For different storage temper... This study examined the effect of peanut quality on the storage stability of peanut butter. The quality of 17 varieties of peanuts was analyzed, and each was used to prepare peanut butter. For different storage temperatures and durations, stability of the peanut butter was measured according to three indicators: peroxide value, acid value, and centrifugal rate. The correlation between peanut components and peanut butter storage stability was also investigated. The results indicated significant differences in fatty acid composition between different varieties of peanut. Peanut butter prepared with high oleic peanuts(Kainong 17-15) had a significantly longer shelf life than that of other varieties. The significant correlation between the stability of peanut butter and peanut quality suggests that oleic acid and linoleic acid were the main influencing factors on stability. This study finds that the high oleic peanuts(HOP) is the most suitable variety for making peanut butter, which can allow farmers and processors to choose the specific variety for better product and shelf life. 展开更多

With the accelerated pace of life and the demand for dietary diversification,more and more people begin to pay attention to the convenience and health of diet,and the prepared dishes market is getting more and more attention and favor because of its characteristics of convenient and quick.In order to understand the acceptance of college students' to the prepared dishes market,this paper aimed to collect college students' views and suggestions on the prepared dishes market by means of a questionnaire survey.By analyzing the results of the survey,we found that college students' generally have a positive attitude towards prepared dishes markets,and they believe that prepared dishes provides convenient,fast and diversified dietary choices.However,some college students' have some concerns about the quality and food safety of the prepared dishes market,such as adding too many food additives and preservatives.Through the research on college students' acceptance of the prepared dishes market,we can reveal the demand and potential problems of college students' for the prepared dishes market from the consumer s point of view,so as to provide a reference for the future development of the prepared dishes market. 展开更多

Impact of Low-temperature Storage on Volatile Flavor Compounds in Prepared Pork Products

[Objectives]This study was conducted to explore the dynamic changes of volatile flavor compounds in prepared pork during storage at different low-temperature conditions.[Methods]Prepared pork was stored at 4,-4 and-18℃.The volatile flavor compounds of prepared pork were determined by solid-phase microextraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(SPME-GC-MS)at days 0,7,14,21 and 28,and relative odor activity value(OAV),principal component analysis(PCA)and cluster analysis(CA)were combined to analyze changes in volatile flavor compounds of prepared pork during storage.[Results]The total number of volatile flavor compounds gradually decreased with the prolongation of the storage period,and OAV analysis identified 22 key flavor compounds(OAV≥1).The results of PCA and CA showed that 2-methyl-1-butanol,1-octen-3-ol,linalool,cineole,hexanal and nonanal were the main key flavor components,and the degree of flavor degradation was low under both superchilling and freezing conditions.After 28 days of storage,the alcohol content in the chilling group was significantly higher than other two groups,and the overall content of volatile flavor compounds was also significantly higher than other two groups,indicating that the-4℃chilling storage was more favorable for maintaining the overall flavor of prepared pork.[Conclusions]This study provides a theoretical basis for finding a better storage method for prepared meat products. 展开更多

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of flesh-moistening paste for treating psoriasis vulgaris in patients with blood stasis pattern in terms of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).METHODS:Eudipleural rashes on both the left and right side of the same patients with psoriasis vulgaris,diagnosed via TCM as blood stasis pattern,were selected as the targeted skin lesions.A randomized,double-blind,parallel-controlled,multicenter controlled trial was conducted.The targeted skin lesions were categorized into either the treatment or control group.The treatment group used the flesh-moistening paste;the control group used a placebo.Both the paste and the placebo were topically applied twice daily for eight weeks.The patients were examined biweekly to evaluate the effects.The two groups were compared in terms of the psoriasis area and severity index(PASI)of the targeted skin lesions,which is scored according to erythema,desquamation,infiltration,area,pruritus,and improvement of skin barrier function.Adverse events were recorded during the study period.SPSS 21.0 was used to analyze the data.RESULTS:Fifty-six patients were enrolled between February 2016 and October 2017.Two were complicated by cardio-cerebrovascular disease and were excluded;thus,54 outpatients were finally enrolled in the study.Four dropped out during the study period:three failed to complete their follow-up visits for unknown reasons,and one exited due to an adverse event.The final trial comprised 50 of the 56 originally selected patients,with a 92.6%completion rate.After 8 weeks of treatment,the targeted skin lesion scores differed significantly(P<0.05).The PASI scores of the targeted skin lesions differed significantly beginning at week 6(P<0.05).The treatment group presented better results than those of the control group.Only one patient had an adverse reaction associated with the treatment.Improvements in skin barrier function differed significantly(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:The flesh-moistening paste demonstrated a reliable curative effect and safety f 展开更多

