目的对移动血糖管理在妊娠期糖尿病孕妇中的应用研究进行范围综述,旨在为临床医护人员开展移动血糖管理相关研究提供参考依据。方法基于Arksey和O’Malley的范围综述报告框架,检索澳大利亚乔安娜布里格斯研究所循证卫生保健中心图书馆、...目的对移动血糖管理在妊娠期糖尿病孕妇中的应用研究进行范围综述,旨在为临床医护人员开展移动血糖管理相关研究提供参考依据。方法基于Arksey和O’Malley的范围综述报告框架,检索澳大利亚乔安娜布里格斯研究所循证卫生保健中心图书馆、Cochrane Library、PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、CINAHL Complete、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、万方数据库,检索时限为建库至2023年2月14日,对纳入文献进行筛选、汇总并分析。结果共纳入65篇文献,来自11个国家,38篇为随机对照试验,27篇为类实验研究。移动血糖管理依托的载体主要包括应用程序、远程监测系统、专业网站、社交平台等;可对孕妇进行健康教育、血糖管理监测与记录、社会支持和血糖管理随访与提醒;研究大多关注孕妇的血糖相关指标及药物使用情况、妊娠结局、自我管理、生活质量、资源成本、用户体验等。结论移动血糖管理依托载体形式多样,对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇血糖控制具有积极的效果。未来研究需进一步制订本土化的移动血糖管理干预方案,并开展更多高质量的随机对照研究验证其效果。展开更多

These models were analyzed and described with the aim of providing a reference for the clinical breast surgery nursing staff in China and for promoting the development of nursing in China for breast cancer the perioperative period.展开更多
