The bent double-ridged rectangular tube(DRRT)with high forming quality is helpful to improve the microwave transmission accuracy.For reducing the cross-sectional deformation in the H-typed bending process,in addition ...The bent double-ridged rectangular tube(DRRT)with high forming quality is helpful to improve the microwave transmission accuracy.For reducing the cross-sectional deformation in the H-typed bending process,in addition to using rigid mandrel to support the inside of tube,ridge groove fillers are also added to restrict the deformation of ridge grooves.Because of the change of stress and strain state of bent tube in bending,rigid mandrel retracting and specially twicespringback stages,and the springback of fillers,the cross-sectional deformation of tube in each stage may be different.Therefore,based on the ABAQUS platform,the finite element models(FEM)for H-typed bending,mandrel retracting and twice-springback stages of H96 DRRT with fillers were established and validated.It is found that,for the height and width deformation of tube and spacing deformation of ridge grooves,retraction of mandrel can make the distribution of these deformations more uniform along the bending direction.The first springback can reduce these deformations significantly,which should be emphasized.But the second springback only increases them by less amount,which can be ignored.The smaller height deformation of ridge groove and filler can be neglected.展开更多

However, the mechanism behind the greater number of fertil...A longer stem elongation phase (from the terminal spikelet-TS to the anthesis-ANT phases) increases grain production due to an increase in spikelet fertility. However, the mechanism behind the greater number of fertile flowers that occur when the duration of stem elongation is modified by photoperiod and vernalization is not fully understood. The goal of this study was to investigate the effect of combinations of photoperiod and vernalization on the duration of stem elongation and spikelet fertility in wheat. Thus, a greenhouse experiment was performed by subjecting 13 wheat genotypes to two vernalization regimes (V0—non-vernalized plants and V40—plants with 40 vernalization days) and to two photoperiod regimes (NP—natural and NP + 6—photoperiod extended by six hours), during the stem elongation phase. The natural photoperiod increased the spikelet fertility of eight cultivars without a corresponding increased duration of the TS-ANT phase, suggesting the existence of a direct effect of photoperiod on increased spikelet fertility. Vernalization increased the duration of the TS-ANT phase, without influencing spikelet fertility. There was genetic variability in the responses to photoperiod and vernalization.展开更多
In order to achieve high-performance and mechanization construction standard of whole plastic mulched double ridge seedbed,and to meet its forming process and corresponding agronomic requirements of the mechanized dou...In order to achieve high-performance and mechanization construction standard of whole plastic mulched double ridge seedbed,and to meet its forming process and corresponding agronomic requirements of the mechanized double ridge seedbed,the key working parameters such as the speed of rotary blade group,the thickness of upturned sod and the power consumption of rotary blade group under different parameters were analyzed based on related working performance in ridge forming.Also,the test factors and their range of values were finally determined in this study.Discrete element method(DEM)simulation was applied in the numerical simulation of the mechanized ridge forming process of whole plastic mulched double ridges,and the ridge forming effect and digging resistance variation characteristics of different types of shovels were compared.Taking the forward speed of the combined machine,the penetration angle of the arc-shaped shovel and the depth of rotary tillage as independent variables,and the qualified rate of seedbed tillage as the response value,the mathematical model between the test factors and the qualified rate of the seedbed tillage was established,to explore the influence sequence of the factors on the qualified rate of seedbed tillage,and obtained the following optimal working parameters of the ridge forming device:the advancing velocity of the combined machine of 0.50 m/s,penetration angle of the arc-shaped shovel of 31°,rotary tillage depth of 140 mm,and average qualified rate 95.20%of seedbed tillage in corresponding simulation verification test.Field test showed that the average qualified rate of seedbed tillage in ridge forming device was 93.60%,which was close to that of the simulation results.The actual working condition of the sample machine was basically in line with the simulation process and could relatively precisely reflect the mechanized ridge forming mechanism of whole plastic double ridges.The results showed that the established DEM model and its parameter setting were relatively accurate and 展开更多
