Corresponding extensions are given for the Bourgain-Brezis-Mironescu theorem and Pitt's inequal- ity. New results are obtained for diagonal trace restriction on submanifolds as an application of the Hardy-Littlewood-Sobolev inequality. Smoothing estimates are used to provide new structural un- derstanding for density functional theory, the Coulomb interaction energy and quantum mechanics of phase space. Intriguing connections are drawn that illustrate interplay among classical inequalities in Fourier analysis.展开更多

文摘城市土地供应与投放攸关城市规划的有效实施,城市管理制度创新亟待新型的、多样化的土地估价技术方法的支持和应用。本文基于澳大利亚悉尼市Pitt Town的"Vermont"居住开发项目的土地出让数据,从土地物理属性的微观层面出发,尝试通过建立多元线性回归模型(Multiple Linear Regression Model,MLRM)来进行区域土地估价,为未来项目周边地区的开发提供决策参考。目前国内土地估价仍多以定性比较评估为主,本文深入探讨了MLRM方法在地价评估与预测中的应用,以期为国内相关领域提供借鉴和参考。
