Bibliometric methods were applied to analyze the global research trend of radiation-responsive genes. We found 79 publications on radiation-responsive genes from 2000 to 2017. A total of 35 highly reproducible radiation-responsive genes were identified. Most genes are involved in response to DNA damage, cell proliferation, cell cycle regulation, and DNA repair. The p53 signal pathway was the top enriched pathway. The expression levels of 18 genes in human B lymphoblastoid cell line(AHH-1) cells were significantly up-regulated in a dose-dependent manner at 24 h after exposure to 0-5 Gy ^60 Coγ-ray irradiation. Our results indicate that developing a gene expression panel with the 35 high reproducibility radiation-responsive genes may be necessary for qualitative and quantitative assessment after exposure.展开更多

Taking a research example of an FBW passenger airliner model with longitudinal relaxed-static-stability, a new method of signal type selection and signal parameter design is proposed, through analysis of signal energy distribution and plane body's frequency response. According to CCAR60--the Appraisal and Use Regulation of Flight Simulator Device, the simulation validation of the FBW passenger airliner's longitudinal aerodynamic parameters identification is put forward. The validation result indicates that the designed signal could excite the longitudinal motion mode of the FBW passenger airliner adequately and the multiparameter comparison in simulation meets the objective test request of CCAR60. Meanwhile, the relative errors of aerodynamic parameters are less than 10%.展开更多

The enantiomers of Ezetimibe were resolved on a Chiral Pak AS-H (250 × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) column using a mobile phase system containing n-Hexane, etha-nol, 2-Propanol and Trifloroacetic acid (84:12:4:0.1 v/v). The resolution between enantiomers was found to be more than 2.0. The limit of detection and limit of quantification of (R)-enantiomer were found to be 0.2 μg/mL and 0.5 μg/mL, respectively, for 10 μL injection volume. The sample solution and mobile phase were found to be stable for at least 48 h. The final optimized method was successfully applied to separate (R)-enantiomer from Ezetimibe and was proven to be reproducible and accurate for the quantitative determination of (R)-enantiomer in bulk drugs.展开更多

This problem involves both the estimation of the parameters of the affine sub-models and the hyper planes defining the partitions of the state-input regression. The existing identification methods present three main drawbacks which limit its effectiveness. First, most of them may converge to local minima in the case of poor initializations because they are based on the optimization using nonlinear criteria. Second, they use simple and ineffective techniques to remove outliers. Third, most of them assume that the number of sub-models is known a priori. To overcome these drawbacks, we suggest the use of the density-based spatial clustering of applications with noise(DBSCAN) algorithm. The results presented in this paper illustrate the performance of our methods in comparison with the existing approach. An application of the developed approach to an olive oil esterification reactor is also proposed in order to validate the simulation results.展开更多

In this research, a test rig is used as a prototype of a rotor system to validate a novel parameter identification technique based on an FE model. Rotor shaft vibration at varying operating speeds is measured and correlated with the FE results. Firstly, the theories of the FE modelling and identification technique are introduced. Then disk unbalance parameter, stiffness and damping coefficients of the bearing supports on the test rig are identified. The calculated responses of the FE model with identified parameters are studied in comparison with the experimental results.展开更多
