A lysimeter experiment with undisturbed soil profiles was carried out to study nitrogen cycling and losses in a paddy soll with applications of coated urea and urea under a rice-wheat rotation system in the Taihu Lake region from 2001 to 2003. Treatments for rice and wheat included urea at conventional, 300 (rice) and 250 (wheat) kg N ha^-1, and reduced levels, 150 (rice) and 125 (wheat) kg N ha^-1, coated urea at two levels, 100 (rice) and 75 (wheat) kg N ha^-1, and 150 (rice) and 125 (wheat) kg N ha^-1, and a control with no nitrogen arranged in a completely randomized design. The results under two rice-wheat rotations showed that N losses through both NH3 volatilization and runoff in the coated urea treatments were much lower than those in the urea treatments. In the urea treatments N runoff losses were significantly (P 〈 0.001) positively correlated (r = 0.851) with applied N. N concentration in surface water increased rapidly to maximum two days after urea application and then decreased quickly. However, if there was no heavy rain within five days of fertilizer application, the likelihood of N loss by runoff was not high. As the treatments showed little difference in N loss via percolation, nitrate N in the groundwater of the paddy fields was not directly related to N leaching. The total yield of the two rice-wheat rotations in the treatment of coated urea at 50% conventional level was higher than that in the treatment of urea at the conventional level. Thus, coated urea was more favorable to rice production and environmental protection than urea. 展开更多

A field experiment with winter wheat (Triticum aestivurn L.) was conducted on a silt loam calcaric endorusti-ustic Cambosols derived from the Yellow River alluvial deposits in Henan, China, from 2001 to 2002 to evaluate N recovery and agronomic performance of different mineral coated fertilizers (MiCFs) compared to normal urea used in wheat cropping systems under field conditions. Five treatments, including CK (check, no N fertilizer), urea and three different MiCFs at an equivalent N application rate were established in a randomized complete block design. N release from MiCFs in soil was more synchronous with the N requirement of wheat throughout the growth stages than that from urea, with grain yield of the MiCF treatments significantly higher (P 〈 0.05) than that of the treatment urea. Correspondingly, the N recovery rate was greater for all MiCFs compared to urea, increasing from 32.8% up to 50.1%. Due to its high recovery and low cost, use of the mineral coated N fertilizers was recommended instead of the polymer coated N fertilizers. 展开更多

Baozhu sand particles with size between 75 μm and 150 μm were coated by resin with the ratio of 1.5 wt.% of sands. Laser sintering experiments were carried out to investigate the effects of laser energy density(E = P/v), with different laser power(P) and scanning velocity(v), on the dimensional accuracy and tensile strength of sintered parts. The experimental results indicate that with the constant scanning velocity, the tensile strength of sintered samples increases with an increase in laser energy density; while the dimensional accuracy apparently decreases when the laser energy density is larger than 0.032 J·mm-2. When the laser energy density is 0.024 J·mm-2, the tensile strength shows no obvious change; but when the laser energy density is larger than 0.024 J·mm-2, the sample strength is featured by the initial increase and subsequent decrease with simultaneous increase of both laser power and scanning velocity. In this study, the optimal energy density range for laser sintering is 0.024-0.032 J·mm-2. Moreover, samples with the best tensile strength and dimensional accuracy can be obtained when P = 30-40 W and v = 1.5-2.0 m·s-1. Using the optimized laser energy density, laser power and scanning speed, a complex coated sand mould with clear contour and excellent forming accuracy has been successfully fabricated. 展开更多

The adsorption of uranium(Ⅵ)on the manganese oxide coated zeolite(MOCZ)from aqueous solution was investigated in a fixed-bed column.The experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of bed height,flow rate,particle size,initial concentration of uranium(Ⅵ),initial pH,presence of salt and competitive ions.The U-uptake by MOCZ increased with initial uranium(Ⅵ)concentration and bed height,but decreased as the flow rate and particle size increased.In the presence of salt and competitive ions,the breakthrough time was shorter.The adsorption capacity reached a maximum at pH of 6.3.The Thomas model was applied to the experimental data to determine the characteristic parameters of the column for process design using linear regression.The breakthrough curves calculated from the model were in good agreement with the experimental data.The BDST model was used to study the influence of bed height on the adsorption of uranium(Ⅵ).Desorption of uranium(Ⅵ)in the MOCZ column was investigated.The column could be used for at least four adsorption-desorption cycles using 0.1mol.L-1 NaHCO3 solution as the elution.After desorption and regeneration with deionized water,MOCZ could be reused to adsorb uranium(Ⅵ)at a comparable capacity.Compared to raw zeolite,MOCZ showed better capacity for uranium(Ⅵ)removal. 展开更多

