A low-diffusion Ni Re Pt Al coating((Ni,Pt)Al outer layer in addition to a Re-rich diffusion barrier layer)was prepared on a Ni_(3)Al-base single crystal(SC)superalloy via electroplating and gaseous aluminizing treatm...A low-diffusion Ni Re Pt Al coating((Ni,Pt)Al outer layer in addition to a Re-rich diffusion barrier layer)was prepared on a Ni_(3)Al-base single crystal(SC)superalloy via electroplating and gaseous aluminizing treatments,wherein the electroplating procedures consisted of the composite deposition of Ni-Re followed by electroplating of Pt.In order to perform a comparison with conventional Ni Al and(Ni,Pt)Al coatings,the cyclic oxidation performance of the Ni Re Pt Al coating was evaluated at 1100 and 1150℃.We observed that the oxidation resistance of the Ni Re Pt Al coating was significantly improved by the greater presence of the residualβ-Ni Al phase in the outer layer and the lesser outward-diffusion of Mo from the substrate.In addition,the coating with the Re-rich diffusion barrier demonstrated a lower extent of interdiffusion into the substrate,where the thickness of the second reaction zone(SRZ)in the substrate alloy decreased by 25%.The mechanisms responsible for improving the oxidation resistance and decreasing the extent of SRZ formation are discussed,in which a particular attention is paid to the inhibition of the outward diffusion of Mo by the Re-based diffusion barrier.展开更多
BACKGROUND In this case,platelet-rich fibrin(PRF)was added to guided tissue regeneration as a biomaterial in proper order for immediate planting in aesthetic area with periapical infection.CASE SUMMARY With the histor...BACKGROUND In this case,platelet-rich fibrin(PRF)was added to guided tissue regeneration as a biomaterial in proper order for immediate planting in aesthetic area with periapical infection.CASE SUMMARY With the history of endodontic failure in maxillary central incisor,a 34-year-old female patient required the extraction of maxillary anterior residual root and immediate implantation.Cone beam computed tomography and clinical observation were used to assess the regeneration of soft and bone tissue.Before operation,cone beam computed tomography showed the anterior residual root had serious periapical periodontitis with insufficient labial bone in the aesthetic zone.The patient underwent immediate implant placement and reconstruction of the bone substitution by modified guided bone regeneration.The barrier was a three-layer structure of PRF-collagen membrane-PRF that covered the mixture of PRF and Bio-Oss to promote both osteogenesis and soft tissue healing.At 6 mo postoperatively,the definitive crown was placed after accomplished finial impression.One-year follow-up showed a satisfactory aesthetic effect with no obvious absorption of the labial bone and soft tissue.CONCLUSION The use of PRF in combination with guided bone regeneration can serve as a reliable and simple adjuvant for immediate implanting in infected socket and result in a stable osteogenic effect with good aesthetic outcome.展开更多
Based on seismic,drilling,and source rock analysis data,the petroleum geological characteristics and future exploration direction of the oil-rich sags in the Central and West African Rift System(CWARS)are discussed.Th...Based on seismic,drilling,and source rock analysis data,the petroleum geological characteristics and future exploration direction of the oil-rich sags in the Central and West African Rift System(CWARS)are discussed.The study shows that the Central African Rift System mainly develops high-quality lacustrine source rocks in the Lower Cretaceous,and the West African Rift System mainly develops high-quality terrigenous organic matter-rich marine source rocks in the Upper Cretaceous,and the two types of source rocks provide a material basis for the enrichment of oil and gas in the CWARS.Multiple sets of reservoir rocks including fractured basement and three sets of regional cap rocks in the Lower Cretaceous,the Upper Cretaceous,and the Paleogene are developed in the CWARS.Since the Late Mesozoic,due to the geodynamic factors including the dextral strike-slip movement of the Central African Shear Zone,the basins in different directions of the CWARS differ in terms of rifting stages,intervals of regional cap rocks,trap types and accumulation models.The NE-SW trending basins have mainly preserved one stage of rifting in the Early Cretaceous,with regional cap rocks developed in the Lower Cretaceous strata,forming traps of reverse anticlines,flower-shaped structures and basement buried hill,and two types of hydrocarbon accumulation models of"source and reservoir in the same formation,and accumulation inside source rocks"and"up-source and down-reservoir,and accumulation below source rocks".The NW–SE basins are characterized by multiple rifting stages superimposition,with the development of regional cap rocks in the Upper Cretaceous and Paleogene,forming traps of draping anticlines,faulted anticlines,antithetic fault blocks and the accumulation model of"down-source and up-reservoir,and accumulation above source rocks".The combination of reservoir and cap rocks inside source rocks of basins with multiple superimposed rifting stages,as well as the lithologic reservoirs and the shale oil inside source rocks of strong inversio展开更多
To develop suitable grouting materials for water conveyance tunnels in cold regions,firstly,this study investigated the performance evolution of ferrite-rich sulfoaluminate-based composite cement(FSAC grouting materia...To develop suitable grouting materials for water conveyance tunnels in cold regions,firstly,this study investigated the performance evolution of ferrite-rich sulfoaluminate-based composite cement(FSAC grouting material)at 20 and 3℃.The results show that low temperature only delays the strength development of FSAC grouting material within the first 3 d.Then,the effect of four typical early strength synergists on the early properties of FSAC grouting material was evaluated to optimize the early(£1 d)strength at 3℃.The most effective synergist,Ca(HCOO)_(2),which enhances the low-temperature early strength without compromising fluidity was selected based on strength and fluidity tests.Its micro-mechanism was analyzed by XRD,TG,and SEM methods.The results reveal that the most suitable dosage range is 0.3 wt%−0.5 wt%.Proper addition of Ca(HCOO)_(2)changed the crystal morphology of the hydration products,decreased the pore size and formed more compact hydration products by interlocking and overlapping.However,excessive addition of Ca(HCOO)_(2)inhibited the hydration reaction,resulting in a simple and loose structure of the hydration products.The research results have reference value for controlling surrounding rock deformation and preventing water and mud inrushes during the excavation in cold region tunnels.展开更多
Geological formations containing laumontite-rich rock are usually treated as problematic for geo-energy production projects because the presence of laumontite mineral can promote complex mechanical behaviors.Previous ...Geological formations containing laumontite-rich rock are usually treated as problematic for geo-energy production projects because the presence of laumontite mineral can promote complex mechanical behaviors.Previous laboratory results indicate that rock formations with a higher laumontite content display severe stress sensitivity in poromechanical responses.With an increase in confining pressure,there is a transition from dilation to compression regime and the resulting localization styles range from shear dilation to compaction bands.In this study,we conduct finite element modeling of constitutive behaviors of rocks retrieved from the tight glutenite reservoir formation using a thermodynamic-consistent plasticity model.The shear dilation to compaction transition is well characterized.Poromechanical analysis is also conducted to analyze the plastic zone development around a borehole drilled in an over pressured reservoir.The simulated stress-paths of key points around the borehole are used to demonstrate the plastic strain development processes.The impact of in-situ stress on the wellbore stability is highlighted,and a comparison with the results from using the traditional plastic constitutive model is conducted.展开更多
