This layered perovskites exhibit good film coverage as twodimensional perovskites and high emission performance close to three-dimensional organic–inorganic hybrid perovskites. Light-emitting diodes(LEDs) are fabricated by using solution process based on the quasi-two-dimensional layered perovskites. The perovskite LEDs exhibit a sky-blue emission with electroluminescence peak at 491 nm and a low turn on voltage at 2.9 V. The maximum external quantum efficiency reaches 0.015% at brightness of 186 cd/m^2.展开更多
The synthesis of high quality all-inorganic perovskite nanowires needs the harsh conditions,complex process and precision instruments,which are not beneficial to their extensive application.Here,all-inorganic perovski...The synthesis of high quality all-inorganic perovskite nanowires needs the harsh conditions,complex process and precision instruments,which are not beneficial to their extensive application.Here,all-inorganic perovskite ce- sium lead bromine (CsPbBr3)nanowires (NWs)are demonstrated with the combination of solution-phase process and halide exchange technology.A metal-semiconductor-metal structure CsPbBr3 nanowire photodetector was prepared, which showed a detectivity as high as 1.7×10^11 cm Hz^1/2W^-1 (Jones)with rapid response time (The rise and decay time are 10ms and 22 ms,respectively).Moreover,our photodetectors have high stability under ultraviolet (UV)light,high temperature and humidity.展开更多

Metal nanowires(NWs) with the excellent photoelectric properties as next-generation TE candidates have widely applications in smart optoelectronic devices such as electronic skins, wearable electronics, robotic skins, flexible and stretchable displays. This review describes the synthetic strategies for the preparation of metal NWs, the assemble process for metal NW films,and the practical aspects of metal NW films with the desired properties in various low-cost, flexible,and solution-based photoelectric devices.展开更多
