针对一类可以由带有纯时间延迟的一阶模型来近似描述的被控对象,运用参数寻优及曲线拟合等方法得到了一组基于被控对象特征参数的PID控制器最佳设定公式.仿真结果表明:应用该方法所设计的PID控制系统具有超调小、调整时间短、稳态误差... 针对一类可以由带有纯时间延迟的一阶模型来近似描述的被控对象,运用参数寻优及曲线拟合等方法得到了一组基于被控对象特征参数的PID控制器最佳设定公式.仿真结果表明:应用该方法所设计的PID控制系统具有超调小、调整时间短、稳态误差小等特点,系统的动态特性较以往的经验公式有了大幅度提高.即使当对象纯滞后时间与时间常数的比值较大时仍然具有较好的控制效果.该方法简洁实用,不仅解决了常规PID控制系统参数整定不良的难题,同时也为进一步构造基于过程特征参数的自适应PID控制系统提供了有力的依据. 展开更多

Over the past 10 years, the number of broadband seismic stations in China has increased significantly. The broadband seismic records contain information about shear-wave splitting which plays an important role in revealing the upper mantle anisotropy in the Chinese mainland. Based on teleseismic SKS and SKKS phases recorded in the seismic stations, we used the analytical method of minimum transverse energy to determine the fast wave polarization direction and delay time of shear-wave splitting. We also collected results of shear-wave splitting in China and the surrounding regions from previously published papers. From the combined dataset we formed a shear-wave splitting dataset containing 1020 parameter pairs. These splitting parameters re- veal the complexity of the upper mantle anisotropy image. Our statistical analysis indicates stronger upper mantle anisotropy in the Chinese mainland, with an average shear-wave time delay of 0,95 s; the anisotropy in the western region is slightly larger (1.01 s) than in the eastern region (0.92 s). On a larger scale, the SKS splitting and surface deformation data in the Tibetan Plateau and the Tianshan region jointly support the lithospheric deformation mode, i.e. the crust-lithospheric mantle coherent deformation. In eastern China, the average fast-wave direction is approximately parallel to the direction of the absolute plate motion; thus, the upper mantle anisotropy can be attributed to the asthenospheric flow. The area from the Ordos block to the Sichuan Basin in central China is the transition zone of deformation modes between the east and the west regions, where the anisotropy images are more complicated, exhibiting "fossil" anisotropy and/or two-layer anis^3trc^py. The c^llisi(3n between the Indian Plate and the Eurasian Plate is the main factor of upper mantle anisotropy in the western region of the Chinese mainland, while the upper mantle anisotropy in the eastern region is related to the subduction of the Pacific Plate and the Philippine Sea Plate be 展开更多

AIM: To assess the functional status and etiology of liver cirrhosis by quantitative 31p magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS).METHODS: A total of 80 patients with liver cirrhosis of different etiology and functional status described by Child-Pugh score were examined and compared to 11 healthy volunteers. MR examination was performed on a 1.5 T imager using a 1H/31P surface coil by the 2D chemical shift imaging technique.Absolute concentrations of phosphomonoesters (PME),phosphodiesters (PDE), inorganic phosphate (Pi) and adenosine triphosphate (ATP) were measured.RESULTS: MRS changes reflected the degree of liver dysfunction in all the patients as well as in individual etiological groups. The most important change was a decrease of PDE. It was possible to distinguish alcoholic,viral and cholestatic etiologies based on MR spectra.Alcoholic and viral etiology differed in PDE (alcoholic,viral, controls: 6.5±2.3, 6.5±3.1, 10.8±2.7 mmol/L,P<0.001) and ATP (alcoholic, viral, controls: 2.9±0.8, 2.8±0.9, 3.7±1.0 mmol/L, P<0.01) from the control group.Unlike viral etiology, patients with alcoholic etiology also differed in Pi (alcoholic, controls: 1.2±0.4, 1.6±0.6mmol/L, P<0.05) from controls. No significant changes were found in patients with cholestatic disease and controls; nevertheless, this group differed from both alcoholic and viral groups (cholestatic, alcoholic, viral: 9.4±2.7, 6.5±2.3, 6.5±3.1 mmol/L, P<0.005) in PDE.CONCLUSION: 31p MRS can significantly help in noninvasive separation of different etiological groups leading to liver cirrhosis. 利用吉林省1980-2016年春玉米作物资料、50个气象站的逐日气象资料,构建春玉米生长季各旬的气候适宜度模型。分别采用绝对值法、归一化法和相关系数法确定各旬气候适宜度权重系数,进而计算4月上旬-预报日前一旬的气候适宜度指数,分析不... 利用吉林省1980-2016年春玉米作物资料、50个气象站的逐日气象资料,构建春玉米生长季各旬的气候适宜度模型。分别采用绝对值法、归一化法和相关系数法确定各旬气候适宜度权重系数,进而计算4月上旬-预报日前一旬的气候适宜度指数,分析不同方法得到的气候适宜度指数与春玉米产量气象影响指数的相关性,并进行回归分析,建立产量动态预报模型,对吉林省春玉米单产进行预报。结果表明:三种方法研究的权重系数之间存在一定差异,但总体上随生育期的变化趋势基本一致。利用1981-2012年资料回归分析建立的产量丰歉预报模型多数通过0.05水平的有效性检验,各预报模型历史拟合平均准确率均在85.0%以上,归一化均方根误差NRMSE均小于17.0%,丰歉趋势预报准确率普遍在60.0%~80.0%,三种方法差异不明显。利用模型对2013-2016年春玉米单产进行外推预报,各预报时间准确率存在波动,但绝对值法、归一化法和相关系数法所有预报时间的平均准确率分别为93.5%、90.8%、87.2%,预报结果准确率的标准差分别为32.6、69.4、116.1。且绝对值法各预报时间平均准确率均在85.0%以上。可见绝对值法预报结果的准确率和稳定性均较高,可以满足业务服务需要。 展开更多

