) were reported. The advanced reconstruction algorithms, such as discrete algebraic reconstruction technique(DART), compressed sensing(CS) algorithm and EST were overviewed. Electronic waste(e-waste)and diabetes are global challenges to modern societies.However,solving these two challenges together has been challenging until now.Herein,we propose a laser-induced transfer method to fabricate portable glucose sensors by recycling copper from e-waste.We bring up a laser-induced full-automatic fabrication method for synthesizing continuous heterogeneous Cu_(x)O(h-Cu_(x)O)nano-skeletons electrode for glucose sensing,offering rapid(<1 min),clean,air-compatible,and continuous fabrication,applicable to a wide range of Cu-containing substrates.Leveraging this approach,h-Cu_(x)O nanoskeletons,with an inner core predominantly composed of Cu_(2)O with lower oxygen content,juxtaposed with an outer layer rich in amorphous Cu_(x)O(a-Cu_(x)O)with higher oxygen content,are derived from discarded printed circuit boards.When employed in glucose detection,the h-Cu_(x)O nano-skeletons undergo a structural evolution process,transitioning into rigid Cu_(2)O@CuO nano-skeletons prompted by electrochemical activation.This transformation yields exceptional glucose-sensing performance(sensitivity:9.893 mA mM^(-1) cm^(-2);detection limit:0.34μM),outperforming most previously reported glucose sensors.Density functional theory analysis elucidates that the heterogeneous structure facilitates gluconolactone desorption.This glucose detection device has also been downsized to optimize its scalability and portability for convenient integration into people’s everyday lives. 展开更多

Bio-macromolecules, such as proteins and nucleic acids, are the basic materials that perform fundamental activities required for life. Their structural heterogeneities and dynamic personalities are vital to understand the underlying functional mechanisms of bio-macromolecules. With the rapid development of advanced technologies such as single-molecule tech- nologies and cryo-electron microscopy (cryo-EM), an increasing number of their structural details and mechanics properties at molecular level have significantly raised awareness of basic life processes. In this review, firstly the basic principles of single-molecule method and cryo-EM are summarized, to shine a light on the development in these fields. Secondly, recent progress driven by the above two methods are underway to explore the dynamic structures and functions of DNA, antibody, and lipoprotein. Finally, an outlook is provided for the further research on both the dynamic structures and functions of bio-macromolecules, through single-molecule method and cryo-EM combining with molecular dynamics simulations. 展开更多

Electron tomography(ET) has been demonstrated to be a powerful tool in addressing challenging problems, such as understanding 3 D interactions among various microstructures. Advancing ET to broader applications requires novel instrumentation design to break the bottlenecks both in theory and in practice. In this work, we built a compact four-degree-of-freedom(threedirectional positionings plus self-rotation) nano-manipulator dedicated to ET applications, which is called X-Nano transmission electron microscope(TEM) holder. All the movements of the four degrees of freedom are precisely driven by built-in piezoelectric actuators, minimizing the artefacts due to vibration and drifting of the TEM stage. Full 360° rotation is realized with an accuracy of 0.05° in the whole range, which solves the missing wedge problem. Meanwhile, the specimen can move to the rotation axis with an integrated 3D nano-manipulator, greatly reducing the effort in tracking sample locations during tilting.Meanwhile, in-situ stimulation function can be seamlessly integrated into the X-Nano TEM holder so that dynamic information can be uncovered. We expect that more delicate researches, such as those about 3D microstructural evolution, can be carried out extensively by means of this holder in the near future. 展开更多

A tomography device based on a conventional laboratory x ray source, polycapillary parallel x ray lens (PPXRL), and polycapillary collimating x ray lens (PCXRL) is designed. The PPXRL can collect the divergent x ray beam from the source and focus it into a quasi-parallel x ray beam with a divergence of 4.7 rarad. In the center of quasi-parallel x ray beam, there is a plateau region with an average gain in power density of 13.8 and a diameter of 630μm. The contrast of the image can be improved from 28.9% to 56.0% after adding the PCXRL between the sample and the detector. 展开更多

