According to the origin of argillaceous interlayer, the interlayer is divided into three types, including barriers between two single layers, intercalations between two single sands and intercalations in a single sand. In this study, the upper limit of physical properties of interlayer was obtained by analyzing the relationship between physical parameters and production index per-meter. The discriminant index and comprehensive discriminant chart of interlayer were obtained by grey correlation method, which realize the quantitative identification of different types of interlayer. The intercalations between two single sands in the target area are distributed almost in the whole area, which is one of the most important factors influencing the mining effect of compound sand, so the planar distribution is mainly aimed at it. Firstly, through cross-well comparison, we summarize three interlayer patterns, then establish their forward modeling, so as to obtain the vertical seismic characteristics of different patterns. Secondly, according to the thickness of intercalations between two single sands, we take the top of bottom sand as the baseline, extract the average amplitude attribute from the upper and lower 3 ms, then, according to the seismic section and planar characteristics of the well, the interlayer structures represented by different seismic section and planar characteristics are summarized. Finally, starting from the real drilling interlayer of the well, the planar spread of interlay can be obtained according to their variation trend and distribution.展开更多

In this technology, lost foam casting with iron sand was combined to make mold; a special alloy was used to inoculate the molten steel, and proper heat treatment was used to further improve mechanical properties of wear resistant ring-hammers. The influence of this new production technology on the microstructure and mechanical properties of wear resistant ring-hammers was studied. Results show that iron sand molding, having the inherent characteristic of sand molding, changes the type of metallic compounds, refines crystal grains and increases the fineness of microstructure. Practical experience verified that the properties of the ring-hammers produced with this new technique are as follows: tensile strength (Rm) 720 MPa, impact toughness (ak) > 210 J·cm-2 and hardness > 200 HB. After water quenching from 1,080℃ (holding for 4 h) and tempering at 320℃ for 3 h, the best wear resistance is obtained, and the wear resistance is 1.6 times higher than that of common high manganese ring-hammers.展开更多

Signatures of vertical current component, echo intensities and calculated SSC modulations in the water column depend strongly on wind and current velocity. Bursts of vertical current component and echo intensity are triggered by sand waves itself as well as by superimposed megaripples due to current wave interaction at high current ≥ 1.0 m's1 and wind speeds ≥ 10.0 m·s^-1, preferably of opposite directions, measured at high spatial resolution. The magnitude of currents and SSC modulations during ebb and flood tidal current phases are only weakly time dependent, whereas the local magnitudes of these parameters are variable in space above the sand waves. Some hydrodynamic parameters are further investigated and analyzed, showing a consistence of ADCP measurements in the applied theory.展开更多