采用田间试验方法研究了控释尿素不同施用条件对冬小麦产量、氮素利用和经济效益的影响。试验共设7个处理,即CK(空白处理,不施氮肥)、100%PU10/0(普通尿素全量基施,N 240 kg·hm-2)、100%PU6/4(60%的普通尿素基施、40%的普通尿素于... 采用田间试验方法研究了控释尿素不同施用条件对冬小麦产量、氮素利用和经济效益的影响。试验共设7个处理,即CK(空白处理,不施氮肥)、100%PU10/0(普通尿素全量基施,N 240 kg·hm-2)、100%PU6/4(60%的普通尿素基施、40%的普通尿素于拔节期追施,N 240 kg·hm-2)、80%PU6/4(60%的普通尿素基施、40%的普通尿素于拔节期追施,N 192 kg·hm-2)、100%CRU(全量树脂包膜控释尿素基施,N 240 kg·hm-2)、80%CRU(80%树脂包膜控释尿素基施,N 192 kg·hm-2)和40%CRU+40%PU(40%树脂包膜控释尿素+40%的普通尿素基施,N 192 kg·hm-2)。结果表明,无论是产量效应还是氮素利用效应,树脂包膜控释尿素(CRU)处理总体优于普通尿素(PU)处理,尤其树脂包膜控释尿素和普通尿素配施(40%CRU+40%PU)效果最佳,以7 709 kg·hm-2的产量、36.44%的氮肥吸收利用率、15 946元·hm-2的相对净收入达到处理间最高水平。该处理在减少氮素投入量的情况下,不仅促进了冬小麦增产,而且显著提高了肥料的利用率,拥有较高的产投比。因此,树脂包膜控释尿素和普通尿素的配施处理(40%CRU+40%PU)是本试验条件下最优的氮肥处理。 展开更多

We evaluated the clinical feasibility of using drugcoated balloon(DCB) angioplasty in patients undergoingprimary percutaneous coronary intervention(PPCI). Between January 2010 to September 2014,89 STelevation myocardial infarction patients(83% male,mean age 59 ± 14 years) with a total of 89 coronary lesions were treated with DCB during PPCI. Clinical outcomes are reported at 30 d follow-up. Left anterior descending artery was the most common target vessel for PCI(37%). Twenty-eight percent of the patients had underlying diabetes mellitus. Mean left ventricular ejection fraction was 44% ± 11%. DCB-only PCI was the predominant approach(96%) with the remaining 4% of patients receiving bail-out stenting. Thrombolysis in Myocardial Infarction(TIMI) 3 flow was successfully restored in 98% of patients. An average of 1.2 ± 0.5 DCB were used per patient,with mean DCB diameter of 2.6 ± 0.5 mm and average length of 23.2 ± 10.2 mm. At 30-d follow-up,there were 4 deaths(4.5%). No patients experienced abrupt closure of the infarctrelated artery and there was no reported target-lesion failure. Our preliminary experience showed that DCB angioplasty in PPCI was feasible and associated with a high rate of TIMI 3 flow and low 30-d ischaemic event. 展开更多

对短碳纤维(SCF)硝酸氧化处理后,采用聚苯胺原位氧化聚合法对其进行包覆改性,制备聚苯胺包覆改性SCF,以改善SCF的电磁性能。采用XPS、SEM对聚苯胺包覆的SCF进行了微观结构和形貌的分析,结果显示聚苯胺层包覆完整、致密,且聚苯胺和SCF表... 对短碳纤维(SCF)硝酸氧化处理后,采用聚苯胺原位氧化聚合法对其进行包覆改性,制备聚苯胺包覆改性SCF,以改善SCF的电磁性能。采用XPS、SEM对聚苯胺包覆的SCF进行了微观结构和形貌的分析,结果显示聚苯胺层包覆完整、致密,且聚苯胺和SCF表面之间存在化学键合作用。采用PNA-LN5230A微波网络测试仪测定了聚苯胺包覆SCF的电磁性能(复介电常数和复磁导率),并对2mm厚度下的吸收和反射损耗进行了分析,研究了以此为填料制备的涂膜的电磁屏蔽性能和导电性。结果表明,在50MHz~2GHz频率范围内,相对于未包聚改性的短碳纤维,导电聚苯胺/碳纤维(PASCF)的复介电常数实部和虚部都有所提高,磁损耗正切为0,为电损耗型材料,而不导电聚苯胺/碳纤维(NPASCF)的复介电常数实部和虚部都有所下降,而磁损耗正切高达0.09,显示出弱电磁性;采用Matlab6.5软件进行屏蔽性能分析,导电聚苯胺包覆碳纤维的吸收损耗可达4.654dB,不导电聚苯胺包覆碳纤维(NPASCF)的吸收损耗为1.105dB;以PASCF为填料制备的涂膜表面电阻率为1.02Ω·m-2,电磁屏蔽效能值约为17dB,以NPASCF为填料制备的涂膜表面电阻率为2.32×1011Ω·m-2,电磁屏蔽效能值可达8dB。 展开更多

Lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) doped with magnesium was hydrothermally synthesized from commercial LiOH, FeSO4, H3PO4 and MgSO4 with glucose as carbon precursor in aqueous solution. The samples were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and constant charge-discharge cycling. The results show that the synthesized powders have been in situ coated with carbon precursor produced from caramel reaction of glucose. At ambient temperature (28±2℃), the electrochemical performances of LiFePO4 prepared exhibit the high discharge capacity of 135 mAh g^-1 at 5C and good capacity retention of 98% over 90 cycles. The excellent electrochemical performances should be correlated with the intimate contact between carbon and LiFePO4 primary and secondary particles, resulting from the in situ formation of carbon precursor/carbon, leading to the increase in conductivity of LiFePO4. 展开更多