Correlation between precipitates evolution and mechanical properties of Al-Sc-Zr alloy with Er additions during isothermal ageing were investigated by microhardness measurements,transmission electron microscopy,atom probe tomography and density functional theory-based simulations.The results demonstrate that the Er additions significantly improve the hardness during elevated temperature ageing,especially at 400℃.This is mainly because Er additions increase the nucleation rate of the Al_(3)(Er,Sc,Zr)precipitates,resulting in a higher density of fine and uniform dispersion of L1_(2)structured nanoparticles.First-principles calculations demonstrate that the second nearest neighboring solute-solute interactions for the species Sc,Zr and Er are energetically favored–a key feature to rationalize the observed precipitate structure and the underlying formation mechanism.The sequential formation of the core/shell precipitates in the Er-free alloy and core/double-shell precipitates in the Er-containing alloy arises due to the different solute-solute and solute-vacancy interaction energies,and the relative diffusivities of the Er,Sc and Zr species in Al.These results shed light on the beneficial effects of Er additions on the agehardening behavior of Al-Sc-Zr alloy and provide guidance for designing the ageing treatments for the Al-Sc-Zr(-Er)alloys. 展开更多

For the past thirty years, intense efforts have been made to record atomic scale movies that reveal the movement of atoms in molecules, the fast dynamical processes in biological tissues and cells, and the changes in the structure of a solid confined to nano-scale volumes. A combination of sub-nanometer spatial resolution with picosecond or even femtosecond temporal resolution is required for such atomic movies. Additional important information can be obtained when the energy of the electron beam transmitted through the sample is measured. The four dimensional (4D) spatially and temporally resolved ultrafast electron microscopy method is made possible by the extremely high detection efficiency that is reached in 4D electron microscopy. Using ultra-short electron bunches for the visualization of biological tissue can also improve the spatial resolution compared to conventional electron microscopes, thereby enabling the study of complex biological samples of relevance to the life sciences. Of particular interest to a broad audience is the possibility to create a video, and in the future, a real atomic movie, using 4D electron tomography. 展开更多

Temporal variations of ionospheric electron-density (IED) distributions over China are inversed by applying the computerized ionospheric tomography (CIT) technique to dual-frequency GPS data of the Crustal Movement Observation Network of China (CMONOC) in 2003. Characteristics of the diurnal variations of IED, especially the development and disappearance of the equatorial anomaly structure and the variations of the ionospheric vertical structure, are investigated. The result shows that it is feasible to sound and investigate the temporal-spatial variations of lED by using CIT technique and the high-accuracy GPS data, but the accuracy and reliability are limited by insufficiency of GPS data, reconstruction methods, and CIT models. 展开更多

Electron Tomography (ET) is an important method for studying cell ultrastructure in three-dimensional (3D) space. By combining cryo-electron tomography of frozen-hydrated samples (cryo-ET) and a sub-tomogram averaging approach, ET has recently reached sub-nanometer resolution, thereby realizing the capability for gaining direct insights into function and mechanism. To obtain a high-resolution 3D ET reconstruction, alignment and geometry determination of the ET tilt series are necessary. However, typical methods for determining geometry require human intervention, which is not only subjective and easily introduces errors, but is also labor intensive for high-throughput tomographic reconstructions. To overcome these problems, we have developed an automatic geometry-determination method, called AutoGDeterm. By taking advantage of the high-contrast re-projections of the Iterative Compressed-sensing Optimized Non-Uniform Fast Fourier Transform (NUFFT) reconstruction (ICON) and a series of numerical analysis methods, AutoGDeterm achieves high-precision fully automated geometry determination. Experimental results on simulated and resin-embedded datasets show that the accuracy of AutoGDeterm is high and comparable to that of the typical "manual positioning" method. This paper studies the ionospheric effects associated with the solar eclipse of October 24th, 1995 by means of Computerized Ionospheric Tomography (CIT). Since the reconstructed profiles from experimental CIT are sporadically located in time, a time domain interpolation method based on Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) technique is proposed and applied to extract the ionospheric effects. The effects can be extracted by comparison analysis between the interpolated CIT profiles of the eclipse days and that of the reference day that are time-aligned. A series of figs have been obtained showing the attenuation of photonization effect at low altitudes and the weakening of plasma’s transportation process at high altitudes, etc. The photonization effect recovered to normal level soon after the last contact. The maximum electron density diminishing is observed about 2 h after the eclipse maximum and the effects seem vanished in the hours followed. Analysis on vertical TEC’s latitudinal-temporal variation gives similar conclusions. 展开更多
