The novel Ni-Ir/γ-Al2O3 catalyst, denoted as NIA-P, was prepared by high-frequency cold plasma direct reduction method under ambient conditions without thermal treatment, and the conventional sample, denoted as NIA-CR, was prepared by impregnation, thermal calcination, and then by H2 reduction method. The effects of reduction methods on the catalysts for ammonia decomposition were studied, and they were characterized by XRD, N2 adsorption, XPS, and H2-TPD. It was found that the plasma-reduced NIA-P sample showed a better catalytic performance, over which ammonia conversion was 68.9%, at T = 450℃, P = 1 atm, and GHSV = 30, 000 h^-1. It was 31.7% higher than that of the conventional NIA-CR sample. XRD results showed that the crystallite size decreased for the sample with plasma reduction, and the dispersion of active components was improved. There were more active components on the surface of the NIA-P sample from the XPS results. This effect resulted in the higher activity for decomposition of ammonia. Meanwhile, the plasma process significantly decreased the time of preparing catalyst. 展开更多

Material dematerialization is a basic approach to reduce the pressure on the resources and environment and to realize the sustainable development. The material flow analysis and decomposition method are used to calculate the direct material input (DMI) of 14 typical mining cities in Northeast China in 1995–2004 and to analyze the demateri- alization and its driving factors in the different types of mining cities oriented by coal, petroleum, metallurgy and multi-resources. The results are as follows: 1) from 1995 to 2006, the increase rates of the DMI and the material input intensity of mining cities declined following the order of multi-resources, metallurgy, coal, and petroleum cities, and the material utilizing efficiency did following the order of petroleum, coal, metallurgy, and multi-resources cities; 2) during the research period, all the kinds of mining cities were in the situation of weak sustainable development in most years; 3) the pressure on resources and environment in the multi-resources cities was the most serious; 4) the petro- leum cities showed the strong trend of sustainable development; and 5) in recent years, the driving function of eco- nomic development for material consuming has continuously strengthened and the controlling function of material utilizing efficiency for it has weakened. The key approaches to promote the development of circular economy of min- ing cities in Northeast China are put forward in the following aspects: 1) to strengthen the research and development of the technique of resources’ cycling utilization, 2) to improve the utilizing efficiency of resources, and 3) to carry out the auditing system of resources utilization. 展开更多

La_(0.8)A_(0.2)NiO_(3) (A=K,Ba,Y) catalysts supported on the microwave-absorbing ceramic heating carrier were prepared by the sol-gel method.The crystalline phase and the catalytic activity of the La_(0.8)A_(0.2)NiO_(3)catalysts were characterized by XRD and H_(2) temperature-programmed reduction (TPR).The effects of reaction temperature,oxygen concentration,and gas flow rate on the direct decomposition of nitric oxide over the synthesized catalysts were studied under microwave irradiation (2.45 GHz).The XRD results indicated that the La_(0.8)A_(0.2)NiO_(3) catalysts formed an ABO_(3) perovskite structure,and the H_(2)-TPR results revealed that the relative reducibility of the catalysts increased in the order of La_(0.8)K_(0.2)NiO_(3)>La_(0.8)Ba_(0.2)NiO_(3)>La_(0.8)Y_(0.2)Ni O_(3).Under microwave irradiation,the highest NO conversion amounted to 98.9%,which was obtained with the La_(0.8)K_(0.2)NiO_(3) catalyst at 400℃.The oxygen concentration did not inhibit the NO decomposition on the La_(0.8)A_(0.2)NiO_(3) catalysts,thus the N_(2) selectivity exceeded 99.8%under excess oxygen at 550℃.The NOconversion of the La_(0.8)A_(0.2)NiO_(3) catalysts decreased linearly with the increase in the gas flow rate. 展开更多

对直接测汞仪测定固体生物质燃料中汞的方法进行研究,简要介绍了直接测汞仪的工作原理和操作步骤、标准曲线的绘制以及生物质样品的制备,考察了样品粒度、进样量、分解时间和燃烧分解温度等试验条件对测定结果的影响,在此基础上进行空... 对直接测汞仪测定固体生物质燃料中汞的方法进行研究,简要介绍了直接测汞仪的工作原理和操作步骤、标准曲线的绘制以及生物质样品的制备,考察了样品粒度、进样量、分解时间和燃烧分解温度等试验条件对测定结果的影响,在此基础上进行空白测试、测定精密度和加标回收率试验。试验结果表明:最佳测试条件确定为粒度0.5 mm、进样量80 mg、分解时间120 s、燃烧分解温度700℃;直接测汞仪在汞含量(0~2)ng范围内,线性相关系数大于0.9999,方法检出限为0.45 ng/g,相对标准偏差为3.97%,加标回收率为93.74%~104.09%;直接测汞仪法操作简单、方便快捷、检出限低、精密度好,适用于固体生物质燃料中汞的测定。 展开更多

Joining of ceramic and metal is a key component in microelectronic device manufacturing,in which the integrity of bonded interface is critical in the performance and stability of the devices.Current methods with a problem of thick transition layer at the interface impeded heat flow,which degraded device service life seriously.Herein,we propose a laser-assisted bonding approach to join ceramic to metal directly without any intermediate material.By focusing the laser on the surface of β-Si_(3)N_(4) ceramic,the Si microcrystalline layer with stacked α-Si_(3)N_(4) nanocrystals was prepared first.The face-centered cubic(fcc)Si and hexagonal close-packed(hcp)β-Si_(3)N_(4) substrate take the coherent orientation relations of[001]_(fcc)║[0001]_(hcp) and(220)_(fcc)║(10■0)_(hcp).Then,the defect-free Si_(3)N_(4)/Cu bonded interface obtained by the reaction of the formed Si and Cu at elevated temperature in the 805-900℃range for 30 min demonstrated a strong and stable joining of ceramic to metal.The introduction of the laser provides a novel approach to join ceramics to metals,and the ceramic/metal component is expected to be a new configuration for package substrate in high-power device applications. 展开更多

Catalytic activities for direct NO decomposition were investigated over C-type cubic Y2O3–Tb4O7–ZrO2 prepared by a coprecipitation method. The NO decomposition activity was enhanced by partial substitution of the yttrium sites with terbium in a (Y0.97Zr0.03)2O3.03 catalyst, which shows high NO decomposition activity. Among the catalysts synthesized in this study, the (Y0.67Tb0.30Zr0.03)2O3.33 catalyst exhibited the highest NO decomposition activity;NO conversion to N2 was as high as 67% at 900℃ in the absence of O2 (NO/He atmosphere), and a relatively high conversion ratio was observed even in the presence of O2 or CO2, compared with those obtained over conventional direct NO decomposition catalysts. These results indicate that the C-type cubic Y2O3–Tb4O7–ZrO2 catalyst is a new potential candidate for direct NO decomposition. 展开更多

The correlation matrix, which is widely used in eigenvalue decomposition (EVD) or singular value decomposition (SVD), usually can be denoted by R = E[yiy'i]. A novel method for constructing the correlation matrix R is proposed. The proposed algorithm can improve the resolving power of the signal eigenvalues and overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional subspace methods, which cannot be applied to low SNR. Then the proposed method is applied to the direct sequence spread spectrum (DSSS) signal's signature sequence estimation.
