Methods: 76 high-risk pregnancy cases were enrolled at Tibet’s Linzhi People’s Hospital between September 2023 and April 2024. 30 patients admitted between September 2023 and December 2023 were selected as the control group and were performed with regular patient education. 46 patients admitted between January 2024 and April 2024 were selected as the observation group and were performed regular patient education with problem-based learning approaches. Two groups’ performance on their health knowledge, attitude, practice and coping skills before and after interventions were evaluated, and patient satisfaction were measured at the end of the study. Results: There was no statistical significance (P P P Conclusions: Health education with problem-based learning approaches is worth promoting as it can help high-risk pregnant women in plateau areas develop better health knowledge, attitude and practice and healthier coping skills. 目的旨在对我国护士疼痛管理知识和态度进行分析、评价,以全面了解和评估当前我国护士疼痛管理的研究现状和护理实践中的局限性。方法系统检索PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library、Web of Science、中国知网、万方数据库、维普中文科技...目的旨在对我国护士疼痛管理知识和态度进行分析、评价,以全面了解和评估当前我国护士疼痛管理的研究现状和护理实践中的局限性。方法系统检索PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library、Web of Science、中国知网、万方数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库,收集有关中国护士疼痛管理知识和态度的横断面研究,检索时间为建库至2023年6月。采用了美国卫生保健研究与质量机构(AHRQ)的质量评价标准对最终纳入文献的质量进行了严格评估,并运用Stata 15.1软件进行全面统计分析。结果本研究最终纳入35篇文献,涉及14146名护士。11篇文献为高质量文献,其余24篇文献质量均处于中等水平。结果显示,中国护士疼痛管理知识和态度问卷答对率为46%(95%CI:0.43~0.50)。亚组分析显示,研究生及以上学历、工作后继续接受疼痛教育、在肿瘤科工作的护士疼痛管理知识和态度问卷答对率越高,分别是56.70%(95%CI:43.80%~69.70%)、58.60%(95%CI:55.00%~62.20%)、58.90%(95%CI:45.20%~72.70%)。结论我国护士在疼痛管理领域的知识和态度普遍存在不足,提示护理管理者亟需认识到疼痛管理在整体护理质量中的重要性,有必要制订持续性的专业培训和教育计划,通过提供定期的疼痛管理知识更新,以提升护士对疼痛管理的认知和应对能力,进而提升护士专业素养,为疼痛患者提供更全面、人性化的治疗和关怀,从而改善疼痛患者的生活质量和治疗效果,进而提高整体护理质量。展开更多
AIM: To study the effectiveness of Reitman Centre "Coaching, Advocacy, Respite, Education, Relationship, and Simulation"(CARERS) program, which uses problem-solving techniques and simulation to train informa...AIM: To study the effectiveness of Reitman Centre "Coaching, Advocacy, Respite, Education, Relationship, and Simulation"(CARERS) program, which uses problem-solving techniques and simulation to train informal dementia carers. METHODS: Seventy-three carers for family members with dementia were included in the pilot study. Preand post-intervention data were collected from carers using validated measures of depression, mastery, role captivity and overload, caregiving competence and burden, and coping styles. To assess program effec-tiveness, mean differences for these measures were calculated. One-way ANOVA was used to determine if change in scores is dependent on the respective baseline scores. Clinical effects for measures were expressed as Cohen's D values. RESULTS: Data from 73 carers were analyzed. The majority of these participants were female(79.5%). A total of 69.9% were spouses and 30.1% were children of the care recipient. Participants had an overall mean age of 68.34 ± 12.01 years. About 31.5% of participating carers had a past history of psychiatric illness(e.g., depression), and 34.2% sustained strained relationships with their respective care recipients. Results from carers demonstrated improvement in carers' selfperception of competence(1.26 ± 1.92, P < 0.0001), and significant reduction in emotion-focused coping(measured by the Coping Inventory of Stressful Situations,-2.37 ± 6.73, P < 0.01), Geriatric Depression scale(-0.67 ± 2.63, P < 0.05) and Pearlin's overload scale(-0.55 ± 2.07, P < 0.05), upon completion of the Program. Secondly, it was found that carers with more compromised baseline scores benefited most from the intervention, as they experienced statistically significant improvement in the following constructs: competence, stress-coping style(less emotion-oriented), sense of mastery, burden, overload. Objective:This study aims to investigate the self-efficacy of college students during the Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic and to conduct an empirical analysis on its influence mechanism on decision-making a...Objective:This study aims to investigate the self-efficacy of college students during the Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic and to conduct an empirical analysis on its influence mechanism on decision-making and coping skills to provide reference for decision support to improve the coping behavior of college students during public health emergencies.Methods:The study recruited a total of 1,346 college students in Shaanxi.Data were collected via a questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0.Result:The self-efficacy of the college students exerted a significantly positive impact on their coping decisions(β=0.754)and coping skills(β=0.822)during the COVID-19 pandemic.Both passed the significance test at a 99.9%confidence interval(99%CI).Conclusion:During the COVID-19 pandemic,improving the self-efficacy of college students can significantly positively influence their coping behaviors.Therefore,providing effective interventions that target the self-efficacy of college students and encouraging them to adopt positive coping behaviors is necessary.展开更多