OBJECTIVE: To assess the efficacy and safety in 105 patients with seasonal Influenza in Beijing, the mixture prepared with Chinese medicines follows the treatment regimen of releasing exterior cold andclearing interior heat.METHODS: Total 330 patients with seasonal influenza were enrolled and randomly and averagely divided into the Chinese herbal medicine, the western medicine and the Chinese patent medicine group. They were treated with Chinese medicine Oseltamivir Phosphate Capsules and the Scattering Wind and Resolving Toxins Capsules. The main efficacy indicators were the antifebrile onset time and recovery time of body temperature. The efficacy and safety of the mixture was scientifically evaluated. Comparisons of several variables were analyzed.RESULTS: Median antifebrile onset time of the Chinese herbal medicine group was significantly shorter than the western medicine group(P < 0.05) and the Chinese patent medicine group(P < 0.05). The median antifebrile recovery time of the Chinese herbal medicine group was significantly shorter than the Chinese patent medicine group(P <0.05). The groups evaluated by TCM symptom pattern effect, both the Chinese herbal medicine group and Western Medicine group were better than the Chinese patent medicine group(P <0.05). The disappearance rate of main symptoms and some minor symptom patterns of the Chinese herbal medicine group were higher than the other 2 groups.CONCLUSION: The mixture of releasing exterior cold and clearing interior heat could significantly shorten the fever time with safety. 展开更多

A series of hydrogenated silicon thin films were prepared by the radio frequency plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition method (RF-PECVD) with various si-lane concentrations. The influence of silane concentration on structural and elec-trical characteristics of these films was investigated to study the phase transition region from amorphous to microcrystalline phase. At the same time,optical emis-sion spectra (OES) from the plasma during the deposition process were monitored to get information about the plasma properties,Raman spectra were measured to study the structural characteristics of the deposited films. The combinatorial analysis of OES and Raman spectra results demonstrated that the OES can be used as a fast method to diagnose phase transition from amorphous to microcrystalline silicon. At last the physical mechanism,why both OES and Raman can be used to diagnose the phase transition,was analyzed theoretically. 展开更多

Copper antimony selenium(CuSbSe_(2))has advantages of adjustable band gaps from 1.09 eV to 1.2 eV,high light absorption coefficient(>105 cm-1),and low grain generation temperature(300—400℃),which is suitable for the preparation of solar cells.However,the stable range of CuSbSe_(2)(CASe)phase is narrow,which is inevitable to form Sb_(2)Se_(3)and Cu_(3)SbSe_(4)second phase during the preparation process.In this work,selenization annealing of Sb/Cu metal layer to prepare CASe thin films with pulse electrodeposition process was studied,and the growth mechanism of CASe film was analyzed.Cu and Sb reacted with Se to form Cu_(2)Se and Sb_(2)Se_(3),respectively.Then Cu_(2)Se and Sb_(2)Se_(3)further reacted to generate CASe.Since the formation temperature of Cu_(3)SbSe_(4)was lower than that of CASe,the preferential formation of Cu_(3)SbSe_(4)led to layer separation.When the annealing temperature was too high,CASe decomposed to form Cu_(3)SbSe_(3)and Sb_(2)Se_(3).Additionally,by increasing the heating rate,the separation of CASe thin films was effectively improved,and the CASe thin films with relatively high crystallinity were obtained at 360℃with heating rate of 30℃/min and selenization time of 20 min. 展开更多

These patients were divided into two groups (treated group and control group). Prepared rhubarb and nifedipine were given to the treated group, while nifedipine was given to the control group alone. Circulating endothelial cell (CEC), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-6 (IL-6) were measured and glucose area under curve (GAUC), insulin area under curve (IAUC), insulin sensitivity index (ISI) were calculated. And 30 normal pregnant women were selected as the healthy group. Results: CEC, TNF-a, IL-6, GAUC and IAUC of PIH patients were significantly higher than those of the normal healthy group; while ISI of PIH patients was significantly lower than that of the healthy group. ISI was significantly negatively correlated to CEC, TNF-a and IL-6. After treatment, CEC, TNF-α, IL-6, GAUC decreased and ISI increased significantly in the treated group; while in the control group, all above-mentioned parameters showed no change. Conclusion: Prepared rhubarb can improve insulin resistance of PIH by reducing vascular endothelial cell's damage. 展开更多

In addition, the effects of different addition sequences of Na, W, Mn, Zr, S and P on the catalytic performance were studied.