Such a solar sail can be considered as a rigid-flexible multibody system mainly composed of a spinning central rigid hub, a number of flexible thin tethers, sail membranes, and tip masses. A simplified interplanetary kite-craft accelerated by radiation of the Sun (IKAROS) model is established in this study by using the absolute-coordinate-based (ACB) method that combines the natural coordinate formulation (NCF) describing the central rigid hub and the absolute nodal coordinate formulation (ANCF) describing flexible parts. The initial configuration of the system in the second-stage deployment is determined through both dynamic and static analyses. The huge set of stiff equations of system dynamics is solved by using the generalized-alpha method, and thus the deployment dynamics of the system can be well understood. 展开更多

As a first application of the program, the EIE cross sections of Be-like C^α+ ions from the metastable 1s^22s2p^3 p to 1s^22p^2 ^3 p excitation and the inner-shell excitations are calculated systematically. Meanwhile, the correlation effects of target states are discussed. It is found that the correlation effects play an important role in the low energy EIE cross sections. An excellent agreement is found when the results are compared with previous calculations and recent measurements. 展开更多

In order to verify the method, we construct an angle measurement system. The Fourier-transform method is used to analysis the interference signal. Absolute nodal coordinates are employed to describe the displacement, and variational motion equations of a flexible body are derived on the basis of the geometric nonlinear theory, in which both the shear strain and the transverse normal strain are taken into account. By separating the inner and the boundary nodal coordinates, the motion equations of a flexible multibody system are assembled. The advantage of such formulation is that the constraint equations and the forward recursive equations become linear because the absolute nodal coordinates are used. A spatial double pendulum connected to the ground with a spherical joint is simulated to investigate the dynamic performance of flexible beams with large deformation. Finally, the resultant constant total energy validates the present formulation. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Recent evidence shows that long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs) are closely related to hepatogenesis and a few aggressive features of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC). Increasing studies demonstrate that lncRNAs are potential prognostic factors for HCC. Moreover, several studies reported the combination of lncRNAs for predicting the overall survival(OS) of HCC, but the results varied. Thus,more effort including more accurate statistical approaches is needed for exploring the prognostic value of lncRNAs in HCC.AIM To develop a robust lncRNA signature associated with HCC recurrence to improve prognosis prediction of HCC.METHODS Univariate COX regression analysis was performed to screen the lncRNAs significantly associated with recurrence-free survival(RFS) of HCC in GSE76427 for the least absolute shrinkage and selection operator(LASSO) modelling. The established lncRNA signature was validated and developed in The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA) series using Kaplan-Meier curves. The expression values of the identified lncRNAs were compared between the tumor and non-tumor tissues. Pathway enrichment of these lncRNAs was conducted based on the significantly co-expressed genes. A prognostic nomogram combining the lncRNA signature and clinical characteristics was constructed.RESULTS The lncRNA signature consisted of six lncRNAs: MSC-AS1, POLR2 J4, EIF3 J-AS1,SERHL, RMST, and PVT1. This risk model was significantly associated with the RFS of HCC in the TCGA cohort with a hazard ratio(HR) being 1.807(95%CI[confidence interval]: 1.329-2.457) and log-rank P-value being less than 0.001. The best candidates of the six-lncRNA signature were younger male patients with HBV infection in relatively early tumor-stage and better physical condition but with higher preoperative alpha-fetoprotein. All the lncRNAs were significantly upregulated in tumor samples compared to non-tumor samples(P < 0.05). The most significantly enriched pathways of the lncRNAs were TGF-β signaling pathway, cellular apoptosis-associated pathways, etc. The nomog 展开更多
